Very upset with the service, the gye I talk to was very rude and I was barely trying to know about this store and what I needed to make an account I do have a cabinet company and wouldve definitely been a constant client for them but not with that service. Shame on yall ! What does it mean for yall to have a company so big for so many years if you guys are treat clients the way you are ? Definitely wont be buying from Dixie Plywood & Lumber.

Julia or what ever her name has a bad attitude. The moment she pick up her phone you can already tell she was upset. Maybe she shouldnt work there anymore with such a bad attitude. All she said to me was she couldnt help me with my order because I was not her costumer... which makes no sense because they took my money, 8,000 dollarsto be exact and im still not there costumer in her eyes.

I just started work here an awesome place to work and they treat their employees well so I can only imagine how they treat their customers.

Terrible place to get unloaded at . Have all these forklift operators and no one to come unload you in a timely manner.

Was 3.5hrs late for the appt (thank you ELogs). These folks got me unloaded super fast. The dock for OTR trks is straight ahead and on the right. Slide your tandems to the rear and back-up onto the lumber to raise your wagon. One more thing, theres a concrete median divider on Pleasant Hill Rd. I entered from US23/Buford Hwy. TopDrvr out.

Im posting this only as a driver bringing in product.Everyone I encountered was friendly and willing to help. There were no delays, they started 5 minutes after my tarps were off. Trailer was empty 10 minutes after that.Maybe its a different experience if youre late & miss your appointment time.
