We were on our way to a Two Harbors vacation from the Cities and our car completely breaks down on 35 North in Duluth. A very kind State Trooper pulled up behind us. We were able to get the car started and hobble to a safe place. He recommended Henrickson Auto. Dan the owner actually drove us to the Duluth Airport so we could get a rental car and get to our resort. The next day, he and Casey installed a new fuel pump, didn’t overcharge us and sent us on our way. Best service ever!!!

Fast work done well. We made an appointment and dropped our car off the night before, leaving our keys, and it was ready by the early afternoon the next day and was running great.

Henrickson Auto Repair came recommended by a co-worker who said they were well trained in Subarus and would offer a better value than the dealership (particularly since my vehicle isnt under warranty). And its true, they have at least two folks who formerly worked at a Subaru dealership, and really know what theyre doing.I went in with an AC issue, in that it was not exactly working, and they offered me choices in getting a new AC compressor (over $1000 for the part alone) or they could find me a refurbished AC compressor (for about a quarter-ish of the price). I was very glad to have the option to choose, and they were so nice about the whole process and really saw it through to the end.When I had a separate issue later, they really saved my bacon when I called right away and explained what I was hearing and seeing, they recommended getting it towed in straight away (not driving on it and potentially seizing the engine), and even with their enormously busy schedule, managed to get me a quick fix to get me on the road again within a few hours, while they did further research into the underlying cause of the problem. Once they found the correct fix, they called me back to get me scheduled to come in and had the work done in less than a day.Really thankful to have this business nearby!

Henrickson Auto saved my butt! My alternator went, and I was stranded at CVS not only did they come and jump my truck, they squeezed me so I could get my kids from school. True heros, and the price was way too low for all the services. 10/10 recommend using them.

We were in town for the weekend and the brakes started to make a horrible noise. We called and they got us in right away and repaired our brakes quickly. This is a newer shop, but definitely give it a go. Dan was super nice and able to fix my issue the same day I called to check for availability. He went above and beyond to make things convenient for me while keeping the price low. His work is super appreciated and I recommend him to anybody in the Duluth area.

Favorite mechanic in town!

Went to leave my car overnight for some work since my work hours dont line up and its just down the block from me. A couple hours later i saw a tow truck with it lights on in the lot so I went to check it out. The owner called to get my car towed and I had to pay 100 dollar unhooking fee before the tow was even hooked up. Definitely wont be giving them another chance.

New to town and a friend suggested coming here. After getting a few things serviced on my car, I know I dont need to go anywhere else. Above and beyond.

Absolutely Phenomenal Service.I happened to be working out of town, a coolent radiator line rusted out and I lost all my fluids, I called around town and everyone was booked out a week or more, being in town for only another day that wasnt going to work out.. without even leaving a message because I had called too early in the morning i recieved a call back from Henricksons, the supervisor was extremely polite and had no trouble letting me drop off my vehicle off during my lunch break, an hour later I got a call with the damages and a quote. I accepted and before my work day was even over it was finished, ready to be picked up right after work. ALL IN ONE DAY. These guys really saved the day. Phenomenal service and Phenomenal people. I would Like to say John your car was parked on the sidewalk there was no keys and no note left indicating any work was to be done on your van. I have issues with people parking in my lot constantly. All I ask is leave a note or put the keys in the mail slot in the door then your car will not be towed. From what the tow truck driver told me a women came out and paid a $100. I apologize for any inconvenience, but blocking the side walk and not leaving keys or a note will get anyones car towed.
