Excellent help without overly pushing their ideas. Many types of fabrics, lots of batiks and childrens fabrics. A good variety of great patterns! A joy to shop here! Will stop by to shop as often as possible when in the area. Wish open hours were a bit later. Sometimes difficult when travelling to Duluth from a distance.
The new owners are very helpful and friendly. This is sometimes a rarity at quilt stores. Best selection of batiks in the area and prices are great for high quality fabrics.
A little old shop in an out of the way neighborhood with a huge selection of fabric and friendly staff. Worth the visit!
Very freindly...
I love having my quilts done here. They are so helpful picking out materials and thread. They have a wide range of fabrics and do an awesome job quilting!
Great quilt shop. Prices can not be beat. Have large variety of fabrics, and very helpful finding coordinating fabrics. Long arm quilting available at extremely reasonable rates, and amazingly quick turn around time. Would highly recommend this shop. Love it.
Met the new owner and her daughter, they were absolutely wonderful.
I had a quilt made here and it took over 2 years from first contact to finish. They have a TON of knowledge, a TON of fabric, they do excellent work, but this was a very disappointing experience. We first came in with a quilt someone else had partially made and told them what we wanted. Pam said it would cost us less to do what we wanted done than we had already paid the other person. She told us we could cut our cost down further by taking it apart and taking all the strings off of it, so we did that and it took over 6 months. I was told the quilt would take maybe a month or two after that.We brought it in and told her what we wanted, also cutting costs further by NOT having it filled with anything. She had a different person work on the quilt and despite her having to travel a bit, she said she would get right on it before and email me pictures of it, this was said many times over the course of about the next 6 months. I never saw the pictures. I repeatedly called the store and Pam just kept telling me the other person would get to it. I sent the other person many emails which were not responded to. I also got a few from her and when I responded, she didnt email back. Finally after over a year, I was fed up. I called and wanted it done. It was at this point Pam told me the quilt was overwhelming the other person because of what I wanted done. I had a t-shirt quilt with quite a few shirts that were different sizes. I wanted them to be off set and have a background. I have seen quite a few like this around and knew what I wanted and expressed this from the beginning. They were making two wall hangings out of them for me and finally there was some progress. I asked them to call when they said they emailed to make sure it got to me. They did that once. The communication wasnt very good. I also got the excuse that they had a quilt show coming up in 5 months and they wouldnt have time to work on mine. Well, they had over a year and didnt work on it!!FINALLY it got done, I came in several times to look at the progress. I like what they did, but despite doing all that work ourselves and not having it made into a quilt, the price was over 100 dollars more than what I paid for it the first time someone started it...Pam said it would be less then told me I was getting a good deal on it because of all the miscommunications...I told her I was disappointed...she lowered the price 100 dollars then called the next morning and put it back to the original price!I just found this to be a really poorly run business...Id go else where. I only gave 2 stars because the quilt hanging was done well.
Great place to get your quilting fabric. High quality fabrics and panels but not high prices. They also do an awesome job of top stitching your quilts. Owners and workers are very friendly and if you need help just ask.
Pam and her husband are so personable and helpful! They have an impressive inventory of lovely fabrics. Treat yourself to a visit.
Love the wide variety of prints, colors, and types of fabric they have.

Great selection! Owners very helpful! I will be back to this one!
(I am posting this for my godmother Gwenn Leveque. These are her own words)In early February for the 1st time I took a quilt to Creations Quilt Shop to be machine quilted. I had spent a lot of time and effort on this quilt and it was very special to me. I usually tie my quilts, but it was decided that machine quilting would be best for this one.The person doing the work picked out the color thread he thought would be appropriate. He then showed me different patterns and recommended a circle pattern that he thought would compliment the lines of the quilt best. I agreed with both choices. When we picked up the quilt we were late for an appointment and therefore hurried.. My husband paid while I gathered things together. When I arrived home and spread the quilt out, it was evident that it was NOT quilted with the circle pattern. I called and spoke to Pam, the owner about the error. She handed the phone to the man that had done the work. He told me that he had forgotten to write down which pattern I had picked, so he talked it over with Pam and they decided to use a pattern that had been used on other quilts like mine. They did not call me to ask! I was devastated! I asked what could be done about it. He said, “WELL,YOU DON’T HAVE TO BRING ME ANOTHER QUILT!”I was shocked!Presently, my friends and family are helping to painstakingly remove every single machine stitch from my quilt.Gwenn Leveque
