Lady today was horribly rude. I went to try the tester for Dior perfume and she rudely shouted to me, EXCUSE ME! I NEED TO SPRAY THAT FOR YOU! Ummm...why??? Cant I shop for a scent on my own? Also asked her if they ever went on sale, she ignored my question at first then when I asked her again she acted as no I was ruining her entire life by bothering her. She snapped, NO. Im over this store. Nothing but rude workers as ns bad experiences.

Ive never had an issue with any of the employees being rude except today! The lady (i didnt see a name badge) was super unfriendly and rude! I had lost my wallet in the upstairs part but found it right away so I went back to pay and as I was walking in she was startung toputting my stuff away. Whe. I told her I found my wallet she looked at me than continued to get it ready to be out back. She also told my son he wasnt allowed to spay the perfume samples??? Why have them out than??

I’ve frequented this Sephora since they opened and have always had adequate service UNTIL today. An employee named Reese was so friendly upon my arrival and was very attentive to what I needed.I told him I was starting a new skincare routine and was looking for a specificBrand which they didn’t have in store. after asking me a few skin questions he recommended me a few different products to try which he made samples of for me, ones similar to what I came in looking for.Very sweet employee and experience at Sephora today, thank you Reese!

I have shopped here for years since the store opened Each time I need help the employees are willing to help because over the years my skin needs some extra attention and they always know what I need. One thing that always shocks me is how rude some customers are to these employees.A few days ago I was in line and watched a customer act really childish over the employee asking questions, it really makes me think about these other reviews on here and how many of them were just other customers who came in with a bad attitude looking to have a bad experiences and then blaming it on the employees. I watched how the workers reacted and they continued to be professional with the rest of the people who were waiting in line. Sephora will always have my business.

I was lucky enough to have Ayanna Moon, Beauty Manager, to be the person to help me when I paid your store a visit. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about her product line and very professional in her delivery of service. I was confident that the item she recommended to me would be the best for the issue I presented her with. You are very lucky to have her as an employee!

The staff have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating in my experience. Tayler, Abby and Chanel are awesome!

Returning my products...will never return.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughters prom and was told that their coordinator was on vacation til next week and that she took the schedule book with her so she was unable to schedule anyone. I was told that they would call me back in a week. My daughters prom is in 2 weeks. I explained that I couldnt wait til the last minute to schedule because then she may not get in at all. Sorry but I think its crazy that her coordinator would take the entire book with her and that they wouldnt have someone else to do the scheduling.

Lots of name brand makeup, samples to try out first, and helpful staff.

Lady kept following us (no like she was dusting and was looking at us because we aren’t 16) and kicked us out for browsing

I have been there 3 times in last month & theres a certain lady who works there who is ALWAYS beyond rude. If you ask questions about makeup or skincare she looks at you like your dumb. She makes very snarky remarks and should not work there.

Everytime im in this location the staff seems depressed
