These guys are top notch! I made an appointment online and they were ready for my vehicle as soon as I arrived. The service person explained everything thoroughly and went over the issues they found without pressure, even pointing out which services were recommended and which were more necessary. It was all done without pressure and very professional. John even fixed a rattle in my passenger door for free! If you want honest and knowledgeable people to work on your vehicle this is where you need to take your car!

John K was so helpful. He helped explain the problems with my car and helped me come up with a viable plan to get it all taken care of. He got everything done in a timely manner and explained every step of the process so I understood what needed to be done and how to go about it. Look, I don’t know anything about cars and it would have been really easy to take advantage of me. He didn’t do that. I really can’t recommend him enough. He was also so patient when I was having a mini meltdown over costs and how to make it all work😂.

Was in the midst of an absolute nightmare situation and needed 2 tires ASAP, so that i could get them back on my truck and get truck off of being jacked up w no tire on it, b4 a huge looming storm hit. Despite them being absolutely slammed, they worked with me to make it happen within a very reasonable time considering their lot was full of cars to be worked on. Both Evin and John went above and beyond any n all reasonable expectations to help me out of this dire situation, they were both life savers, I simply cant thank them enough!I know who to see for my future needs.

They do not know how to do alignments they will fudge the specs on older vehicles and take your money knowing the alignment is off and truly do not care also corporate is a joke as well we will never take our vehicles back to ntb

Payed for the 3 year warranty supposed to cover my tires alignment rotation so anyway I went today to get all that done. I only had the tires going on 2 1/2 years and I had the tires rotated and all the other stuff that goes with it including a plug in the right front tire. No problem then I get a call saying my back left tire has a rip tear razor cut not sure how or what caused it I never had issue with it and was not there for that tire. Needless to say the guys that worked there said they never seen nothing like that before. To me it looked like the tread was coming off. So anyway I had to pay for a new tire they took some money off because of the warrenty but was still 137$ I just dont know why the warrenty is there and if the tires I got were just not good because nothing I ran over would cause that type of damage especially when tire professionals never seen it.

Dave the mechanic has been servicing my families vehicles for three generations. His expertise and trust goes beyond what any company can offer. Due to this one employee of yours we continue to come to this particular location because we know he will take care of us and will always work hard to ensure things are done correctly.Trevor the front desk manager continuously works hard to ensure things move smoothly and always works with me to make sure I am not being taken advantage of when it comes to parts or pricing.This last visit is the first time I have meet Charles John Koletzli. He too was very nice and worked with me, I can only assume Trevor has worked with this gentleman. Trevor has been with the face of this particular location for many years while Dave provides the back bone. Charles seems like he is a great fit and I look forward to working with him more in the future.NTB is simply a company. That name means nothing to me nor does it mean I would trust NTB at other locations. But, these three gentlemen have my complete trust and gratitude. If NTB hires, promotes, and cares for these three employees, you will have continued generations loyalty.

The entire team at NTB was amazing. I made the mistake by scheduling my vehicle to have the brakes fixed at Pep boys. Long story short, after leaving work early to get the brakes fixed. The truck was in the back, then they said they were unable to lift my truck up due to the weight and there was nothing else they could do for me. I am an HVAC tech it’s going to be 90 degrees for the next week. I needed my truck fixed ASAP. I called NTB told them how big the truck was and if they could help me. The guy who answered the phone was extremely positive and helpful. Told me to bring it over and they will make it happen. They had my truck back to new ready to get back on the road for the heat wave coming in. I truly cannot stress how grateful I am for the help from everyone here at NTB. You have a customer for life now!

AMAZING! I went in because I damaged some cables in my car when I was replacing my battery. They fixed the issue and had me in and out within an hour. They did not even charge for the fix, only a mere inspection fee!I am very grateful for their customer service and their help today. Thank you!!!

