I recently purchased a replacement fuser for my HP Laserjet 1600.The staff at Partsmart were very informative, responsive and accommodating in helping me determine the correct part to order.When the replacement fuser arrived with damage, the sent a replacement the next day to rectify the problem.Once the core and damage fuser were returned, they promptly credited my account for the returned core.The replacement fuser is working perfectly and the clouding issue I had been experiencing has be resolved.
Great service.Ordered fuser assembly kit Friday afternoon and got it Sunday. I replaced fuser, pickup roller, separation pad, and transfer roller and now it is printing like a new machine. Also got parts to rebuild old fuser so now I have a spare.

We have been using Printel compatible HP 12A(Q2612A) toner cartridges for 2 years in our home office. It is definitely long lasting and print the same as the 3 times more expensive original brand cartridges. I have recommended Psrtsmart to all my friends.
By now I have used the third ink cartridge purched from Partsmart.All three were very good, no complaints. I print something almost every a few days, the canon 128 bought from partsPart really lower my budgets. I will buy again. Suggestion to partsPart is to provide more new model inks for Canon laser printers.
For 10 years I have been doing business with this group and was very pleased.Had my first problem today. The hp 9050 fuser I purchased 90 day ago ground away the teeth on the nylon gears and paper began to jam.Never had this problem before I assumed they would recolonize the issue as their oversight in re manufacturing quality control and replace the $240 fuser.But NO. Denied the warranty is 60 days. I lost $240, they lost a customer.
Very helpful and have yet to have a problem in over a year and probably 50+ fusers I have purchased.
