I had a charge from 27 Liquor show up on my checking account last week. Upon calling my bank to dispute the charge, I asked them for details. They informed me that the card was swiped at 11:26pm. Then it dawned on me...liquor stores close at 10pm in Minnesota. Plus I was at home and my card was in my wallet at the time. I dont know how or why but my bank information was used, after the store was closed, and Ive only gotten the run around when I try to get answers. Its a shame to have to even write this review. They have wonderful, helpful, even kind employees. If its a hot day...its a great place for air conditioning! Decent prices and an even better selection. *shrug* Only place in Lincoln Park that sells off sale since Big Bottle closed down. I would give it 4-stars if this hadnt happened.

This little store is small but has all the basics, and some fun/different things. Parking is easy, the store is clean. I only take two stars away because they have a very limited selection of ciders

Walking in I didnt know what you expect but after being greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever encountered, making my decision was much easier! My wife loves buttery chardonnay and I dont know diddly squat about wine so I took their recommendation for some Butter Chardonnay and it was unbelievable! Wayyy cheaper than other stores I have seen but the staff was just so fun and so helpful I recommend it to all!

Theres no bathroom here. Large selection. Good, not great selection. Inexpensive

Carwash area is packed with methadone vans!!! Drug addicts pan handling all over the parking lot because of it. Nice store good staff but Ill never go there again because of the business occupying the old carwash space!

Ive only had terrible customer service here. Every time I walk in, theres a group of guys just standing around the counter too preoccupied talking about sports to even greet me. One time they were so busy complaining about the toppings on their delivery pizza being wrong, I was rung up without any acknowledgement at all. Its unfortunate since its in my neighborhood and I was looking forward to a nice liquor store close by. Bad customer service can be a death sentence for a new business. Hope theres some training for the employees soon.

The employees are very helpful and make shopping there comfortable,looks like a chain but have been told its owners are local which is a big pluse for Duluth.Nice to be on a first name bases and Mike,Austin are Class acts.So come down to 27th liquor and say hi and indulge in your favorite spirits with great prices that compete with local liquor stores.
