Really good food, great selection on the menu at affordable prices, generous portions, friendly staff and quick service. Located just across the road from the lovely Alwyne Castle pub. Four of us ate lunch with drinks and the bill came to £34. Will definitely go back and try other foods on the menu. My son’s loved the pancakes.

This place is a good old fashioned London cafe. Everything from the decor to the menu is old school and I loved it. The food was very tasty and there was a lot of choice to choose from. The juices were also great. Service could have been a little quicker but it was clear they were very busy as its such a popular spot. Great value for a good hearty breakfast.

I ordered the eggs and avocado with a latte.The latte was lovely. Unfortunately the poached eggs were terrible and not fresh at all! The first picture is what I ordered (their own photo) the second one is what I got. The eggs were definitely old and did not hold together at all. They were also covered in a spice (possible chilli powder) I then informed the staff I would not be paying for this after trying to get their attention previously. At the till they spoke in their own language and were rude after I had complained about the eggs. Coffee was lovely but will definitely not be going back for food.

Usually Brilliant service however the staff on 28/09/2021 at 10am- 10:30am.Mix two separate orders a veg and Pork. However calling to explain the service to staff, they we very rude, hung up, absolutely sickening to have paid people like this to manage my food. Male staff said he treats all his customers this disgusting.

The food was very well priced, filling and tasty (although nothing special if I‘m being fair). The crepes were huge and a really good dessert choice! Great for a quick morning stop - but no wow factor to keep me going back again and again.

We had an English breakfast and pancakes, they were absolutely delicious! The service was fast and super friendly! The place isnt big, but very cozy and cute. Well definitely go back more times.

Cosy, vintage-inspired little cafe that I’ve been going to for years. The coffee and food is always great & it’s so nice to go here to work. It’s a shame they built a roof over the garden area but it does provide more spaces to sit in the winter as the place can get busy on weekends.

Delicious eggs and avocado, the sun-dried tomatoes have it a great flavour. The back room is bright and airy, perfect for a weekend brunch. Excellent service too, even got a complimentary biscuit with the coffee.

Lovely place with a heartwarming staff, delicious sweets, tasty beverages but most importantly great (look at the size of it, its huge!) Full English Breakfast. One of those can sustain you for the whole day! Just dont forget to grab a tea with it and enjoy the cafés atmosphere and local architecture ;)

This is my local cafe and I have to say it is amazing. Affordable and very good food. I usually go for eggs (scrambled, florentine etc) and the choice is amazing and good value. The place is cute too. Highly recommend.

Lovely breakfast, very affordable and comes in a big portion. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family as it’s one of the best breakfasts I have ate. They have a variety of things to eat from pennies to pancakes to salads and many many more options. The staff are very friendly and nice towards the customers and make them feel welcome when they enter the cafe.

Best brunch spot in North London. It is only quite small inside, so better if youre not in a large group. We all really enjoyed different items off the menu, and there is SO much choice. The waitress had some confusion with our bill at the end, but it was sorted quickly, and we all got a complimentary brownie for the mishap. The inside is absolutely beaut and theres a lovely tucked away terrace area too.

Oh my goodness. The English breakfast at this place is so good; I cant say enough about it. The coffee was also some of the best Ive had (though Im admittedly not the pickiest coffee drinker). Its got a really nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Food is decent from what Ive had so far, their champion smoothie is really good. The shop has a cozy feel to it and its suitable to get my laptop out and write. One of the staff one time just looked at me like I was intruding and that pissed me off, and some of the people that go here just stare, but thats the consequence of others ignorance I guess. Besides that, this cafe is decent, I do however suggest they put out a few sauces and spices on the tables because the food Ive tried is bland. The gluten free bread option I tried today, and to me it was decent, was good to try something new.

Had breakfast here yesterday with a friend. Really lovely service and the coffee was good, but the poached eggs in the Eggs Florentine weren’t runny at all (and that is a big no-no in my opinion). It was great value, so I would definitely return if I’m in the area, but fingers crossed for runny eggs next time!

I live a 10 min walk from this place but have never been before as always popped into the Highness which is closest, or St Pauls which is closest when coming home from the tube station.The menu is good (two pancake menus!) and whilst I thought the avo and eggs might be a little odd with sundried tomatoes, it was really delicious. It was served with a mini side salad which again I thought was odd for breakfast, but it was a tasty brunch and Id definitely come back again.

Nice pot of tea, small relaxed little place with outside seating at a busy junction. First slice of carrot cake was very dry, I could tell from the way it cut with my fork before I even tasted it. I asked if it was always this dry & was given another inner piece which was totally different. Nice cake in the end but I shouldnt have been served the dry piece in the first place.

Brunch at a reasonable price with no pretention around it. Staples like American pancakes, full English breakfasts and their vegetarian counterparts on a pretty sizeable menu - all executed really well. Service is polite and swift, and also those little chocolate filled cookies they give with tea or coffee are incredible.

I had the eggs benedict which was really good but wasnt as good value as the other big plate breakfast options. The shakes are amazing and the Spanish omelette is also a good choice. Staff are friendly and relaxed.

Great neighbourhood cafe with an imaginative and healthy menu and freshly made smoothies etc. The organic produce,crepes and tortilla in addition to breakfast staples Inc fab fry ups make it stand out. It just feels honest and real and inspires loyalty, they also have a great extraction system that means you dont leave smelling of fried food, another big plus in my book 👌

Had an excellent breakfast today at this cafe with the family the staff is amazing very polite vet welcoming and warm, food standards are very high and fresh and the coffee is just very really really good. I eat out often this place has been one of my favourite places I visited recently.

Went a while ago when there was a huge hype about this place, and its since dropped a bit in quality I think. Opted for their house burger this time which was almost like a giant meatball patty in that it was crunchy on the edge, but was also dry, crap bun, and undercooked wedges. My bros grilled chicken burger was decent though. For £6/7 you could do a lot worse. Stick to the pancakes here I think!
