Everything I would expect from a dealership that sells these vehicles. A night and day experience when compared to Range Rover of south Atlanta. From the second I walked in I had employees asking to help. Kris Alden was my service advisor and I couldn’t have asked for ether service. Everything was timely and I was kept informed through the repair process. Great experience all together. Would highly recommend to anyone needing service for their LR/Jaguar. We had been working with Mary at Gwinnett for the last 2 months to try to find my perfect Range Rover Sport, and SHE DID IT!! She was amazing! One of the only agents I could get to help me and actually stay in touch with me. She was the BEST!!!
Initially had a good sales experience purchasing a used vehicle. However since the purchase have gotten the run around for almost 3 weeks. In fact, after receiving no response from the employee I had been communicating with in two weeks, I stopped by and was told he didn’t work there. Another employee tried to help but eventually said we don’t do anything after you purchase even though the issues existed on the day of pickup and shortly after. I expected better customer service from a high end dealership.
Terrible Experience, AGAIN! This is the last time I will use this dealership and service department. Appointment schedulers are incompetent, disconnecting my call multiple times, then they are not able to locate an appointment with a loaner car available even after a service advisor researched and verified availability. I scheduled a specific time to drop the car off but am kept waiting 30 minutes before being assisted by a different service advisor from the one ultimately handling my car (my assigned service advisor was sitting at his desk eating pizza). No communication between the two service advisors resulted in only one of two items being repaired. When I picked up the car I found the problem was not repaired, so a new service ticket had to be entered, but the warranty lapsed during the time my car was in the shop. This killed another 45 minutes of my time. The shop ordered the part but left my car sitting for days under the pretense of waiting for corporate approval for the repair since it was out of warranty. I left messages for my service advisor requesting status updates and received no call back. No one has any sense of urgency or accountability. I finally spoke to the service manager who resolved the problem and got my car back the next day. The loaner car has a strong obnoxious smell as if cigar scented cologne was sprayed in it. The dealership is too busy for its own good and I do not recommend using their service department.

The experience, as always, was top class, as is the Range Rover line. I purchased a 2021 Range Rover to replace my 2016 and the difference in amenities is significantly wonderful. Of particular mention was my sales representative, Kipp. He not only worked hard to get me a fair deal, but he also drove my new vehicle 1.5 hours to my home — late and on a Friday night. We handled the paperwork quickly and he took the time, despite the hour, to walk me through the awesomeness of my new V8 vehicle. Can’t say enough about Gwinnett’s commitment to customer service — both in maintenance and sales. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to remember the little things when it comes to customer service. They are a high-class operation and I passionately recommend them to anyone looking for a Jag or Range Rover.

Horrible!!!!!!! Service Dept Rep! Kaleb Dance no personality at all. Acted as if I was a waste of his time. Will never go back to take my car to get it serviced there. Drove all the way to Hennessy Alpharetta where customer service is a total 180 degree difference! Better service at the Alpharetta location which is 50 minutes from my house compared to the Gwinnett location which is 15 mins away. Ill drive those extra miles to have a better more pleasant experience than I received at Hennessy Gwinnett.

We had an excellent experience purchasing a Jaguar XF. Our car buying experience started with Hennessy Jaguars website. I was able to select a car online and had my trade-in appraised. Amanda emailed with all the details of the car. She kept me updated via text messages. When I arrived at the dealership Amanda had the car upfront and ready. Then Chris took over. After searching for several months we finally found the car we wanted to purchase. Minor draw back was that the car was in Georgia. We planned to drive down to the Atlanta area, to pick up the car, and then head home well before dark. When we arrived we found there was some hail damage on the roof and the hood of this car and even though it is a used car, having the hail damage almost killed the deal. The dealer agreed to fix the damage, put us up in a hotel overnight, and even offered to buy us dinner since by the time all was said, done, and fixed, it was too late to drive home. We did arrive home the next day and are enjoying the vehicle very much. We would highly recommend this dealership. Jeff Slocum, our Sales rep was excellent and most accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Justin Callahan also helped us with our purchase. These guys do a great job! Go visit them!

