I wasnt sure what to think about a small car dealership on Buford Highway. There were some fairly nice cars to choose from. I dont like the idea of high pressured used car salesman. My experience was totally surprising and encouraging. The sales person was kind, patient, low pressure. He wanted the best for me and my family. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle several times. We were able to get it checked out mechanically. The purchase was simple and quick. The guy who does all the refurbishing to the vehicles was very kind as well. Only a positive experience for me.

After searching for a car for a month my husband and I came across Sean Auto Sales.They were very genuine -Good looking cars with an aim to please while giving you space.I bought a RX300 with some issues. Sean and Daryoosh agreed to fix them.Returned the car after a week when the parts were available. The car was fixed that same day.They are true gentlemen and reputable.I would highly recommend them.

I went to test drive the car I was interested in. When I got there I noticed they left the scan tool connected to the vehicles OBD2. This was a red flag. That right there told me they had erased the check engine light and any error codes before I got there to test drive the car. I went for my test drive and about 15-20 minutes in while driving on Buford Hwy the car started having issues. Engine light and sensors came on. The car was having acceleration issues and air bag lights were on etc.. I had a hunch from experience what was wrong with the car there and then. I was still interested in the car but only if I got it for a low enough price to compensate for the repairs I was going to spend on it. I wanted to come out of here with paying less for the car then what you would at an actual big name dealership. Sean’s slick used car salesman skills came into hyperdrive from here forward. We negotiated and came to an agreed price. How I wish I would have just spent the money upfront ($120 -$150) beforehand to have the car fully inspected, full diagnostic run, by a certified mechanic shop like Christian Brothers Automotive and looked at as if the car were getting a regular service including tire rotation as well. So many issues were discovered by my mechanic afterward I bought the car. I spent over $3K on repairs after buying the vehicle at Sean’s Auto Sale. My risk definitely did not pay off because I could have gotten the same car at a legitimate dealership like Ford Toyota or Honda as a certified used car for almost the same amount of money I have already spent with buying it and repairing it and I’m still not done fixing and brining the car to a somewhat certified used state (needs a paint job bc paint is chipping and it needs serious body work to get dings out that came with the car and there are clips and some screws missing from the body of the car as well that hold the body parts together to the frame of the vehicle). I thought I knew how much I was going to need to spend on repairs after the sale but boy was I wrong. Definitely take your sweet time driving the car you are interested in at this place and do yourself the favor and take it to a trusted certified mechanic to have the car fully inspected. Get there early so you can have the day to do this. You will save yourself a lot of headaches and if you still want the car and it turns out it needs repairs you can negotiate a better price and you can make a better more informative decision on whether the risk is worth the reward if you can afford the needed repairs after the sale and still have a car that cost less than what it would have at a big name dealership, if not just go to the big name dealership and get the same car. Also buy yourself the carfax on the vehicle you want to purchase, Sean doesn’t provide it. The carfax is a must for any car, you need to know it’s entire history and whether it was involved in accidents or totaled etc...

Very good dealership! Friendly and Knowledgeable staff who helped me get my dream car! Buying a 12 year old land rover is risky business anywhere, and after my mechanic looked at it he was amazed at what good condition it was in and how amazing of a car it is, knowing alot of them have so many problems. There was a nail in the tire, and Sean got it fixed for free before purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

I bought several cars here over the years and never had a problem. Last one was a BMW 525i and I love it. The car was used but they were up front about the ( minor) issues it had. I looked at several used car places and none seemed very trustworthy; this was the only place true to its word. The lot has more selection than whats on the website, though, so check it out and make sure you talk with Sean.

I bought the wrong SUV from these people. Traded a perfectly good truck for a money pit Hummer H2. Over priced. Repair after repair. These people erased the engine light before i got to the lot, Sold it to me at the highest price, The engine light came back on after i drove it home the same day. Ever since repair after repair. Wish i had my truck back. Will never buy from Sean Auto again.

Test drove vehicle to my mechanic. Mechanic confirmed AC not working and compressor was failing. Vehicle advertised as great condition. Car was not even fair condition....wasnt worth the trip. However, staff is polite.

Most of the vehicles they have all need a minimum of $650 in repair to be roadworthy. Seems they do not do any repairs to vehicles for the safety of the consumer buyers. They simply get the cars at discount and flip them for a minimum $2,000 dealer spread, leaving you to repair the vehicle worth two grand less. Sold me a car with no brakes, bad control arms, bad axles, and bad motor mounts for $5,600 non-negotiable. Low mileage does not justify road hazardous vehicle sales. I would recommend not buying from this place; ever. Also, they tried to not sign the same contract as me on a cash sale to avoid paying taxes on sale. I had to insist that he sign the same bill of sale contract. Bad business.

