Not only the side window of my brand new defender shatter in pieces out of no where with no explanation and they make me pay for it. A week later after they repair the window, the plastic of the same window broke again. They’re keeping the car for over a week and I still have to go back to fix the same issue, just a waste of time to me.

I came to Land Rover Gwinnett on a whim, and was greeted right away by Sean Allen. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was able to help my husband and I purchase a Land Rover, with a custom entertainment package installed. Sean went above and beyond, providing snacks and good company as we waited for the process to be completed. He even stayed late - 2 extra hours, to ensure everything was finalized and took time to show me helpful tips + set up my phone before I drove off of the lot. We loved our salesman, Sterian. He was great to work with. The dealership had a great selection as well. We drove over 2 hours to make this purchase and wanted to take the vehicle home that day. Especially after spending most of the day there... but they wouldn’t except a personal check (like we have always done when buying in the past) because we were not local. My husband is the CEO of a Credit Union and we offered to call the CU so they could verify funds. That didn’t work either. They ended up meeting me the next day with the vehicle. I love the RR Velar but kind of wish I had splurged a little more for the Sport because it’s larger. I like the look of the Velar better. Also a couple of minor issues with the vehicle so we are having to get it looked at at a closer (to us) dealership. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. Nice folks.

I Cannot state how happy I am, Ive been contemplating selling my car for a couple months now and recently I decided to do it because the market right now. I took it to carmax and they offered me a decent amount but I felt I could get more, I reached out to Hennessy Land Rover of Gwinnett and spoke to Matthew Hardison. Not only did he give me more money for my car than I thought I could get but the process was seamless and quick. I was in and out rather quickly, the service he gave me was nothing less than amazing. If I ever decide to sell again, Itll be to Matthew. Hennessy Land Rover, I hope you know what youve got with him!

I drove my 08 Honda accord up there and not any of my expensive cars just to see if one of their lovely associates would assist me as walked their lot for 20 mins. Nobody came to assist. Their lost. Had a 60k check ready to go but that goes to show, they only want to assist based on what youre currently driving. Do better. Wouldve given 0 stars but that option was not available.

VERY DISPLEASED!! We bought my 2016 Discovery Sport back in 2019 and haven’t had any problems until (conveniently) we ran out of warranty and paid the car off. We took my car for the yearly service back in April. We were told everything was in the green except for the tread on one tire which was starting to wear but wasn’t an issue at this point. We paid the usual $540 for the service and went on our way. 1 week later we were in a drive thru when my husband noticed the brakes weren’t working. He had the pedal pressed all the way to the floor and the car was only slowly stopping. We pulled over to look and sure enough brake fluid was everywhere!! We called Land Rover who requested we get it towed to the dealership. The next day I received a text saying that the brake line had ruptured. I asked how this had happened and I was told it was “due to age”. The car only has 58,000 miles on it!!!! Age?!?! I have talked to several mechanics who have all been doing it for 30+ years and they all say they have NEVER heard of a brake line rupturing!!! Our thought is someone messed something up during my yearly service only a week before and refuses to be honest about it! My husband and I are furious because our 1 year old daughter was in the car and we were about to get on the interstate. We could have been killed! To top it all off, they tell me that two of the tires were dangerously low on tread and that I needed new tires when we’ve just replaced 3 of the 4 in the last year! They told me that I needed two new tires and they would need to do an alignment + the “ruptured brake line” was all going to be over $2,000!!!! To top it all off, when the tow truck arrived to get the car and we were trying to give him directions he said, “Oh don’t worry I know how to get there, we take vehicles there all the time”. How reassuring 🤦🏻‍♀️ we decided to only fix the necessary brake line to get the car driving again which was supposed to be $1,100. When we got there to pay, there was a million fees added on and we ended up paying over $1,400!!! FOR 1 BRAKE LINE!!!! Needless to say we are in the process of trading right now so we can get out before something terrible happens!

I want to give this 5 stars only and only to Jeff Slocum. He was my sales person last May when I bought my car. He was very patient and nice and very caring. After almost a year, I called him to help me to find something, and he was very helpful and responded so quickly despite that he was very busy. I think this is the way that every sales person should do to keep their customers happy for a long time. The cars are same, but the amount of respect you get is not. He is an example!

