Its a good store. Ive had really good experiences with this location, especially compared to others.

We got a Nibtenfo Switch case for my daughter today. The price was right and the staff person was very helpful.

I am not much of a gamer but the staff was a little testy and the box for what I wanted was on the shelf but they didnt actually have the item in stock. A bit disappointing.

Over priced compared to any of the other game system dealers in town.. credit card returns take 7 to 10 business

Went and bought a ps4 and it worked for like 2-3 weeks but it sounded like a airplane and now can’t even get to the main menu of a game without it shutting off and over heating when I called they said my warranty was up and that they couldn’t do anything for me besides give me store credit. I’ll never go to any game stop after this for anything

Great place to get video games. Just make sure that you check over the game consoles twice before buying since they tend to not fix refurbished game console while screwing over their overall clients that they have.

They have great service here. The staff are friendly and are eager to help you find whatever you need. They have a wide range of games for various game systems. They also sell various game systems for the games.

Ordered the PS3 Slim online and got something else when I arrived at the store. Called the store and the staff told me to bring it in and they will look at it. Im like what! I want what I ordered and then i was told they didnt have any in stock. Im going to stick with Amazon. My first and last time with Gamestop.

My son redeemed his membership...he was able to use accumulated rewards points...he receives so many with each purchase. You can choose between new and used items. If a used item didnt work you can exchange for another, of equal value, or get a return. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was helpful for someone who had no idea what they were doing when buying a console. I enjoyed it. The used game prices are a bit high. Make sure to check the disk for scratches before you buy it. I didnt have a problem with scratched disks but they allowed me to choose a different disk if I didnt like the look of it.

Great store love it but just got to say if a customer calls about an item and says they are coming to get it why wouldnt the staff member tell the customer the store closes early that night . Would have been great to know before driving a half hour to get to the store only to find it cloes early on Saturday nights

Had the game at a better price than the bigger stores and ds3 games. Plus you could get an extra warranty.

Called in looking for a receipt for a controller I bought durning Black Friday (I.E needle in a haystack) and they patiently sifted through every purchase just so I could send proof of purchase to Microsoft. If that Isnt customer survive I dont know what is. Great Job guys keep up the great service!

Rude employee, would not even let me use the phone to see if someone who I was buying it for wanted the kind of game I was looking at. I told him I could just as easily go someone else, and thats what I did. Point taken....If you want to be treated with respect, please dont go here. Go to the Burning Tree Plaza store instead. The people their are professional and polite.

Gamestop is kind of having a falling out this year, having tried to sell itself to another, larger company due to a dip in sales, but I still appreciate it for what it is and what they do. The best part about Gamestop is the people that work there, since theyre some of the most genuine, down to earth, talented and even comedic people you could interact with in a transactional manner. Theyre still absolute professionals, doing their jobs to a T, but theyre also people, and with that they have unique quirks and qualities that can be appreciated by just about anyone. The store itself is relatively pleasant, albeit a tad bland, but its not necessarily a place you come to loiter in. As far as the expected arrival and performance of business, its perfectpy set up. You come in, can easily determine where your sought out game system section is, find and acquire what it is youre looking for, and have what you need purchased and in your bag in as little as 5 minutes. If you are struggling to find something, the employees are willing and ready to search up and locate whatever it is you might desire, even if its not in store. They even reccomend you to other nearby storefronts if they have what you specifically desire; an abundance of convenience to say the least!! Obviously, their mission is to sell used games, and taking back games for dirt cheap is a rough one, but its simply how they do business. And I sincerely hope they continue to stay in business for years to come.

This GameStop is my favorite in Duluth, the midnight launch promotions theyve done compared to the rest as far as swag goes is top notch. They always want to help you any way they can. The staff is truly passionate about gaming here.

My personal favorite in Duluth, however some of the staff isnt as knowledgeable about games and their reviews (which you would expect from a gamestop.) so when I have questions they dont get answered as well as I wanted, they also assume you never know what youre talking about which is frustrating when *some* of them dont even know. However midnight releases are very well ran, you go in get what you want, and get out without any problems really. Very well ran business for the most part.

My husband and I always stop by here when were at the mall, wide variety of gaming related stuff, not to mention Funko Pops and other fun stuff!

Watch yourself when you buy here, gamestop pays their employees on commission. I was lied to and told a Yok NES Classic controller was made by nintendo and it broke after a month.

Im not personally a fan of GameStop, but I prefer retro and pc games. Metaphor: its like being into sci-fi novels, and going to a bookstore and not having sci-fi books. Walls of games Im not interested in buying.

There good to try out and check out the games but more and more Im finding better on the web.
