I brought my phone in today for a battery replacement and my experience was great. Logan was professional, kind and quick to fix. I will definitely be back for future phone repairs and I highly recommend.

They mean well and are honest. I came to have my battery swapped on a Pixel 2 (a tough task that often breaks the screen). They warned me of the challenge with the screen stating I may need to buy a new screen. (They should charge more for every Pixel battery swap and use the extra to eat the cost of the screens that do break rather than leaving it to chance for each customer.) Sure enough my screen functionally broke. Unfortunately, they didnt have a functioning screen on hand and my phone was useless. One positive was they were able to lend me a phone for a day until they could fix it the next day with a new screen. However after that repair my microphone was now broken. They attempted to fix that but could not (at a reasonable cost). Another positive was they offered to replace my phone. Ultimately I asked for the money back they would have spent on the replacement and they agreed. On one hand they broke my phone but on the other hand, I ultimately wasnt charged anything and they tried all they could (losing money on me). So 4 stars I suppose. P.s. buying a new phone (Pixel 4) at Best Buy was over $200 cheaper than through them so it was best to go elsewhere once it was busted.

They were great! I destroyed the front AND back of my Note 20 Ultra and Batteries Plus said my phone was too new and they couldnt get the parts. They said Id be better off replacing it ($1300). Box Tronics found all the parts and had them the next day and it only took a couple hours to repair. They were pleasant and affordable! I hope I dont need to go back, but if I break another phone, I certainly will!

My daughter had broken the screen on her I pad that she uses for her school work. They replaced the screen very quick and picked up. After she tried to charge it over night she noticed that it wouldn’t charge. I brought it back up there to have what ever needed to be fixed, fixed. I understood that this was not problem caused by them replacing the screen. Well picked you unit and was not charged by them to fix that problem, thank you. Great service, very reasonable prices, very quick turn around and everyone I dealt with on staff was very professional and Courteous. Will go back if and when my daughter breaks it again. Took an iPhone 6s here to have a battery replaced, the staff had it fixed in less than 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable! Terry helped me when I brought it in and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didnt catch the name of the staff member who I spoke with when I picked the phone up, but he was very helpful and informative about some questions I had regarding the phone they had fixed for me and potentially purchasing a used phone from there in the future.

Woke up to a dead phone and tried everything recommended online to no avail. Called BoxTronics and told me to come in and they sure to help. Professional and swift service as soon as I walked in the door. A new battery later...like 10 min. or less I was walking out the door happy as ever❤️

Super friendly people working. They greet you right away and answer your questions. I got my screen replaced quickly since the parts were in the shop. Reasonable pricing as well. They made me feel welcome while waiting there and not like I was an annoyance.

Service is second to none. The woman behind the counter was not customer oriented. I asked her a couple of phone and service questions and her response session made it seem like I was bothering her. I would not hesitate to return though. Fair prices and professional repairs.

The employee maybe owner not sure, helping he went way above and beyond by taking my personal information and contacting me with the status of my repair in his off time. Brought my daughters phone there the touch screen wasnt working. The tech said it needed a new screen. The quote was 225.00 so I decided not do it. When we got in the car I tried powering it down and restating it. It works just fine. Be careful dealing with this company does not seem like they trouble shoot the problem before trying to fix it.

Gone here twice once for a screen replacement and once for a fix because I thought something went wrong when they replaced my screen. When they fixed the issue with my phone they didn’t charge me. Super nice staff.

Had a transfer of information done from old phone to a new phone and it took about 30 minutes, cost $20 and was the most complete transfer ever! Everything transferred over and they made sure everything on the new phone was identical to the old phone including the placement of the apps on the screen. Wonderful job. Will use them again!

Went in for my S7 screen repair. Turned out great but the home button is really loose. I brought it back in for repair under their warranty and they told me that a loose button was the best they could do... really? for a phone repair shop thats the best you can do? Bad decision on my part to go here.

This place was amazing. Before I even brought my phone in I was able to work with them online and they replied to all of my emails within an hour. They also stayed open late to finish my phone. I was also very happy to find out that they were not like most stores where they try to talk you into buying the most expensive accessories for your phone but instead they try to help you find the one that would be the best fit for you. The employees were great and very friendly. I even had my little sister there and they put on a kids movie for her while we waited. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I needed a new screen fast to get my phone operating again for work and one of the tech guys stayed about 30 minutes after closing to finish the new screen for me. That was great, unfortunately the new screen they put in had a bubble in it. Eventually it grew and surfaced. I should have contacted them right away as it was an instalation issue. I didnt though and it caused it to break under pressure just being in my pocket. I got it repaired again at Box Tronics. Im hopeful that this repair lasts.

Took note 9 in to replace the frame, screen, and digitizer, the part ordered ended up the wrong color but I accepted that, needed the phone to work. They broke the back glass during the replacement and didnt have a spare replacement. Then wanted to charge me for the back glass saying they knew that it was likely it would break, if they did know that why didnt they have the part on hand to replace it? And why wasnt I told before I brought it in? Part came in 3 days later and I drove back there to get it put in, to their credit they didnt charge me, but after I got it home I realized they installed it crooked. No giant failure or malice I dont think, just lack of attention to detail. Especially on daily use devices sometimes costing over $1000.

Complete rip off and tried to replace my screen 2 times, but both didn’t work right, then had to argue to get a refund. Worst retail experience in years. Go to Experimac! They fixed my phone on the first try with apple parts.

Place looks sketchy and they werent able to buy the screen for my phone. Told me to go home and try to buy one myself and bring it in.

I was on my way there but the lady on the phone didnt know what she was talking about. She said I cant replace my Galaxy S6 glass without replacing the LCD. Thats just not true. Didnt Go.

Dont bring your iPad here. They did a very bad job replacing a screen! Now there is dust underneath that can not be removed! Its very annoying! For a 100 dollars I could have done it my self!

Had my iPhone 5s screen replaced and it doesnt work like its supposed to now. Phone lags, the touch is delayed, and doesnt register when I touch the screen half the time. The kid that fixed it was arrogant when I asked questions. wont be going back there again