I purchased new tires from NTB about a year ago and set up an appointment to get them rebalanced and rotated.The technicians took twice as long to perform the work (two hours instead of one) as they said it would but the real problem is that I was getting serious vibrations at highway speed once I left. So I turned around and went back to the shop and the managing technician assured me the tires were balanced correctly, he had seen the other employees balance them himself. Another employee then went on to say my rims were bent and this was causing my vibration. I asked the technicians to show me where the rims were bent and the technicians said they were only visible while spinning on a tire balancer and their shop was too busy to rebalance the tires at that time. I then asked the technicians to rotate the tires back to their original position to minimize vibration and set up an appointment with a rim repair shop.The rim repair shop determined that the rims were not bent and I witnessed them spin around on the balancer. What the technician at the rim repair shop then pointed out is how the stick on weights were needlessly caked on. The rim repair shop then proceeded to remove the weights and rebalance the tires correctly and my vehicle now drives smoothly.It is unclear whether the incorrect weight was applied when I purchased the tires from NTB and the problem perpetuated through this rotation/balance or if the NTB technician at my recent visit incorrectly balanced my wheels. My main problem, however, is the dishonesty and incompetence shown to me by NTB employees; first they lied to me about how long a balance and rotation would take, then they fabricated a story about bent rims that sent me to another shop costing me time and money. This experience left me disappointed that an NTB employee could not demonstrate common sense in realizing that a small and lightweight wheel doesnt need 15+ ounces plastered on it and dismayed that an NTB employee does not know how to operate their balancing equipment properly.

My first visit was in July and second today (separate vehicles). Both times have been fantastic with exceptional customer service and honest assessments of needed/not needed maintenance (here I thought I needed brakes, but they looked them over and I did not need them).Cant thank you guys enough!

That ntb was hot and heavy ( real busy) but they got me in and took care of me, got me back on the road when no other place would.

I went to NTB yesterday and had all of my tires replaced. When I picked up my vehicle everything looked okay. Once I started driving and my TPMS kicked in, my front left tire came in less than the rest. I figured maybe it just wasnt filled all the way but I knew time would tell because it would either stay the same or decrease. This afternoon I get in my car and my warning light comes on and my tire has gone from 30 to 23psi. 😳 HOW??? What did I just pay for??? I will be making a visit tomorrow morning, as they are closed today, for either a replacement or a refund. Also, when I dropped my vehicle off, I asked that I get one of the tires back to have as a spare. The associate I spoke with assured me that they would decipher which tire was best out of the two and bag it up and stick it in the car for me. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, there was no tire. They went in the trailer and gave me one that may or may not be mine and that may or may not be in good condition because no one checked to see if the tire was actually a good tire. Their customer service was great but the service itself...🤨 suspect.

They never programmed the valve stems so the tire light and psi reading is flashing, took it back and the one guy that knows how to work the programming tool left for the night, taking it there tomorrow hopefully someone’s there that can finish the job I paid $2000 for

Paul is the best. Listen, I’m a guy who hates the mechanic industry and 90% of my time, do the work myself but the treatment I received at NTB by Paul keeps me coming back. Their pricing was pretty close to the competition and I check 9 places, only one place had them beat and they matched the price. Promised my car would be done by 4pm and it was done by Noon. Quick service, competitive pricing and top notch employees. Can’t ask for much more

Quick and Efficient service

Nice, nice atmosphere! The employees conduct themselves professionally and warmly. I was there for a state inspection only, so actually did not require any service, but I noted that the setting was very typical of NTB stores: neat, clean, & comfortably warm (on a winters day). I had the option of watching a movie, charging my electronic device, or simply sitting. Plenty of comfortable chairs and a Keurig coffeemaker. This particular store is not near my home, but on the recommendation of a friend, I selected this store. Good choice.

Mike and Mark were so great called to schedule a oil change, Mike told me come right in so I did. Soon as I pulled up they got right to work did oil change, topped off fluids, and put air in tires in under 20 mins. Thanks a lot guys great job.

I scheduled an appointment for 8am arrived early and then spent two and a half hours in the morning waiting on an oil change and a radiator flush. I was told I needed 3 tires and that they were not in stock and I could come back at 3pm and that I would be in and out in about 45 minutes. I spent another 2 and a half hours waiting for my tires to be placed on the vehicle. Approximately an hour and 45 min into my second wait, the manager told me he was sorry for the wait, but I should be done in about 15 minutes...I waited another 45 minutes. When I asked to see the manager I was told he had left for the day. I informed the young man that was working the counter that I was not happy and I requested the manger call me the next day. That was almost a week ago and I have still not heard from him. To top it off, I was informed my credit card could not be processed completely, so I never received a receipt stating exactly for what I paid $800. I believe that because I had paid for everything during my earlier visit in the day, that I was pushed back the second visit so they could serve the customers for which they still needed payment. Basically, because they already had my money I was no longer a priority.

