I love thrifting! This was a small store. Not much for options. You might find some clothes or books. Otherwise, not much else.

Very friendly staff and just an all around nice thrift store. They do close at 5 not 6 like the website says.

Love this goodwill. They get stuff in regularly so there’s always something different when I go. Prices are way better than savers!

Date of Visit: 11/02/2020 - Very little good or fair quality items, most everything was not in good condition. It was a little disappointing.

The Kenwood location used to be one of the best in the Duluth area for selection and quality. Now, it looks half empty with hardly anything on the racks. Perhaps it was just a fluke? An off day?

I went to this goodwill to try to donate a box of clothes that dont fit me anymore along with a camera and other misc. items. The lady working the donation area was completely rude to me and did not even take the time to look through my stuff claiming that she had to be able to sell the clothes. There were lots of high quality clothes in there from Boston Proper that could have easily been sold, instead she just turned me away immediately. Will not go back to this site, horrible experience.

Such a cool building, plus the amount of things they do. They have a mattress crushing process thats amazing!

Decent thrift store - I like St Vincent De Paul stores better but them are getting scarce.

Smelt really good in there, changing rooms very large.

Usually find stuff here. Usually pretty trendy clothing, good books too!

Worst experience Ive ever had. If I could give 1/2 star I would.Upon entry we were yelled at that they close in 15 minutes (online says 6:30) and it was 5:40-- We looked for the one thing we needed and found it within 5 minutes-- waited to Pay now or you wont be able to buy anything and ended up leaving with glass items that broke because the employee of the month threw them in a plastic bag and didnt not wrap them.Will never visit again!

I have never donated or anything to Goodwill before, and I thought Id give it a chance today. However, when I asked what things we can donate or if we could sell our stuff (not knowing whether that was an option or not), the guy answering my questions was completely rude and looked at me like he was disgusted with what I had to ask. Needless to say, horrible experience.

I have never been inside the retail side of the business, but Ive dropped off numerous items over the years and I am absolutely amazed as to how they can organize everything so well.
