Visited Rick Case Hyundai and met with Andrew, he was a wonderful sales assc. He did all he could to help me and my mother but without the pushiness and forcefulness of buying just any vehicle like alot of sales people.Andrew actually care about his customers and you can tell that in his conversation and in his helpfulness and kindness.

Found the car we were looking for sitting right in the showroom. Drove it home. Realized afterwards that they added a $7500 fee to the car we bought, just because they can. Not a great way to win repeat business, but thats on you.

While my service representative was terrible the other staff were friendly and lovely. While Id give my Hyundai representative a 1 star, Id give the other 5 stars so I averaged it out.

If you want a dealership that is professional with no pressure and folks that want to make sure your completely happy then this the place for you. I have purchased 3 Hyundai from them since 2013 with the most recent last month and help my son get what into exactly what he wanted this month. You also have to love a dealer that doubles the factory warranty to 200,000 miles. Also, the best safety features you can ask for in the new 2021 line.
They tried to show us a car different from the one we were looking for, then snuck in paperwork to sell it at the price of that different car. They said they would register the car for us and the plate would come in the mail, and we find out 3 days before the temp operating permit expires that they did not do that.

I have been coning to Rick case Hyundai for service for years ever since i had a wonderful experience buying my car. The level of customer service in all departments ( esp the service dept) is above and beyond and the manager Tammy has always solved any additional issues ive had. Dealership is clean and a comfortable place to wait. Nothing but good things to say!

Deceitful bait and switch tactics. i thought companies had come further than this by 2021 but if you want that 1970’s car dealership experience than come on down to Rick Case Hyundai! I had texted them about a particular car and drove an hour with the family to test drive. When I get there surprisingly all the cars just sold!If you want to earn business you don’t lie to your customers.
Be careful with the price you pay for a new car. I paid too much money for a new Kia, more than the MSRP price. Sticker mentioned a Rick Case package. I thought it included more accessories in the car, but nothing extra. Customer service was bad. Car wasnt ready, dead battery and without inspection. I had to come back for the inspection to be completed and had to wait two hours. Overall, a bad experience. I will go to a different dealership if you are looking for a Kia.
My boyfriend and I spent lots of time deciding on a vehicle to purchase after a flood had tragically totaled our paid off vehicle. After seeing Rick Cases warranties online we decided to stop into the dealership. We were greeted by Braxton who was a fantastically informative sales rep. He was super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!
Just had my car serviced at rick case. I was highly impressed with the care they took with my car and my safety. All employees are wearing masks and tammy the service manager even came around the waiting area asking those waiting without a mask if they would like one. I recently purchased a Sonata from here, my salesman was awesome, everything went smooth. Up until recently my car was stolen.. I was so distraught my copies of everything was in my vehicle. I also needed to know if there was tracking device in my car. So I called the dealership and Rachel the receptionist went above and beyond to help me get all the information I needs for insurance and other things. She is a very kind person she is one of the best employees there!!
I was there a week earlier to have a check engine light reset, at that time I was told I had a recall for a fuse which they did not have so they said they ordered it and scheduled me for an appointment for the following Monday (they actually asked I wanted to come in the Friday prior to this Monday but I couldnt make it). So during a terrible thunderstorm I arrive for my appointment, checked in and informed it would take about an hour and and 15 minutes. I said ok so I went to waiting room. 55 minutes later my name was called and I replied wow that was fast. No, I was informed they didnt have my fuse and they would order it and call me in a few days to reschedule. Really? The KIA dealership in Deland Florida would compensate with a free oil change or a wash and vacuum, something. Not just well call you. Its approximately a 25 minute drive each way, a little customer service goes a long way. Thanks.

How could the best buying experience become the ABSOLUTE worst! They placed an additional product on my contract that I never asked for. Now trying to get intouch with the finance departmentst Gwinnett Place Audi has been horrific! Ive been calling and leaving messages since Monday! Still havent gotten a return call! Im beyond frustrated at this point. Time to pass this along to legal counsel. Horid customer service!

I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to find out that the car I was interested in had sold before I even made the appointment and the sales associate I was supposed to see wasn’t even there. There was no similar inventory to see. Additionally, while all the customers in the showroom were wearing masks, only a small fraction of the employees at Audi Gwinnett were wearing them. Very disappointing experience.
Went here to pick up alternator. They did not have the battery terminal that I wanted. Good and friendly guys.
Cant beat that 200k mile warranty. Kia has come up in the world.
Stay way. They don’t do what they say they will do. Example with four new tires they are supposed to align them with the purchase. They did not align it cause me to now buy two new tires. I have used them 7 years as service go to. Because of this problem I still have to get new tires and a new service team.
Stay away from this place. There are better place to buy a car.