I purchased my beautiful emerald green Discovery Sport Land Rover from Land Rover Gwinnett! Thank you, Antonio, for your great service. I love it and Im writing to brag about this SUV.I was led to buy this SUV. My family went to the Smokey Mountains for Christmas, which had beyond steep hills (45 degree angles). It snowed Christmas Eve knocking out the power and water. Because of the bombing on Christmas Day in Knoxville, no one was available to help us upon calling 911. All emergency workers relocated to help in Knoxville.The driveway to the cabin and roads to exit the mountain were steep ice packed hills that were too dangerous to travel. After 4 days with no heat and water, my family made the bold decision to come down the mountain, regardless of the ice. We had 14 people and three (3) SUV: a GMC, Jeep Cherokee and my Land Rover. My children and I, in my Land Rover, came down first. We did not slip nor slide and made it to safety without issue. This SUV carried us down treacherous icy hills from one downward spiral to another. I couldnt believe it! Unfortunately, the other two trucks, containing the other 11 family members, were not able to come down. They started and had to stop. Just when the other trucks were slipping on the icy hills, volunteer firefighters were on the scene. We had to leave the two other trucks on the mountain and use my Land Rover and their emergency vehicle to rescue my family! It took 2 additional days before the roads were clear enough to bring the other two SUVs down the mountain. We rode up the mountain and back down in my new Land Rover! I know it saved my family from sliding down into the raveen. I say that honestly and proudly! It has become the best purchase ever! It is a blessing! I am beyond grateful for the technology in this SUV.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Jaguar Land Rover Gwinnett.We initially contacted the company through their website with some questions about a particular vehicle they had in stock. They not only answered our questions, but also neatly transitioned us to work with Sean Allen who then sent us a personalized video of the vehicle! We prefer to work through email; Sean kept up with responding to our questions in a very timely manner. His professionalism and thoroughness really impressed us.We drove 2 1/2 HOURS to Gwinnett, GA to purchase our vehicle from Sean. Why? We had some poor experiences with our local dealers here in upstate SC. We even tried a few dealers up in NC who were even worse? Our experience with Sean from the get go was a complete polar opposite. We never had to chase Sean to get answers to our questions or during the paperwork portion of the transaction. Sean understood our questions and anticipated our next ones. Sean made the transaction as smooth as it could have been. Not expecting a pleasant experience from a Dealer, I was delighted with the outcome while purchasing my RR from LR Gwinnett. Richard and Monica would have lost me, as I was shopping for the perfect Rover for me, and I deleted their texts and emails during the process. But they would touch base with me over a few weeks and had a low key approach that I liked. So I purchased from Monica and now have the most beautiful RR in my garage.

I just purchased a Landrover here and I have to say it has been one of the best experiences I’ve had at any dealership here in atlanta and I’ve owned over 15 cars. Antonio, my sales associate, was awesome to work with! RJ, the general manager, helped with the deal as it was a special circumstance and far exceeded my expectations. Stephen in finance had me out of there in less than an hour on the day I purchased the car - Typically this is the most painful part of the process but he made it a breeze! Then I had the pleasure to work with and meet Gary and Gretchen in the service department - both of them jewels!! If you are in the market for a Landrover I highly recommend you pay them a visit!

Purchased a CPO Range Rover Sport with low mileage for my wife. Danny was our salesman and the experience in purchasing was nice and fast. However after purchasing, the additional customization took a little longer than promise which can be understandable. Once we went back to pick up the truck the front clip wasnt ordered and attached. They promised to mail it out, but never did even after my wife reached out twice. Finally after almost 20 days and us threatening to return vehicle they overnight it. Lastly the truck is making a clacking noise when backing up periodically?! I hope they didnt sell us a truck with cv joint or sway bar issues, isnt that something that shouldve been caught in their inspection while doing the certification! We shall see soon.. Stay tuned..UPDATE: THE DEALERSHIP HAS FIXED THE SUSPENSION AND ADDITIONAL ISSUES.

