Got all these nice and comfortable items for a great price overall wonderful experience I will definitely recommend to friends and family !

Josh was in the front of the store and greeted me right away and was very helpful explaining the layout of the store. Kiernan helped me finalize my order and setup the delivery. Everyone was very friendly. This was the first store I went to trying to find a dining room set. I left their store and checked out two other places (American Signature across the street and at Home a few miles away). After going to the other stores, I came back to Furniture Mart and made my purchase. Their prices are amazing, and they have many of their items in stock or if its not in stock they are able to order it for delivery within 2 weeks. I had found a couple of tables I liked at American Signature, but all the items I wanted were backorder until April or possibly June. That was the main reason why I came back to make my purchase with Furniture Mart.

This passed June, I purchased a leather sofa and loveseat, they both had double recliners. A few days later one of the recliners on the loveseat would not recline. I reported it, but could never find the time to have it looked at, until recently. I spoke with Joel, the manager about my situation. The next day, he replaced it, no charge to me. He did a follow up call today to make sure all was well. Still feeling good about my purchase! I highly recommend!

The customer service in store at the time of purchase was great. However one piece of my item was not delivered due to damage. I’ve been waiting for going in 6 weeks. I was given an estimated date for delivery. My issue with this company is the customer service. There are numerous times I would call request update, they say I’ll call you back or they put you on hold and leave you on hold. No one calls back. Beware!

Loved my experience at this store! My partner and I were helped by Joshua who sold us a lovely dining room set just in time for Thanksgiving. They delivered it so fast in 2 days which was so surprising considering how backed up deliveries have been this year.

Furniture Mart of Duluth exceeded my expectations. The showroom was immaculate and had plenty of inventory on hand. I came in to look but ended up purchasing a sectional, coffee & end table package. Josh provided me with stellar service and was very patient as I made my final choice. It was my first time here, but I won’t be the last. I can only imagine what it took to set up a shop this big. I was disappointed to see all that effort and hard work go to waste. Lot of customers and no one willing/able to help them. There were 7 customers in line at the desk and everyone was upset. 2 customers had been waiting at the delivery area for 25 mins and no one brought out their purchase. A few were ready to purchase but complained about the service and the rest of us just had some questions before we made the purchase. Not to mention all the customers in the store with on one around to assist them. This place has the potential of being a true destination if the owner got it more organized and customer service oriented. Lucky for me, I googled the same dining table online and found it at Ashley Furniture. It was $65.00 more expensive but I think it will be worth it in case there are any delivery or damage issues in the future. They let my $1100.00 just walk out the door. I am sure the owner is able to generate a profit even with the issues but I can imagine this place really rocking it, if it was managed better. Dear owner: get more organized, hire more qualified people, pay them better and sit back and enjoy the profits. COVID-19 is not an excuse, there are a lot of customers out there looking for a good business to spend their money at. Thank you

Friendly and nice service and fair priced

I bought a sofa and already paid about $2300 with $150 delivery fee. Then I decided to pick it up and asked my friend for few hours off to help me. I call the staff and she said I can pick up anytime so I rent a UHAUL and went there. However, they said I cant pickup it until monday. Wth. Then I ask for little discount on delivery fee since I paid for Uhaul they gave me $20 I ask for little more because it definitely more than $20. They did not accept it. Then I decided to cancel the order and I feel like they happy to cancel the order even this is completely their fault. I cancel the order and i have to pay $30 for uhaul make me a really bad they. However, this is a worse sale people I have ever seen. They are willing to not sell $2300 order to keep few bucks profit. Such a bad day for me. Loss $30 bucks and bad experience

The customer service was terrible. I was in there about 2 weeks ago looking at a Pub table set to purchase. I went back on 6/30 to buy it and the price had double. They went to check the price and never returned. As I was leaving out the store the person that was helping me was on the phone and look at me as I was leaving. Then she stated Oh let me look in the book as she was looking in the book another sale rep came and ask her a question . Then she just started helping her and left. This was a nightmare and I could not believe it no customer skills at all. NEVER AGAIN IN THAT STORE. Please provide to your worker.

Worst store ever. They refused to match floor tags with their own internet price. Adjusted internet price on a fly after my complaint. They also refused to give a discount for a damaged floor sample. Just wasted my after Thanksgiving day

Wonderful Store, Great prices and Phenomenal Customer Service!! I called before I came into the store and spoke with Carter who was extremely helpful and patient when answering all my questions pertaining to finance and the furniture. When me and my wife came into the store we were greeted immediately with a friendly smile and warm welcome by Marcus. Marcus was one of the best salesmen Ive had the pleasure of running into, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. My wife is 8 months pregnant and has a tough time walking around currently and without even asking, Marcus starting moving chairs and pillows around so that we did not have to lift a finger and could perfectly match the furniture and get exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff here as well!