RICK CASE HYNDAI DULUTHThe vehicle had very visible hood damage, but you could not see them in the pictures online. We bought the vehicle, due to the aggressive price, but it was very disappointing to say the least.Also the documentation explaining how the 10 year powertrain warranty would work was lacking.As we were checking out, I noticed the tire monitoring system was on, and I asked them to check it out. They aired up the tire and said it was fine. Turns out there was a nail in my front passenger side tire that I had to get fixed.Even more concerning, the front drivers side inner fender lining is missing, causing some of the lights ( daytime running lights ) not to work. I sent an email today hoping that the GM will take care of this for me, but more concerning than that is what is the real history of the car?Also, it looks like my original review was taken down somehow.

This review is for the service department of Rick Case Hyundai. I had the pleasure of working with Raymone. I arrived prior to my scheduled appointment time and they were able to get me checked in and on my way within 10 minutes of arriving. Raymone went over what my car service would include and how much it would cost. I also requested a shuttle ride which they provide through Lyft. Raymone and the service team were more than welcoming, courteous and helpful. You can tell they take great pride in customer service and ensuring your vehicles are taken care of.
I dealt with Raymon today and he had great customer service, and my car was fixed at a reasonable rate.

I always preferred to take my car back to Rick Case Hyundai to get my oil change and maintenance. The wait area is very clean, and you really dont need an appointment like other dealers to get your oil change.

I bought my Genesis from another dealership (JE), however I like this place especially when it comes to parts. They offer a military discount without any issue and I have found most of their parts are better priced. On my next Genesis purchase, I am likely to buy here.

I went in for an oil change. I was greeted and seen promtly, and asked by several people if Ihad been helped while the person taking care of me moved my car. The waiting area was comfortable. There was free coffee and water. The music and atmosphere were very comfortable. I not only got an oil change, but also a five point inspection, and my fluids were topped off. They have a coupon that you can download and you do not have to have an appointment. I was Leary of what my experience would be at the dealer but I will now get my oil changed there all of the time. Great job. !!!!!!!
I didnt care for the salesperson I saw. He tried to tell me what I like. Really? I am a 55 year old woman. I dont need him to tell me what I should or should not like. No thank you. I went to Car Max.

Daniel, the service guy is great. He been taken care of me since I purchased my car there. They do a good job keeping up with my service. They always check up on me with return phone calls which I like. There service department is the main reason I come there. I do recommend them to any one.
Wheel alignment handled well, especially since on our vehicle, alignments are specific. BUT, we inquired about a part that fell off in travel, and we have a warranty, given a bogus reply from salesman(Joon Kim), we went to Malcolm Cunningham and their service center was amazing. We have found our new service center for our vehicle. RICK CASE sales team, bad news.... Hyundai corp office even said, the dealership had the authority to make the decision especially since we still had a warranty. Rick Case said Hyundai required he take pics, send report, etc. Bogus, Hyundai corp office suggested going to another dealership, which we did.

The sale was easy and fast. The car I went to get, and called on before I left, was sent to auction. Bonus star for getting it back. Minus 2 for the rear door not working at all. Noticed after purchasing the vehicle. Their solution? They did not have one and told me the Subaru dealer was a few miles away. Crappy service 5 minutes after finishing paperwork.... The sales lady, Karen, is this places best asset. She was great!

Rick Case Automotive group is a multi brand Car Dealership - for Audi, Honda, Kia, Hyundai & Genesis, Mazda, VW, Fiat, Maserati, Accura etc...Have been there for Hyundai car purchase...these guys works 6 days 9am-9pm, on Sunday 12noon-6pm. Generally they stretch by an hour or so, after office hours for customer support - if you call them its a done deal...they will be awaiting for you with smile on face...Their response to customer is very quick, friendly staff. Great people.
We were scheduled to come see a Stinger and they didnt even have one. Its a 45 minute drive! Not happy at all.
This place is not worthy of even a terrible review. Terrible expierence I was told one price when I got the paperwork the price was almost $800 higher. The used car manager was rude and disrespectful.I will neve go there again.

I was not happy with my outcome about my car. I was told one thing and then they switched to something else. They would not let me speak to the Service Manager. I will not return to this place forfuture car problems. I will go to another Hyundai Dealer, never again this One!!!!!!!!