Wish you could give zero stars! I bought my certified pre owns velar on May 29 2021. It had a few problems seen. I was promised they would all be taking care of. It’s now July 18 2021 my 1st carpayment is due. Guess how many issues have been fixed ZERO!The first week I started calling them “oh the service department will reach out to you. I hear this multiple time because I called multiple times. 2 weeks in I call my salesman I explained to him that no ones has called I’ve left messages with both service and management to be called back with no return calls. I tell him at this point I’m just going to bring the car back that this is bad business and I no longer wish to deal with them. The salesman tells me I’m being ridiculous and that I’m lying he was right there when service called and spoke to me. I get to the dealership and they tell me oh we don’t have a return policy we can’t take the car back.I speak with the GM Casey and he give me yet another empty promises.(He tells me they have called me 21 times lol. You have called me 21x and I dont have not one missed call? Yeah ok.)Bring the car back next Monday and I’ll have everything set up for your vehicle to be fixed and we will have a loaner car for you. I take off work and come back on the Monday we agreed to even texted him because he asked me to let him know when I was on my way. I get there no one from service even knows I’m coming. They do attempt to fix the situation but I need a loaner. The service manager finds me a discovery sport. I tell him I’m a K9 handler I need to be able to put my cage in it for work the truck is to small. His response take it or leave it! So I left it on my way out I hear one of the service guys say we don’t have all his part any ways. As I’m walking out the service manager says I will call you as soon as a bigger loaner comes in that was 2weeks ago crickets. I call the GM on the way out and tell him that they have wasted enough of my time at this point. I won’t be driving the vehicle back up here and that they now need to make the arrangements to have it picked up and fixed. It’s now July 17 my carpayment is and my tags are bad.They had the finance manager reach out last week wanting to know if everything had been fixed. Why would he be reaching out to me? Maybe because we are both black and we can relate on a more personal level. He wants to have the car picked up on Saturday. It can’t be picked up on Saturday I work at the airport in a restricted area. A week goes by they wait until Saturday again to call and try to pick it up. Oh and just to add another slap in my face the car I traded in today hasn’t been paid off in full so now there trying to ruin my credit. No one seems to know the name of there boss or how to get a hold of them what a joke.Stay far away from this place it’s all good until they get your money. I’m sure I would receive better treatment and service from a crooked buy here pay here place.

Purchased an extended warranty to cover road hazard to tires and wheels when I purchased the vehicle in 2019. Rims bent band could not be repairedInsurance company denied coverage -General Manager RJ Crites went to bat with insurance company - and covered the cost of rim replacement. Ill purchase again because of this great customer service.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AGAIN!This is the last time I will use this dealership service department. Appointment schedulers are incompetent, disconnecting my call multiple times, then they are not able to locate an appointment with a loaner car available even after a service advisor researched and verified availability. I scheduled a specific time to drop the car off but am kept waiting 30 minutes before being assisted by a different service advisor from the one ultimately handling my car (my assigned service advisor was sitting at his desk eating pizza). No communication between the two service advisors results in only one of two items being repaired. When I pick up the car I find the problem was not repaired, so a new service ticket has to be entered, but the warranty lapsed during the time my car was in the shop. This killed another 45 minutes of my time. The shop orders the part but left my car sitting for days under the pretense of waiting for corporate approval for the repair since it was out of warranty. I leave messages for my service advisor requesting status updates and receive no call back. No one has any sense of urgency or accountability. I finally speak to the service manager who resolves the problem and gets my car back the next day. The loaner car has a strong obnoxious smell as if cigar scented cologne was sprayed in it. When I receive my car I find the tire pressure monitor warning is activated. One tire was 10 lbs. low. This resulted in another trip to the dealership to add air. So much for the dealer quality assurance inspection! What a joke! The business sent an official looking Google Review request to my e-mail account but my review never posted so I had to do it again. The dealership is too busy for its own good and I do not recommend using their service department.