We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership back in 2013 and back 8 months ago for our kids and we are so happy and pleased with both of them, 2005 Nissan Extra and 2007 Honda CRV. we have never had any problem. I believe who ever wrote the last review about 99 Volvo it is better to be fair, as you said car was 99 and still is more than 10 years old and of course if you do not take care of the car with regular maintenance it is not gonna last even for 3 month, I guess you never changed the oil or you never did the regular maintenance, tune up and etc. USED CAR always need attention, any used car you purchase have some issues such as door luck problem you mentioned, but I think 99 model car last 14 month, which is very good considering you even did not do any maintenance. We had some oil leak for our Nissan extra month ago and we took it to mechanic and they changed the seal around the engine and spent some money but we UNDERSTAND it is a used car and need to taken care of. So, it is better to be realistic and do not expect brand new service from 10 years old car. I am writing this review just for anyone who read that review about 99 Volvo because it is better to be realistic about the used car, anyway, we are so happy and will be there again if we need a good deal on used car.

Over priced low quality and dirty cars

Bought a 2005 Hyundai Sonata here, it just came in, freshly cleaned and worked on. Never had any problems with the car, they were super honest. I told them a headlight was out and they had it fixed for me on the spot! Gave me 4 weeks to pay my other half of the money without interest rate!

I purchased a car from Sean Auto Sales on-line without ever seeing the car. And then since it was from out of town, I paid to have it delivered. Risky right? I suppose it depends on the business owner you are dealing with. The car arrived after dark, and when the truck driver was driving it off the truck it stalled, and then stalled again before he could drive it into my driveway. Right off the bat, I’m thinking, “This guy sold me a lemon!” When I asked the driver if he had issues getting it on the truck, he told me the car was running (warming up) when he arrived, and he had no problems. A red flag right there (pre-started car), too bad I did not go see it in person. Dont ever buy a car from a dealer if they have the car pre-started and warming up.Next morning, I had to add gas to the car from a gas can, the tank was dead empty on arrival. So still unsure if the issues were from an empty gas tank, I drove the car to the gas station, 5 blocks away. It stalled 4 times, once for every stop sign. So I called Sean and asked to return the car, he said no. Long story short, he said he would pay to have it fixed. One week and two automotive shops later, lots of stress, lots of run-around, more stalls in the middle of the road, and some burned PTO, the car now seems to be running OK.The issue with this car, was that it stalled to perfection when 1st starting and driving, but it you let it warm up for 20 minutes it drove fine. Its interesting how a stalling car even makes it into your dreams. Theres nothing like pulling out into a fast moving intersection and having a car die on you, then wondering if the guy behind will be paying attention or just rear end you and put you in the hospital.Sean did say he was going to pay the automotive bills; he paid one of the two bills. In the end he just blew my emails and correspondence off. I suppose once the thrill of the sale is gone - at least in this case - he just wants to be done with you. Good luck when this comes back to you Sean.... and it will!I really try to be fair in my reviews, originally this was given 2 stars. So coming back to edit this post more than a month later, this deal was anything but quality service.

Dont know why so many 5 stars review. What cant be denied is the 2000 BMW Z3 is very beautiful. However, several problems were found through a mechanical check, which I asked the dealer to fix it, and they told me they fixed it but actually they dont!The same day I bought my Z3, I found I cant start the engine when I finished dinner and heading home late, which is extremely embarrassing the battery dead the same day I bought the car.The second day I bought the car, due to the hurricane, the convertible leaks, I have to go to Walmart to buy the car body cover in the Hurricane Day!Very disappointed.

I had a great experience with them and I love my new car. I am a college student whos paying for school out of pocket and I was looking for a reliable car for a good price and found that here. Honestly, I think some of the reviews are way too critical of this business. I think you will lower your opportunities on finding a good car for a good price if you dont at least see what they have. Never hurts to check it out. Also the AC of the honda civic I was interested in was having minor issues (it was somewhat cold, but not fully cold). They replaced an AC part free of charge to us and gave us a warranty on the AC. He told us whenever we have any issues with it if any arises to just let them know and they will take care of it. Will be posting another review in the next few months as an update on my car. Stay tuned.

I cant tell you enough how good of an experience i had with this dealership. I came in with a set amount of cash and the sales man gave me multiple choices on different cars that were in my price range. He was very professional and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. i came out of there with ford fiesta that i LOVE and the warranty makes it even better! i will definitely return to this dealership when i want another car. i didnt even think used car dealerships had warrantys until i visited this dealership. its obvious that they take care of the major issues and know exactly what they are selling.

I live over 2 hrs away, but I saw the veh I purchased on Cargurus. I contacted the dealership right away, and received a very quick response back. Immediately, Sean asked if I was interested in an appt and test drive. I actually came up the same day, because I knew he was offering a good deal. The truck wasnt quite ready, since they had just gotten it in inventory. Sean insisted that they service it b4 it was test driven because he wanted to present it in optimum condition. From the first meeting, i felt i could trust him and that he was a straight shooter. I placed a down payment on the truck that day, and returned 4 days later to complete the purchase. The vehicle was/is awesome. It was the easiest cae purchase Ive ever made! I will definitely be back for me next vehicle.