My husband and I had an appointment to look at a pre-owned vehicle. When we arrived, the sales person met us outside and wasnt wearing a mask. Ok, were outside, so I guess thats fine? We asked to test drive the car alone for COVID safety. We were told by the sales person that was probably fine, but there have been a lot of car thefts in Buckhead lately and he would need to write it up as a car rental. Were not in Buckhead. We also showed up in an older version of the same model/uncommon color car we were test driving, so its pretty clear were upgrading our old car. We provided our drivers licenses and proof of our insurance and the salesperson left to confirm with his manager that it was ok to take the vehicle. The manager spoke with us and said it wouldnt be possible for us to drive the car alone because the dealerships insurance wouldnt cover the vehicle without the sales person in the car. We were told only one person has asked in an entire year (of the pandemic) to drive a car alone, which is laughable considering the measures other dealerships are taking for the safety of their staff and customers. I was told by the manager that I didnt understand how insurance works - I have 13 years of commercial property insurance experience with clients in all types of industries, including hundreds of car dealerships. I also bought a car for myself during the pandemic and test drove several other cars with my husband - we havent had any problems driving solo at other dealerships. Weve recently taken 2 vehicles to our mechanic for pre-purchase inspections - again, totally fine at other dealerships. I guess were supposed to believe that no one ever gets a pre-purchase inspection? Consider looking elsewhere if you appreciate COVID consciousness and honesty. Furthermore, as a female, I was barely acknowledged during this ordeal. The salesperson didnt greet me and directed all communication to my husband. The manager mansplained insurance to me. Its 2021 - women buy cars.

Our service advisor greeted us upon arrival, walked us through the entire process and told us what to expect for 48k mile service, he even provided us with information on how to preserve our wheels by having them repaired and coated. He chatted with us about family and his love of baseball. The Gwinnett JLR location sold me a car that has mechanical issues. I called to discuss problem with the car and the used car manager was rude and dismissive! He basically told me they will “look at the car” but since I bought it, the car is mine now!!! And they would not put me in a loaner while they looked at it!!!I didn’t waste time with him. I sent an email to the GM, R.J.Crites & he responded the next morning. They brought me a loaner, took the car they sold me and reported to me a few days later that the car had a bad transmission!!! They sent the car to auction!!!I was asked to choose another car on their lot. I tried but no success. I requested my deposit and was told by the Jason the store manager that I would receive my full deposit by mail in a few days. After waiting patiently almost 10 days, nothing. I have not received my deposit not even a phone call. I emailed RJ last night, nothing yet but I must say he has been the most apologetic person at that store! Let’s see what he says about my money!I did not want to leave a bad review but to be honest, I will never go there again!!! Feb2021. I will post more details if I do not get my deposit back within the next 24hrs!

Very poor experience trying to purchase a used vehicle this morning. Scheduled an appointment to see the car last night via text, the sales person called me this morning to confirm. Showed up for appointment today and after a short wait the rep told us he would bring the car around for us to see.After what seemed like a 15-minute wait, he comes back with his supervisor to let us know that the car had been sold the previous night.I know that things can move fast in the car industry, but I booked the appointment pretty late in the evening, and during that text session the rep could have checked availability of this car. Certainly before he called this morning to confirm our appointment he could have checked knowing we were taking time off go come and see this vehicle.Not a great experience to say the least. If you decide to visit this dealer to see a particular vehicle you should get them to verify it is actually still on their lot before you leave.

I was lied to by the sales manager. My salesperson was wonderful, but his manager was rude and proceeded to make me feel threatened. I would never purchase a car from them again.
I had them look at my car it took two days, I had to call them . They said it was my water pump, the dealer wanted 1700 the fix it, I declined that was too much . So I pick up my car, they gave me my car back with no water in it. Car ran hot driving it back . To make a long story short. They did that because I did not get it fix there, plus it only was 700 to get it fix some where else. Never use them again

These people will lie to your face regarding covered warranty services. My dashboard says a service is due but they lie and say Im late. They claim they cant see what other dealers have performed, but all other dealers say theyre linked. Jimmy hinted that they would be screwed if they complete the service. This place even fixed my car when the service was due and never even said anything about it! How despicable. I will never come back here or buy another Jaguar. And Ill tell every other Jaguar owner about this! Word of mouth is real.

I made a service appointment for my recently purchased Jaguar f type after a disappointing visit to Jaguar South Atlanta. I met my service advisor Igor Markovic who was a complete gentleman he researched my car informed me of the status of my warranty arranged for the needed service and then also pointed out a loose right front fender which after later inspection turned out to be 2 missing headlight housing bolts! The car was a birthday gift and a 2018 model I was completely shocked at Igors finding of the defect he has a sharp eye for detail and he advised me (with no pressure) of what needed more attention as well as taking the time to print out estimates for me to consider. Hennesy Jaguar Gwinnet you have an asset in Igor and a new LOYAL customer I live south of Atlanta but I will make the 2 hour round trip to get my jaguar serviced from now on.

We had the best experience purchasing our Jaguar I Pace. We went just to look and possibly test drive because I had never driven an electric vehicle and was very interested.
