Lue was very helpful in helping me pick out the furniture that I got approved for with the amount of money i could spend. I got a power sectional, two end tables a coffee table sofa table a dinette set with for chairs and a bench with the dinette set. Oh I almost forgot I got two lamps for the sectional too.

If I could zero stars, I would. Day 2...still waiting on my furniture to be delivered. The lady on the phone LIED!!! She knew my furniture would not arrive both days but said it would. Do NOT go here. They take your money then ignore your issues. My next call will be to corporate

Lu took my order last Sept for a couch and loveseat. I kept calling and she would let me know the latest shipping details. After many months, I got the They have arrived message. The cashier was super helpful, checking us out. FELIX wrapped our couches with great expertise and assisted my husband with loading. LU was awesome she even had extra Styrofoam she gave us to pack them in. A+++ to all. Thank you

Dont trust the delivery process. Had me scheduled for 6pm. Never show up never called. Extremely poor customer service.

Delivered defect - delivery postponed five times. Owner is very rude, refuse refund even we agreed on restocking fee. Dispute is in progress, extremely, poor customer service by owner/store manager - sorry for floor sales