You guys not only fit me in for a flat tire but you also took care of my oil change in record time😁 I was given the current discount even though I forgot my coupon! You gave me a time it would be done that was very reasonable and then apologized for missing it by one minute! I will return for my vehicle needs because you guys know how important customer service is to your customers! Although Scott was handling calls and customers stopping in he also took his free time to help in the garage!! Awesome!!

First I would like to start off saying the sales person was very courteous and helpful. But the big problem I had was they only had two of the tires instead of 4 when I drop the car off to you have the tires changed. That I had to return because the front end of my truck was shaking due to bed balancing and then the tire pressure was off between 15 on back tires and 10 on front tires also the Schrader valve was leaking and had to be taken off again to be repaired. My wifes car also had worked on and they did not rotate the tires as requested. Still have not had that done yet got to find the time again to get it there.

My husband took my truck to the shop for an oil change with a coupon that also said they would rotate the tires. My appointment was set up online and we took it into them on time but when we arrived we were told it would be 6;00pm that day before it would be finished so we had to come back home and get another vehicle. when 6;30pm come around and they hadnt called him he called them and it was ready. when we got there we discovered that they hadnt done anything but change the oil.and the coupon said oil change, rotate tires and check the brakes. I will not return to this shop for anything.

Some months back I had extensive brake work done at this shop. About 4 months later, the brakes began to have another problem. I took it back for them to look at only to find that somehow the brake pad they had just installed was completely worn out. They offered to replace it under warranty, and I was happy until the manager invited me into the garage to show me the problem. He showed me the caliper on the side with the brake problem, and told me it was the source of the troubles. I said, Awesome! Because you also just replaced the caliper, its under warranty too. The manager proceeds to argue, so I pull the receipt out of the glove box to show him. He said they would take care of everything no charge.When I looked at the receipt for the second brake job, there was no caliper replacement listed.I can only conclude that the manager tried to rip me off into paying for a caliper that I didnt need, after they had just performed a faulty (and expensive) brake job, that led to them replacing the pads, calipers, rotor, etc.To anybody reading this, I will never, ever go back to this place, and I strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere.

The new service manager Rico at the location is an extremely knowledgeable and personable guy.Normal oil change and FREE tire rotation only costs about $20 and takes a bit less than 40min.Always recommend customers, friends, and family to go here.

As usual, the service I received at the Merritt Blvd. location of NTB was great. The consistently good service is the reason I keep coming back.

So here’s my experience and what I wrote to Merchants when they replied to my one star rating. I maxed out on the amount of text... I’ll update with their response.I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. After that I observed an extreme wobble on my front tires and the steering wheel shaking. When I called it was explained that when the tires were rotated they were not balanced. I brought the vehicle in to get the tires balanced and the same problem persisted. I took the vehicle back again to have the tires rotated back to their original position and now the rear tires shake. After loosing all faith in Merchants ability to solve the problem I took the vehicle to another mechanic to have the rear tires balanced and the tech said that what he saw “blew his mind” in regards to the balancing done at Merchants. Now my vehicle shakes aggressively but not as bad as it was. Prior to my experience at your facility my vehicle drove VERY smoothly. Now I fear that something very bad is wrong and I don’t have the money to keep troubleshooting. If you do care enough to make this right I would not prefer not to do the work at the Dundalk loca

My tire pressures were different when I got into my car after having a flat repaired and a new tire pressure sensor installed, on different tires. I went directly back in and asked what was the tire pressure supposed to be on my tires(I knew it was supposed to be 32 not 34, 35, and 30, which my tires were reading). The staff thought it was a joke and laughed at my question. I was told to pull up to the bay to have the tires evened out. The technician then explain that the valve stem on the 30 psi side was broken and he was afraid to put air in the tire. I asked why they just didnt call and tell me that since I would have oked the new tire pressure sensor on that tire. He said he mentioned it to the manager but he must not have heard him. So I asked what was I supposed to do after I had left my car there all day and they couldnt fix it that night. I will be taking my vehicle to another NTB for replacement of the other three tire pressure sensors .

Ive been using them for years. Including Myrtle Beach, Roanoke, VA and Baltimore. They have always been easy to work with.

The writer said needed me to drop my car off for rotation and balance and adjust air pressure when they had guys just standing around doing nothing i know for fact that service doesnt take long because i used to work on cars if a look over a vehicle 30 to 40 minutes top . I dont know what their issue is but they need to figure something out besides just appointments people dont always make appointments there are walk in

I have been here a few time for my oil changes and Paul is usually there when I go and he is so nice, efficient and helpful!!