Mary is one of the BEST saleswomen I have ever come across! I can be very selective, picky or whatever you want to call it, but Mary was VERY patient with me, listened to me, and took what I said and found me the BEST based on my needs. This is my first Land Rover and I love it! If you are ever in the need for a vehicle, she is going to be your GO TO person! Customer Service is A1 and she truly cares, and loves what she does! Everyone honestly I came across at this dealership was amazing. I went to another first, but the customer service here by far exceeding everyone I went to before Land Rover Gwinnett! Thanks Mary!!

Negotiated details of a certified preowned car online and flew To Atlanta to pick up the car.They asked for a cashiers check for the deposit. Was then made to wait around all morning and given the runaround as to why it took so long. Long story short the next day they called me and told me that I had not given them the original cashiers check for the deposit, and they wanted another check, Even though I had paperwork and a signed contract saying that I had paid them my deposit. I called the police the next morning and have not heard anything since then. Apparently it was a scam between the sales associate and the finance manager.Do not go to this dealership!!!

Sales rep Kipp Cramer does not even deserve a one star review. I bought a 2021 V8 Range Rover for $103K and when the car came it was built wrong (the manager told me that it was built wrong after he got involved because of Kipp attitude). The car did not include the 360 cameras it was suppose to have. I went back to the dealer the same day to talk to Kipp and he had a very Bad attitude and started saying it has a back up camera and sensors on the front. I told him that’s not what I ordered nor what the sticker on the car said he still continued with his attitude saying that they can’t do anything about it and that he already made the sale. I don’t know how a dealer can have a very rude sales rep like Kipp Cramer who does not care a bit about customer service.

What can I say about LR Gwinnett? In particular, Antonio Leek and Sales Manager Casey Lloyd. They patiently took me thru my LR journey that lasted about a year: I spent months thinking I wanted a Discovery Sport, searching & considering options for months, but learned later on it was too small for my needs. Complete 360 to the Defender- another several months searching for the Right One. Finally decided to custom-build. Could not be happier: 2021 110 HSE X-Dynamic Gondwana Stone, Black package---She is truly beautiful. Only took 90 days (which went by fast). They could have easily tried to steer me to something prebuilt on the Lot-- but knew that I was very particular and wanted only features Id actually use.Loved working with Antonio: True gentleman, listens, respectful, patient, professional the entire time.

I had a great experience with my sales agent at Jaguar Land Rover. Jarvis was my sales agent and he was great. I called prior to arriving and let him know I knew what car I wanted. I wanted to start the approval process before coming. He sent me the application immediately and kept full communication with me throughout the process. He was very professional and kind. The application approval process was easy to complete and the turn around was pretty fast. I would definitely recommend them and him as a sales agent for anyone looking for a new car.

My cars turbo went out and I was really scared of how the repair was going to go. I had the pleasure of working with Alexei and he was wonderful. Throughout the repair process, he checked in with me daily, and helped me find out that my car was actually under extended warranty, alleviating a lot of my stress. I wasnt able to get a courtesy vehicle, however, they were a huge help in arranging rides for my transportation. By far, this is the best Land Rover service dealership Ive been to, and I will definitely come back.

