Replace driver side front light, which was damaged by accident, as shown on attached photo one. Atlanta Toyota provided me great service. The attached photo two shown missing light, which is exactly the evident of this great service. Because damage, the part on bumper to hold light in place is gone. If replace bumper, including paint, the total cost almost one grant. Mr. Jason Oglesby, the Manager of Service Department put his feet into customers shoes and tried to avoid the unnecessary repair cost. He cooperative with the repair technician, proposed a modified method to repair, rather replace whole bumper. He also promised to come with customer together to Atlanta Toyotas collision center for better repair. We was at Service Department on weekend when the Collision Center was closed, so the light was not in place yet. We will go the coming Thursday. We are so happy the big money saving. We will recommend this great service to anyone who need Toyota car service without any reservation.

We set an appointment for the next day, when I arrived the car was already pulled up and ready for a test drive. During the test drive Winston was very educated on the many features the car entailed. My experience with Atlanta Toyota was awesome! I purchased my 2013 Scion TC from them several years ago and have not had any issues with the car until recently. I needed new tires, rear break job, and some kind of cam issue. Although I spent a fair amount of money, the work was done thoroughly and quickly and they even detailed my car, looks like new. Fabian, my service advisor, was exceptional, and the courtesy shuttle was convenient taking me to my home and bringing back when my car was ready. I will not take my car any where else for service and when its time to purchase another vehicle I will not go anywhere else.

So I had my car, Pearl, serviced at Atlanta Toyota and had the pleasure of working with Paul. I did a lot of damage to my brakes (long story and so bad that Paul took pics 😆) so it was an expensive fix. Paul was on top of everything. He called me and my Mom with regular updates. He explained what went wrong and why and never made me feel bad about the number I had done on my car.We joked about it, he was NEVER condescending (which I have totally experienced with some mechanics omg.) Came to drop my car off at 8:30am and was told by Jason on the service line if I didn’t have an appointment it was going to take me two hours to wait in line and be able to drop my car off. So I left because who is waiting 2 hours just to drop my car off ? Not me of course . Just wanted to come here and say that Monir Ahmed is literally the best! We went in yesterday to Atlanta Toyota to trade in my car and it was the easiest and smoothest process because of him. I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle on the Atlanta Toyota lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and Babs my salesman was intelligent, very patient, and he went above and beyond to provide extreme customer service. I walked away knowing I bought a safe and reliable car and that Atlanta Toyota would support me in the future if I had any issues.

Do your home work before you buy from this place they will lie to you. You do not have to pay the market adjustment value that is an add on that the dealer is putting to make you think that all they the vehicles they can get. If you pay for that you will not get that as a value to your vehicle you will be upside down the amount you pay. They will also under appraise the value of your vehicle so they can add the adjusted value to it. There are more trusting dealers than this one

After an accident that totalled my car, I was so desperate to find a car that I really wanted to get. I tried so many Toyota dealerships to see if they could get me the kind of car I wanted and all was to no avail. While driving towards the mall of Georgia Toyota dealership, I remembered there was a branch on pleasant Hill road in Duluth. I got off the highway and pulling into the Atlanta Toyota dealership, I ran into Mr. Faisal Taj who unlike other salesmen in other dealerships told me it was possible to get the kind of car I wanted and in the color I wanted it. After numerous talks, I ended up signing to get a brand new Toyota CHR XLE with him. He and his manager even agreed to pay for my rental while I waited for the car to be delivered. I was really impressed by Mr. Tajs charisma and patience in explaining to me how everything was to take place. I even received the car a few days earlier than the expected delivery date. Glad I ran into him that day when I was so desperate for help. Mr. Taj Faisal surely deserves a RAISE for the good work well done. Am now happy with my new Toyots CHR XLE

I went there over the weekend with a actually buying plan.But the whole experience with my salesman is not good at all,1. laying about the new inventory coming in a week, if you sign the contract there will be endless wait. I understand you want to sell it, but at least be honest about the inventory arrival time.2. When I said I am not comfortable with the numbers now, I will consider again later. I was trying a trade in. So they have my car keys. I already expressed I was not purchasing the car today few times. But he still holding my keys which made me feel more uncomfortable.