I bought a box x5 in July of 2018. Within 3 months the car alternator went out an the car was severely leaking on the passenger floor board from the sunroof after tht the rear suspension had to b done which was messed up when I bought the car I didnt kno it an Sean auto didnt say anything about I found out about bc the car wouldnt crank so I had to replace the relay and he told me about the suspension. The 4×4 malfunction is 1024.00 also rear camera malfunction is on its also leaking antifreeze from the back of the motor which is 800.00 plus. All of this is happening and I havent had it a yr yet. Im so disappointed in the car an the things tht was wrong with and wasnt told about just wanted to have a sell. The staff was nice but I would have wanted to know the truth about a car I put 4000.00 down on and 400.00 a month dont really care about the nice staff bc once u deal with them for 30 mins you have to deal with the mess of a car for yrs. I would never recommend my family or even a stranger to this car lot. My conscious wouldnt let me....

Went to buy an sc300 with cash in hand and when I got there the head gasket was bad. Had coolant and oil mixed all over and he said its the moizster. I was willing to buy as long as he came down. Guy wanted to sell me the car at full price even tho the engine had to be rebuild. Been a mechanic for over 10 years and I explain to him why the engine was bad and he told me Im retarded...

It is a BAD idea to buy a car in this place I bought a Volkswagen 2007 and the seller told me that nothing is bad in the car.... but in less than one month I had to change the radiator and the axle. But then the car had other problem the transmission is bad an it was rebuild at least one time and the seller even wanted to help at all.

Sean is very honest, I am reading the bad reviews and could not believe that someone wrote a review about buying a previously salvaged car that turned out o have been wrecked. On to my review I have bought 3 cars from Sean and I also had a family member purchase a car from him. He is extremely honest and tells you directly whats wrong with the car and reason for drop in price; or whats right with the car and reason for not budging on price. I did not know him before the first car I purchased, and am glad I do now. I look for the best deals on auto trader and I check the car fax from there and when I check to see what dealership it is, I laugh. Its Sean auto. If he cant sell you on one of his cars I will. I like him and hes honest.

I would not buy a car from this dealer again!! Im 40 years old and Ive purchased over 8 different cars in my life and this was the worst car and worse experience EVER!! I bought a 99 Volvo from this dealership in 2011 for $4,000 and it did not last even 14 months. I had the car junked and towed away for $500 in under 2 years.There were sensor wires cut so that I would now know when fluids were low. The radiator went out in the first month ($800), the heater core went a few months later, the driver side door would not open and needed a lock atenuator, and it leaked some type of fluid almost every month I had it. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Very dissatisfied and dissapointed. The car needed just about the money we paid for it repairs. The car had and oil leak and only lasted 10 days. It would have been impossible for this dealer not to know aboit the leak since he said he drove it for 500 miles. When I called, these folks were very demeaning, and told me people would laugh at my story. I emailed the estimates and they had the nerve to blame us! Oh the kicker... He suggested we use their mechanic!

Purchased a 2004 Nissan Xterra from Daryoosh and Sean last weekend. I do not normally do reviews but felt this was a rare occasion one should be posted.Keep in mind everyone- when buying a used car you must do your diligence. These guys were honest and provided all the history they had on file for this vehicle. The deal was fair, the process was simple (paperwork) and they provided a 90 day aftermarket warranty for the drivetrain. The even cleaned up the vehicle with a super detail that would of costed me $50.00 at a local car wash.Highly recommend Sean Auto Sales when looking for your next used vehicle.

Sean Auto Sales sold me a fantastic 2002 Nissan Xterra! I was buying it for my daughter (well technically not me, but my parents - so spoiled, but she deserves it). Sean is a stand-up guy and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. He even let me bring a mechanic to check out the car, and when he found 3 minor things that needed fixed Sean took care of them all. I highly recommend this place and will definitely buy a car from here for my son when he gets old enough to drive. I made a huge mistake. When Sean showed me the AutoCheck on this car it listed a severe accident. The fact that it used severe concerned me but I let him convince me that this was probably why it had an after market bumper that had chipped paint. He assured me it was no big deal and the price was a good deal. Today I look up what severe damage means and its not good. I even purchased the carfax just now and it uses the term extensive damage and defines it as the accident damage was major and may affect the apporation of the vehicle. This level of damage often results in a Salvage or Junk Title. Do not trust this guy! He is a liar and con artist! Might I also add that when I attempted to negotiate your could hear Seans voice tone change and he seemed angry. It was like he was ready to loose his temper and yell at me. While clearly angry the only thing he was willing to do was drop $200 on the price and remove the three month warranty. Finally, he was willing to drop it by only the $200 and keep the warranty. I dont know why on earth I went through with this. I guess I wanted this to be a nice car amd good price so badly that even when my gut was telling me something was wrong, I just ignored it. Also, I had emailed once and called once to ask if he was willing to negotiate thw price. Both times he said Ill give you the best price possible when you get here. That is his way of saying no. You get there, then he becomes angry if you even attempt to negotiate. He is clearly a short tempered jerk and con artist that doesnt want to negotiate the price at all. And someone had told me before I went that they had heard he was a Christian man - Lol! I guess they heard wrong or hes just a hypercrit.
