First, I came in after work looking a mess the young lady was nice enough and she was a great salesman. The issue is the sizes werent available. What I wasnt made aware is the there is a on line store that has all of the sizes and you can ship to store. Ive never been into this store before because I work a job where people poop on me and its pointless to pay that much for shoes and have them pooped on but I was there for a gift for someone. My suggestion is if you dont have it In store suggest online at least keep the money within the company. I cant say whether I felt judged or not but thats what people do naturally so I can blame you whether that was a issue or not. But you never know how much a person has to spend. But either way her sales tactics were great very clear and was very nice for the most part. It was more of the issue of the sizes not being available more then anything.

They had no clue how to size my kids feet and the staff had their kids in store wich is the only reason I bought something. I can relate to being a single parent and wanted to support the staff even if they didnt help me much.

If I could I would give it nothing. Zero stars.I came here shopping for my nephew for something he wants. Heading to the register there is a tall no emotion associate that looks like he started there had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS. Matters worst I have been sitting in the store for 2 hours trying to get money back on a gift card that gave them trouble. Been in customer service and understanding system will give you issues but I DID NOT plane my day to be at the store. My nephew is livid and I am passed livid. I want a new gift to leave at this point. I thank the guy helping me but I need options. He isn’t giving me choice or options on how to resolve this issue. Just calling the hotline for help. I need a bit more if not I wouldn’t be this type of person.AT THIS POINT I NEED MY MONEY BACK NOW.NEVER COMING BACK EVER AT THIS FOOTLOCKER NOR GWINNETT PLACE MALL.

Can this location be closed already? I was in there last week and bought 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair of Lebrons and the other pair were some Jordan’s that were on sale and were sold out, makes sense great deal! I asked the rep to order them and she did, well two weeks later they have no shipping information, I have a tracking number that STILL says awaiting creation, which means it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t shown up. I called customer service a few days ago and they said the order has been shipped but that it didn’t show up on the tracking sheet because they scan a large amount at once. So I have no idea where my package is and neither do they! The manager said they were shipped but they HAVE NO PROOF IT WAS SHIPPED. I cancelled my order and will never shop here again, FinishLine is much more professional and will always provide frequent updates, not like this horrible location and management.

I wanted to leave a comment after the disgusting customer service I received from Mr.Deyon .Once I entered the store I was not greeted and when I asked a question he answered me with his head down.I proceeded after this interaction with a couteous smile and asked if the person who help d me last was around,by giving a physical description. He then tells me that is the manager still not looking at me and does a inappropriate smirk.The last time I made a transaction here I primarily dealt with the manager, who was pleasant.I was wanting to do business with the same individual not knowing that he was the manager .I will not be returning to this store and I would advise you not too as well! Mr.Deyon needs a crash course in quality customer service.Thank you !