My teenage daughter was about 45min from home when her car began to sputter. I told her to pull off the highway. There was a Toyota service center 1 mile off the next exit. When she arrived (by the skin of her nose), she was told they could do nothing for her without an appointment. I asked if I could speak to the gentleman. I explained that I just needed to know if she could make it home or if she would need a tow. Maybe check her fluids. He told me hed suggest a tow because it was almost time for him to go home. I have never encountered a more unsympathetic individual at any Toyota EVER. I can assure you Ill never consider this Toyota again.

Where can I give in 10 stars!? The VIP department was an amazing team overall. From the start I made an appointment with Denny and he explain to me about the 4Runner then took me to see the TRD and limited in the lot the he took me to Raul who when into deeper explanation about the difference 4runners trims. Then he Gary was great on the test drive felt in love with the limited 4Runner and ended up in Esau office who made the experience great with no pressure. Overall best experience from start to end!

Bought a 2020 Corolla LE. Easily the nicest, most professional staff from a car lot Ive ever had the please to work with. Not only was my salesman, Mahmoud, not pushy in trying to get me into a more expensive car, or into something I didnt want, but he took the time, in the rain, to make sure to find the exact car I was looking for. And after telling him my max budget for monthly payments, he worked with financing to get the payments to work and lower than I had said, while making sure to get GAP insurance. ALWAYS GET THE GAP INSURANCE. This dealer and its employees will do everything possible to ensure you get what you need, at what you can afford, and be as courteous and non-pushy as possible.

After being taken advantaged of by the service department at my local Toyota I then decided to called Atlanta Toyota for a second opinion and some advice. I was then connected to Brooke Finch. I explained to Brooke what happened and how they not only misdiagnosed my vehicle but also charged me for something that didn’t need to be repaired. So not only was my money waisted but the problem I came in with was still not fixed. Brooke listened to me and gave me great advice and the steps I should take to rectify my situation. Brooke exemplified great customer service!! Brooke simply put is AMAZING!!! I told her from now on I will drive 2 hours just to get serviced at Atlanta Toyota because of her.

Dont waste your time using their online service to submit an offer. I was looking at a Sienna they had on their lot and went through their online process to appraise my trade-in and submit an offer to purchase their van. I received a call from one of their sales associate the next day and was asked to bring the car in so they can verify the condition. So I agreed to and when I got their, not only did they offer me 5K less than what their online appraisal service said but they added an additional 10k to the MSRP. They did not want to honor the price they listed online. I understand inventory is short and that can change the market but they need to update the pricing on their vehicles.***UPDATE***So its been 5 days since I posted this review and supposedly the owner responded asking for my contact information. I did provide my contact information but have not heard back from anyone. The plus side is that they finally removed the price for the vehicle and not advertising a the wrong price. So now you need to call or you can take a look at the photos posted and add 10k to it.

I had to do the service of my car and I did not have time during the day, so I decided to go very early in the morning. Everything went very well, I delivered my car, it was ready on time and I was able to get to my work at the scheduled time.

Like most people I associate buying a car with long hours, haggling back and forth and wasted time at a dealership...... This however was not my experience at Atlanta Toyota,.They were honest and fair with pricing and financing,. The sales associate that helped me and my wife was very knowledgeable, patient and the best part willing to listen to us and what we were looking for. I ended up buying a blue RAV4 and by far is one of the best bang for your buck in the current post covid market.... I have been to other dealerships where they are pressuring you into making a big decision and even get upset when you dont end up buying with them but not at Atlanta Toyota they go out of their hands to make sure you are well taken care of and I will definitely be making this my number one place to car shop.

Make sure to TAKE PHOTOS before you have your vehicle serviced.When I received the vehicle back from Atlanta Toyota in Duluth, GA after a tire rotation, I noticed chips all around the lug nut holes and scratches. I ended up waiting 1 hour for the service to be completed and an additional hour for whatever the manager was doing to take a look at it when I confronted them.I love my car and I wash it almost every 2 weeks so I know the imperfections on my car. Considering that I hadnt even taken my wheels off since I purchased the vehicle, somehow magically there are fresh chips all around the lug nut holes only after the service.Seriously, TAKE PHOTOS of the areas requiring maintenance of your car BEFORE you let them touch it.This was my first negative dealership experience, hence why I felt compelled to write a review. On the bright side, the representatives are nice. The free amenities are nice. WiFi is a bit slow but not horrible.

He went out of his way to keep me updated about my car throughout a long day in the shop. He communicated part needs that he thought may need attention and felt like he was honest with me. My tire blew away and I needed an oil change. All the maintainers were friendly but Rich especially was great as he was very professional and helpful.
