Very positive experience and got the vehicle we wanted. We worked with Pepe and he was great.Even though we ended up spending more than we were planning, we made a deal that I think both parties are happy with.Since I was buying a used vehicle, I had an independent mechanic do pre-purchase inspection. He didn’t find anything serious, but his comments definitely put me at ease that I was buying a quality vehicle. The biggest finding was that the two front tires didn’t match. To make it right they were going to replace one of the tires. Because they didn’t have it in stock, they reduced the cost by the cost of a new tire.Instead of putting the $15 of gas that Pepe was required to into the vehicle, he filled the tank since he knew I had a long drive. Totally unprompted but it was definitely appreciated.I drove 4+ hours to get the vehicle, and I consider it completely worth it. Would definitely recommend this place to other folks.

Was a great adventure, but since my expedition has 382,485 miles on it they didnt want to look at it. The boss man at least scanned my truck and let me know my engine has issues. Now I know. Thanks for that. Time for upgrade.

Geo Riddlespringer is the man with the master plan. He makes the process painless and extremely smooth. He will have vehicles lined up waiting on you all you gotta do is show up, test drive, and pick. Everyone else was nice and helpful as well but Geo really made it a 5 star experience.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER!! The Service Center at Gwinnett Place Ford provided the worst service I have ever received. I dropped my car off for service covered under warranty on July 21 and was not able to get my car until the September 29- that is more than 3 months!! I was initially told that they would only need 3-5 days to diagnose the problem, but they didnt even inspect the vehicle until a month and a half later. They did not even attempt to provide me with a rental car upon my request - they immediately gave me the generic Ford Customer Service line saying that there was nothing they could do. When it finally came time to pick up my car, despite the fact that they had my car in their possession for more than 3 months, they refused my request to be picked up from the rental car return location because it was 13 miles away, and their shuttle service had a drop-off limit of 10 miles. After 3 MONTHS, they did not even wash my car - it was filthy. Ive had complimentary car washes done at places where my car was left there for only one day. And to top it all off, there appears to be an issue with my left windshield wiper that did not exist prior to my car being in their possession. I would never recommend the service center at this dealership to anyone.

Purchased the vehicle here. I bought the extended warranty just in case there were any issues as I hate dealing with cars. The car starts leaking oil change before the first oil change was even needed… I bring it in to be seen and they tell me it’s going to take a week to even get it looked at.. I’m pretty sure you can’t be driving a car that has oil leaking for that long

Leroy found the car, allowed me to look it over, pointed out the special features, and then we took a test drive. I was sold on the quality of the vehicle ! He then helped me get financing done, quickly and easily through Jose, had the car detailed, and finally helped me turn in my rental at Enterprise. Took my f250 for the first time here for a oil change. My check engine light has now turned on twice in 3 days. Oil change Monday, took it back on Wednesday for check engine light, engine light on again Thursday. I have 38k miles on a diesel engine and have maintained it on point. Id highly recommend taking your vehicle to another Ford for service.

First of all, I am a person who seldom comment on others. I just bought the Ford 150 King Ranch car seat wallet for a few days. I went back to the salesperson. The salesperson was very indifferent. When I bought the car, I agreed without saying the price for a dollar because I believe in Ford. So I didn’t check everything and when there was a problem, the salesperson didn’t seem to know me. It was very, very disappointing. No matter where we come from, the language is good or not, but we need to be serious and responsible.

This place has been a nightmare. First I purchased an Explorer along with an extended bumper to bumper warranty. Prior to my first oil change I found the seal around the windshield cracked. Service said glass wasn’t covered on the bumper to bumper warranty. I pointed out the windshield was between the bumpers. The sales department tried to make it good and just swapped me into another vehicle.When I took it for its first oil changed the mechanic over filled the oil and nearly ruined my engine. It had no power and was smoking very bad. When I went back the mechanic kept his oily gloves on and got oil all over my interior.I then received a letter from the Department of Revenue that my title was invalid because Gwinnett Place Ford had messed it up. I called them to fix it. It has been a month since they were correcting it and still no title.I returned to have a paint protection I purchased applied. They spilled something on my grill and messed up the painted plastic. They then asked my wife, “y’all aren’t getting a lawyer are you”?I have reached out to the General Manager Stewart but he will not return my call.If you are looking for a new vehicle go somewhere you can trust and depend on. It Gwinnett Place Ford.

Negotiated final price on used car via email which was pretty smooth process. I explained that I would drive up and get the car inspected by a 3rd party mechanic/auto repair joint down the street. If it checked out, I would buy the car. Sales rep indicated that they dont allow that. I asked to speak to sales manager...crickets.. I was shocked as Ive done that w the three used cars in purchased in the past year. It also raised a red flag. Left message for Samir(?) the used car sales manager and sent email & text to sales rep but heard nothing. Proceed with caution before buying used car here...or anywhere that doesnt allow 3rd party inspections.

