She is so knowledgeable she knows the right times to reign in a questionable idea and to give great advice to fix it.Her communication and attention to detail is also second to none. I personally have made mistakes on my orders that she catches. Such a great team!We use OTL for our business orders, of which there are a lot, and I use them personally and the team works so well to help and make every request feel like a priority.Highly recommend!

Have been working with them for well over a decade and have always been happy with the multiple orders I place a year for a youth program. Patches, hats, t shirts, hoodies, zip ups and pull overs always exceed expectations. Renne, Liz and Kelly are the best, they go above and beyond to make sure things are right but also within budget.
