A great place for anything electronic, I love just walking around looking at all the newest technology! They do not carry items that are off-brand or low quality, its only high-quality tech! And although that is really nice, it can get a bit expensive. The customer service is amazing! A always get welcomed as soon as I walk though the door, and if I have a question they will go out of there way to answer it! Overall a great tech store!

I find Best Buy generally a good place to go. They have survived a lot of changes and have adapted to the market seeking to provide people interested in electronics with what they are looking for. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. It is a little tough with the problem with shipping but got the help.I needed. Thank you

We are currently building a house so stopped into the Duluth, MN Best Buy to purchase appliances during their Fourth of July sales. Chauncey Riggs, was Top Notch! He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient with our transaction. He made sure the appliances rang up at the sale price, included any free installation and made sure we had all the necessary cords/lines needed for our house. Would definitely recommend seeking out Chauncey at this location!

They have an overall very helpful staff, with some more friendly than others. The cashier who checked me out yesterday recognized my friend and remembered she had left her backpack last time she was in the store.. so she was her and was able to recover her lost item. Thank you to all the Best Buy employees at the Duluth store for always putting up with late visits and their incredible geek squad and technical support staff.

Not the store it used to be. I purchased a computer online for in store pick up and it said the computer would be available in One hour, after paying for the computer it then said it will be available in a week. I called Best Buy to find out that they actually charged me twice for the computer and the reason it showed pick up available today was because of a store with in 250 miles of you has it they say you can pick it up today. Then when canceling both orders I’m told the money won’t be back in my account for 3-5 business days! Now I need a computer today because mine crapped out and not only do they not have the computer in stock but they have enough of my money that I can no longer get the computer I need until they return my money. I’ve been a loyal customer for 30+ years even tho they are over priced for the sole reason of good customer service however the customer service is gone as well. Can’t believe how rude the lady was on the other end. Never again will I shop at a Best Buy.

Not what it once was... Confusing layout and way overpriced!!! Not too mention after 5 minutes of walking around trying to find their selection of smart watches, I asked an associate where they were. He told me they were in the fitness section... Then pointed out they aisle like he was directing traffic for the fair. Problem is it wasnt busy, and the selection and price were laughable! With the combination of poor service, high prices and limited selection I would go elsewhere! Not what it once was = the beginning of the end of most retail establishments.

The place seemed busy as we stood in the back area by the large Bluetooth speakers for about 4-5 minutes before being asked if we needed help. The help came right away (approx. 2-3 minutes) and helped us. Only thing I was unhappy about is the floor models not being in stock when they were on display with no sign saying they didnt have them. We still found an excellent 300 watt Bluetooth speaker. All in all I enjoy Best Buy in Hermantown.

I loved speaking with Jason and Ryan at this Best Buy in Duluth, MN. They were brilliant and full of information, which I was seeking. The store has limited stock, however. I went to the computer section looking for the 2TB Microsoft Studio, but they dont carry that in their store...only online. But the staff at this store is personable, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Its a Best Buy, but thats not what makes it five stars. Its the employees that show up, be knowledgeable and helpful.Ive made several large appliance purchases at this location and they helped with setting up an installation and taking care of the replaced equipment without any issue.Ill be back to purchase more appliances, and future electronics.

Att desk person had no clue two versions of a Samsung phone were not different, thought it was just a different name. Someone who wasnt aware would have had a bad experience. We left and went to att store in the mall which was 100% great. Note to staff, its OK to say you dont know, look it up, and be sure than to pretend that you know and be wrong.

I just have to say I ordered a dryer from Best Buy on line. I was given a delivery date. The day before I was called by the truck driver stating when he would be at my house he gave me times between noon and 2 o’clock the following day. The next day I was called at 1 o’clock stating that they were on their way and they would be there at my home at 40 minutes. When they arrived they were the nicest men and so helpful and informative as to what I had to do to connect my dryer. They would’ve put my dryer Pettitt been ready to hook up but at the time they came it wasn’t. Again I appreciate the kindness that they showed

The washer and dryer are great, but more importantly I wanted to complement all of the staff whove helped us with these purchases. Will never order anything from the website again. It is an absolute mess and the main 888 number is even worse.I ordered a dishwasher in November 20. They charged my card, said it would take a month. Wife takes the morning off work to make sure to be home for delivery. Receive phone call on the delivery day saying that the item is out of stock and I should call the main line to switch make and model. After dealing with awful customer service on the phone, finally got another model ordered with an estimated delivery date of another month.I took the morning off work this time to be home for the delivery. The washing machine comes the day it was supposed to. The delivery guys installed the machine and it turns out the machine is broken.Not sure why I have to be the one to call and exchange the junk machine. Called the store to try to talk to someone local only to be told to call the main line, to be given the run around, handed off, hung up on, and wasting 2 more hours on ordering a new machine. Fingers crossed on the next delivery in February! 3 months after the initial order date. My expectations are very low at this point!!Update: According to installers the machine was broken out of the box, but I double checked and it was just not plugged in properly. Will be cancelling the new machine replacement but the complaint still stands.

The only thing that I didnt find to be top notch was that I couldnt find either of the items I was looking for.Being the day after Christmas I certainly understand the video game title I couldnt find. Unfortunately the lack of selection in tablet cases was frustrating. Im sure the market dictates that but it was still off-putting being the only tech store in the area and a large city.

Definitely “5 star” service, although the staff was sparse, everyone was friendly and very helpful! I’ve had good experiences with the Geek squad, purchased several PCs, printers and camera equipment over the years with solid helpful service and competitive prices.With my most recent visit, the store floor manager was actively monitoring and in fact helped me multiple times find the items I was looking for or found the best person to assist with technical questions.For geek squad, always best to make an appointment (even before Covid). Please be advised that certain repairs may have to be shipped out for repair and you may be without PC equipment for several days! TIP when you call for an appointment it may be worth exploring if they have the ability to do on site and confirm how big is their backlog.However, I found it disappointing that I was unable to purchase core photography items as in the past. Be prepared to purchase online, very limited stock for DSLR cameras lenses or filters and accessories. Imagine needing your remote shutter release for night time photography (Aurora storm) and none in stock, not one option.Living here in Minnesota I like to support Minnesota owned businesses, but this really put a damper on my experience in the shift of merchandising camera accessories.

Best Buy is still the best store in the Midwest for cellphones, computers, TVs and all of your electronic needs. They also have a large appliance section with all of the top brands. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They can help you with all of your questions or leave you to shop on your own. They have the most knowledgeable staff of any store I have been to.

Brought in my computer to be serviced through Geek Squad....I was sadly disappointed by how rudely I was treated at their counter...it was not just one person, a new employee, but others managing the department. My impression was nobody cared and they were just all joking around. Drove 2 and half hours and was in the store for literally minutes. Im 57 years old and have shopped at Best Buy for as long as I can remember. This was the only retail store I truly enjoyed going into.. unfortunately, I am going to replace them with Amazon.

This review is primarily for the auto service center. A few years ago, my remote start died and I took it to northstar ford for repair. They said it would take 45 minutes to fix but gave it back 4 hours later and said it couldnt be fixed and just be replaced for around 400 bucks. I took it to best buy and had them put one in for around half that. When I picked up my car, the tech asked me who had worked on my car before and showed me a picture of all the wires that had been cut and just left that way by northstar. He said that he had never seen such a mess from a professional but showed me he had repaired all the damage he found. Recently, the remote starter stopped working and they fixed it for no charge and wouldnt even let me give him a tip!