On Feb 8, 2021 I had a 9:00 appt to view and test drive the New Defenders. I arrived at 8:30am I am an old soldier. Granted I completely understood the inventory issues with these particular vehicles when I walked in there doors. I had already been to South Atlanta, Birmingham, Hilton Head, and Hennesey Land Rover Dealerships between Nov 2020 and the present.After test driving a couple of Defenders they didn’t have the one that I liked. So they, Sales rep Mr Danny, and Mr Casey sales manager, said no problem they had one at a dealership in Florida so we locked it in and was going through the entire process was approved and down payment completed.After all these hours (2:30p) Mr Casey sent Danny over to tell me they had bad news that the sales manager in Fla was already working with someone over the weekend with that vehicle and he sold that vehicle to them while we were finalizing my deal.So I decided to leave and just try again some other time. Mr Casey came over and promised me that he could find another one just like that one. Tired and frustrated I decided to wait for a minute. Mr Casey came back over and said got one for sure this time and the first thing that they did was to guarantee it and that it will be coming from New York. They said it would be there by Friday Feb 12 2021.So I finalized all paperwork and made the complete purchase, I finally left there dealership between 6 and 6:30 pm had no food all that day.You Talking about Stressed!When Fri Feb 12 th rolled around I called and they told me bad news again they had sold that vehicle as well. I asked Mr Casey how could that happen when we have Vin numbers, he said that unfortunately other dealerships could do that.So I went back to the dealership for my deposit Saturday feb 13th ( I live in Alabama).Mr Casey Told My wife and I They had another vehicle just like the other two with more options and a little less on the price at the Port in Brunswick Ga. and that it was only designated to us and that it was coming straight to me this time. So we had to delete and do new paperwork, took about 2 hrs. So We asked Mr Casey what was the very latest day that we should receive this vehicle not the first date but the latest Date! He Told us the 26th of Feb, 21.All of the vin numbers started with the letters sale on them I asked they said this was normal.We heard nothing from no one at the dealership during this time . on that Friday Feb 26,21 we called and they told us it may be the next week probably that Wednesday. We asked for a refund canceled the entire deal spoke with the general manager, he basically defended his employees.I had to pay for full coverage on a 2021 Defender from feb 8,2021 until March. I told the general manager everyone did what they were supposed to do but y’all. I had my payment book already.This dealership completely waisted our money time other opportunities to make purchases from other dealerships that were calling us with Defenders on there lots. But because our hands were tied with this dealership we missed other great opportunities. They cost me time, gasoline for traveling and other business we needed to be getting done towards our home and family.I just wanted to take the time to let others know concerning my experience. They never produced a vehicle. I feel like I was scammed into sticking with them when they knew they never could produce that vehicle and they were hoping they could find one before we changed our minds. I must say - quite the pleasant experience I endured at Land Rover Gwinnett. Carter was my agent and was very helpful, knowledgeable, yet friendly which made the purchase much smoother and easier. I was not in the dealership for very long, just a few hours to get paperwork signed and processed. The process was seamless, virtual which I enjoyed by signing documents electronically, and efficient. I have never purchased a car in this quick amount of time from when I walk in to walk out the door, which I enjoyed thoroughly.I would highly highly highly recommend Land Rover Gwinnett and Carter for the service rep.

I called the Gwinnett dealership and spoke with Gary and he was able to make the process smooth and seamless from start to finish! I had been an advocate of Hennessy JLR, not because of the speed, or the quality of the work of their service department but because the people are friendly and my advisor, Kris, ALWAYS kept me informed of my vehicles status and via methods which suited me, like a quick text or a detailed message so I wouldnt have to hunt down information. Well shes no longer there which was pretty obvious when 5 days after dropping it off for a 2 day service, I hadnt heard a peep about my car. Were now going on two-weeks (BTW its ALWAYS 2 weeks minimum) for service and to fix a problem that didnt exist until the last time they had my car and has anyone proactively reached out to me?? NO! When I have a free moment in my schedule, which is rare, I pick-up the phone but NEVER reach an actual person. I might get a call back at the end of the day but that is hardly acceptable. Its completely absurd that in 2021 you cant get a system in place to send daily updates to customers via text or email. Its even more absurd that a car is in service that long without providing a loaner! Again, the staff are very nice, but nice doesnt make up for a complete lack of communication. You can do better Hennessy and JLR!

I almost walked out of the dealer because the car that I liked was a little bit out my budget. Thanks to Mr. Jarvin Jaro I decided to look a and test drive the car.I have my conditions, budget etc and I shared to Mr. Jaro since the very beginning. He was patient enough to work with me and my conditions. We came to an agreement where the dealership and myself feel comfortable and made a deal. After 1 hour my documents were done and the car was mine.I dont want to make an emphasis on the deal they gave me but the kindness and how comfortable they made my experience.I will recommend the dealership eyes close. It was amazing... I looked over the car and all looked great, then when it was being detailed they found a small scratch on one of the doors. In stead of just touching up the small scratch they painted both doors. Thats right only one door had the scratch but to blend in properly they painted both doors.