Horrible experience with them. I had bought a couch in the middle of July and they told me they didn’t have in stock at that moment and that they had to order it and it would’ve been delivered mid-August. Well the couche arrived instead yesterday (September 19th) after that lady that I don’t remember the name of, gave me the wrong date of delivery making me miss a whole day at work because I was waiting for it.The delivery guys, also, broke my garage door while trying to fit the couch through it. Just a horrible experience overall.Also that same lady is very rude on the phone so id suggest her to find a new job if this one doesn’t suit her.End of the story I will never buy from them again!

On 10.3.20 I went to the one store in Duluth on Pleasant HIll road to purchase dining table and bedroom sets. The person we met name Carter was there to help us and gave us the good tip to visit one in the Venture Dr which is bigger store than the one we visit for more selections. He also recommend me to ask for Kiernan at the store. As we went in to the store Kiernan was expecting to see us and was very pleasant. The store was so busy with so many customers. Kiernan had to go assist other customers at the same time assisting us. But he was very polite and didnt forget to come find me to answer all my questions. I ended up purchase whole bedroom set, dining table, and extra bed and drawers. The price was unbeatable and the service I got from these 2 gentlemen was awesome! We had such a great time shopping at this store and we are going to purchase sofa set soon from this store. I highly recommend this location! Ask for Kiernan or Carter to get help!!!My delivery will be here tomorrow and cant wait to write another good review on delivery and assemble part!! To be continue!

Ordered a dining room table that was over $600 3 weeks ago. On top of that, I paid $110 for a delivery fee. You do the math. I was told the table was there last week and they can not deliver until Monday which is today. The delivery time is supposed to be btwn 1pm-4pm which was also stated to me. I called today and was told that my delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. The misinformation and customer service has not been good at all. I literally have been waiting for a month now which is rediculous. I will not be buying anything from here anymore and I suggest before you purchase something from here, get the delivery date and time on writing.

By far the biggest selection of mid-grade furniture Ive seen. After spending 3 weeks of shopping other stores (The Dump, Ashley, Havertys, a few others), we bought from here. Prices are negotiable and the furniture is not high-end. But its affordable and fairly priced.

Their whole pricing scheme is misleading. Their item that was advertised as $698 at Ashley Furniture which they were selling for $350 was actually CHEAPER ON THE Ashley Furniture website. They would not match. Beware.

Terrible customer service. Ordered sofa set in June 2020, kept stringing us along saying it would arrive soon. Kept asking to buy floor model - no. Three months later, finally said we could have floor model for a whopping 5% discount. Couple that operates business is rude and patronizing. Can’t imagine dealing with them on a warranty issue. Stay away.

My experience and expectations were high because I had made a prior purchase that was pleasant from start to finish. However, I’m guessing the level of customer service has changed and gone to hell along with the former name Underpriced Furniture. I had just closed on a 5 bdrn home and needed a bedroom for my son. I ended up getting that plus a sectional. We waited 2 hours in the waiting area to finalize the purchase with financing. My sales person Lyra never put the bed on the order. Not only did I have to wait a really long time for my items but I later found out that this error was made. I had to replace the order with Lyra only to be called a week later with a follow up call that my night stand was in. So I asked her about the bdrm set only for her to get defensive and tell me that most customers appreciate her calling to let them know when there items are in. She asked me if I had placed an order for a bed and didn’t see a ticket. This was very frustrating because I had just reordered the bed one week prior for the second time with her. I told her to refer to my husband for further communication because I just don’t get it. I will no longer do business at FURNITURE MART! I’m so disappointed because they have great prices but it’s just not worth the hassle. I will furnish the rest of my house elsewhere.

We had a great experience at Furniture Mart searching for (and purchasing) our new mattress and bedroom set! We were hesitant at first going to a store we werent very familiar with, but from the moment we were greeted by Marcus we knew we were in good hands. He welcomed us in, immediately asked what our needs were, and effortlessly helped us navigate the MASSIVE sales floor while patiently answering the many questions that we had. He clearly knew his stuff and we LOVE our new mattress and bedroom furniture! We will definitely be back and I cannot recommend Marcus enough!!!

Theyre not going to have specific pieces of furniture you might be looking for. Prices are pretty high compared to other stores. Id suggest looking at all furniture places before checking here, so you wont regret getting something that only works for a year.