Where do I begin...I bought my vehicle in over 2 months ago for transmission issues. My service advisor was Jimmy Robertson. Jimmy advised the transmission did have a 3 year warranty and the company who provided the transmission (just replaced last year by this location) were waiting on parts. Throughout this process Jimmy continued to advise me that everything was on backorder due to Covid and so forth...get a call yesterday from Charles advising that Jimmy was terminated and they didnt know what was going on with my vehicle...😳 I speak with the service manager Alana who showed no good character, good faith or empathy or anything related to good customer service, calls me about the loaner vehicle. Never mind what a person who worked for them said and did. She kept saying, well Jimmys no longer here. UNACCEPTABLE!! Over 2 months later you contact a customer to advise what your employee said and did is totally false and take no ownership and meanwhile Im out of a vehicle?!? UNACCEPTABLE!! You have most definitely lost a customer!! I would strongly suggest you are mindful of what your employees are doing, if someone could do this to a customer for over 2 months!! Terrible, terrible practices and customer service across the board!!

I bought a new Ford F-350. Geo took care of me and did an outstanding job. Very professional, worked very quick and everything went very smooth. Unfortunately a lead pipe was kicked up from the road the next day and smashed my windshield. I was told to come in and they would take care of it. I drove over an hour out of my way to get there to drop off the truck. I needed transportation home and asked for a loaner. They told me I would have to rent a car. Ok I understand but there was no rental cars available in the area. They checked several agencies. So I asked the assistant GM if I could use one of his vehicles on the lot to get home. I was over an hour away so Uber wasn’t a good option. Samir (sp?) assistant GM declined and told me to “work it out”. Really? I just bought an $82,000 vehicle from you the night before and you want me to work it out? This guy has no problem solving skills, no people skills and just doesn’t care about Ford customers. This guy needs to be out back washing cars instead of dealing with people. Geo was great but this guy blew it. I definitely won’t be back here and don’t recommend anyone else. Yes this was a no ones fault incident but you think they could have helped me out with a unique situation.

I took my car in to have the driver seat belt latch replaced. I dropped off my car at my appointment time. Was told it would take 2 hrs labor to install. I called back 2 1/2 hrs later. They ordered wrong color part. Ok now it’s going to be 2 more hrs to fix the car. I call back 2 hrs later we working on it. Then I get a phone call from Glenn sorry they sent the wrong part again. I ask to speak with a manager no one there. Don’t take your car here. Service is poor!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle - look elsewhere. I had been visiting this shop for service for at least a decade, but they will never see me again. I was in the market for a new car, but the salespeople were sneaky and their unethical practices were on display. I am so lucky that they were, because I am glad I was able to purchase a car at another dealership where transparency was taken seriously. More than great. Told him my situation and he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, because honestly, I didn’t even know myself. Very unprofessional. I did reach out to them about a car they had back in December, I did not end up purchasing from them I found another unit closer. But since December they call me once a week asking if I am still interested in a car, I have told them no multiple times and to please stop calling me. They did for about 3 weeks but they started again, this most recent time they left a voicemail but the guy calling couldnt resist hitting his Vape at least twice while leaving me a 20 second voicemail that was mostly mumbling. He would talk, pause and you could hear the large inhale, then exhale and he was trying to continue to talk. Would never visit them in person after this. I have asked for the GM or New Car Manger to call me but no one responded..

I bought a blue Ford Fiesta 2011 from this dealership. The car is only at 156,000 miles and both the radio within the first 2 years, and now the transmission no longer work. I went online to see if other buyers that purchased this car had similar issues and a lot of them had the exact same issues. I looked to see if a recall was done on this vehicle and dont see one. If this car is known for its issues, why was it sold to me? Everyone at this place of establishment was kind but I needed a reliable form of transportation that would go more than 156,000 miles, especially for the price I bought it at. I expect a buy here pay here side dealership to sell a car like this but I didnt expect Ford to do it. I had to purchase another car, being that I was not going to put 3,000 or more into this car for a new transmission and dont forget about a radio as well. Now I have two cars, one with $5,000 left to pay off that Im hoping they dont toe because of the tag and not being able to pass an emissions test and a brand new car with a car note as well. There should have been a recall on this car, this is ridiculous!Update: Ive been calling Joel Hall the name they reccomend and have left countless voicemails over the last month. I have yet to receive a call back, never again.

I scheduled to have 2 recalls on my Focus resolved. Just a few minutes after I made the appointment online, someone from the service dept called me to verify the recalls. When I got there for my appt 2 days later, they already had my paperwork and all ready. Charles Swank, my service advisor, was extremely polite and informative. Everything went well, my recalls were fixed, and I scheduled to take my car back for a transmission service. Absolutely no stress on my end, and I’m hoping the transmission service goes just as well.

Sorry for my one-star but I signed my papers without any information given to me about the extended warranty having deductibles. Then I was politely told that there is a diagnosis fee of $170 that needs to paid if the warranty doesn’t cover it. Which brings shade to this location because they can’t check if warranty will cover until the diagnosis report goes in. Great experience during the sale, just can’t seem to match it after the fact.