But Unfortunately after being ignored by several of the sales staff, for over an hour, we finally asked to speak to a manager, In hopes of getting better assistance. We couldn’t have been More disgusted and appalled by the rudest, most disrespectful, lying conman we have ever come across in our life’s, Casey. This pitiful excuse of a manager should not be working for a company that sells this level of product to this clientele. From his attitude, disrespect, aggressiveness and overall Prasanna, he would be better off working at Walmart stocking shelves. During this experience we were pushed off on several salesperson and finally were frustrated enough that we left and went to purchase two vehicles from LandRover south, which were invited into a Flawless -Professional buying experience. Lastly, this manager Casey at Land Rover Gwinnett is not only a disgrace to the Hennesey company but a disgrace to the elite Land Rover Jaguar brand. This should be addressed by the owner, because he has lost my wife and I as customers and I’m almost positive he has and will lose many many more,he seems a bit toxic. Took my daughter to buy her very first car - her dream car, the one shes wanted for years. Time spent at the dealership was entirely too long - pretty much half a day. As we were finishing up paperwork, the car was supposed to have been detailed. HOURS later, even after leaving to get lunch and coming back, still not done. The salesman told her to bring it back another day to have it done. On this second trip (over an hours drive), it took FOUR HOURS to detail the car?? And it still wasnt up to expectations. Several things were supposed to have been done, which never got done - things we were told would be done by the salesman. Everyone was pleasant enough, just very poor follow through. Would not recommend friends or family to waste their time at this dealership. For a dealership that sells luxury cars, the customer service is really not good.

I found a used Range Rover in Georgia that was a very good price and contacted the dealership and spoke with a salesman named blessing and after talking to him ended up deciding to purchase a new one, and took a flight down there and met with blessing and he was very helpful and informative. Everyone I dealt with was down to earth and nice to deal with including the finance guy and manager I believe his name was Jason. The best part of this story is after I left and the sale was complete is where I really found out that selling the car was not the end of the experience with blessing the salesman, he reached out multiple times trying to make sure I figured out the app I was having technical problems with and took time out to make calls and for me and update me multiple times on multiple days. One of my best experiences buying a car by far and will recommend friends and family or whoever is looking to these guys.

I live four hours away in Alabama so we had to negotiate the deal including a trade over the phone and email. She was fair and honest, didn’t play the usual car salesperson games. In less than 48 hours after our initial conversation I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Discovery. I drove to Atlanta and was only at the dealership for about two and a half hours. If only I could give zero stars. I even hate that I have to write this review. This was my first time purchasing from a major dealership, as I normally get my vehicles from auctions. I purchased a pre owned Porsche Macan there last November. I loved the vehicle and was told that it was inspected and serviced. That was definitely a lie. Fast forward to this year and within the last month it’s been problems after problems with this vehicle. First off, I was made aware after the fact that there were 3 recalls on this vehicle that were NOT even addressed before I purchased it, which make it a safety hazard for it to be driven. Then the R-Gear box completed stopped working and I was stuck late at night on my way home unable to reverse my vehicle!!! I was so scared!! I eventually had to get it towed that night. So I called the dealership last Friday and told them about the issue and was told that they probably couldn’t fix it and that I’d have to take it Porsche directly. This was another headache, because it’s December and no one can even get to my car until the very end of the month. So I asked both this dealership and Porsche if I could even be provided with a loaner since now I’ll be out of a vehicle for over a month and was told that the only thing they could do is give me an Uber ride home if I decided to bring it there because they had no loaners. So, I have to scramble to find transportation and pay out of my own pocket during this holiday season for a vehicle to drive. I wish I’d NEVER ever purchased from this dealership. They are nice when they need you to purchase a vehicle but you’re on your own when it breaks down shortly after purchasing it. I’ve already called and left two messages so hopefully I’ll hear back from someone. I usually don’t get this upset but I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase and wished I bought a car somewhere else. I’ve never had these many problems with a vehicle ever!!

I was sold a lemon, my 2020 Range Rover Evoque cut off on 285 and 2 additional times after. My truck was in and out of the service center only for them to tell me they can’t duplicate the problem and it isn’t a safety issue. I can’t imagine a car cutting off on a major highway not being a safety issue. I also provide video footage 2 of the times it cut off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!
