In a time when grocery delivery shoppers and drivers have been classified as essential workers and are putting themselves on the frontlines helping as many people as possible, this location chooses to make them wait in line with customers to enter the store to work. Many stores nationwide recognize the essential worker classification, but not this store. Its unfortunate that in working to help so many people for long hours day after day, they are not respected for the service and the risk they take on the same as the grocery stores own employees.

I have been shopping at Giant for a while now. Even though they are a bit more expensive than other stores, I like the selection and sales. They main reason though is becauses Ive always viewed their produce to be very fresh. That is no longer the case. For the past couple of months I have been consistently getting produce for me to find mold growin in hidden spots as soon as I get it home, or within a day or two. This is unacceptable. I have wasted so much money on bad food. I need a store I can rely on for fresh produce. It just doesnt seem like quality is a concern anymore. I think I will be searching for a new grocery store.

Had a really bad experience with a male sticker this morning, was very arrogant and had me crying from the way he talked and yelled, I couldnt believe it.His Name was Kurt and he should not get away with talking to a customer like that.What is wrong with people .I am 60 yrs. Old and my husband older, it doesnt make any sense to disrespect us like that.I hope and pray that something will be done because that was Sad Real Sad!!!☹

I work and shop at Giant Merritt Blvd. First, Id like to say we are sorry for any inconvenience our remodel may cause you. We are doing it to make your shopping experience a great one. I have great co-workers and the pricing isnt really that bad. If you have any issues while in the store Just ask for the Manager, he is very helpful when any situation arrives. I do pricing in my store with a few co-workers. There are so many ways to save when shopping in our store. Get yourself a Giant card, go online, there you will have an option to load coupons to your card. Pick up an Ad when you walk in, there are saving and also more savings if you spend $25.00. Some items are cheaper if you buy multiple items. Then remember for every dollar you spend you gain points for gas. In the Ad you will find a section to help you gain even more gas points. Give it a try.Shop Smart, Save Smart!If you have any issues trying to save money 💰 at my Giant just ask any employee, well be glad to help you save as much as possible.

I just visited giant food store on Merritt boulevard. My Intentions were to get money refunded back onto my card.it wasnt anything that giant did,but I had purchased a green dot card there,after 2 days of trying to activate this damn card it kept saying there was no balance on it.$500.is a lot of money to loose.so Samantha at customer service what a wonderful,patient person she truly went above and beyond!!!! She got the card activated. Ad she really didnt have to spend much time with me. So Samantha Thank you so very much. You are one of the good ones!!!.

Always clean and well stocked. Easy to get in and out. Fresh produce is good and they often have sales. Grab a flyer when you walk in for more coupons and savings.

Great location. Huge store. Yummy salad bar and hot soup bar. Good sales every week. Awesome variety of products. Has pharmacy, too.

This store is always clean, the cashiers are friendly. Customer service has always been helpful and patient. I also love the wide varied selection of brands and products.

At first I was wary of shopping at Giant because of the prices but once I learned that they sold vegetarian frozen dinners I was sold. Ive also found amazing produce including mushrooms and green beans that are to die for. The only reason that I dont give five stars is because during one of my shopping trips (out of the hundreds I have taken) I did find an expired gallon of milk on shelf. I love that the store has a lot of organic food as well. It is also amazing to me that this store has self-checkout and PNC bank w/ ATM inside. I do a majority of my grocery shopping at Giant and am proud of the quality I receive in both food and service.

I see a few people badmouthing the pharmacy, but theyve always treated me respectfully, and Ive been going here for about 7 years now. Then again, I do usually call ahead and wait a day for everything. As for the store itself, I wish I could do all my shopping here, but they dont carry the curry I like.

Totally fed up with this pharmacy. Not only do they change a doctors orders for medication each month they change the copays for your medication as they see fit. I shouldnt have to get the store manager each time my medication is refilled to obtain the right amount of pills for the month, given the right price, or medication is filled in a timely manner. It doesnt take 4 hours to fill a prescription that was faxed in. This place is totally ridiculous!!

Excellent selection of quality produce, meats and most other grocery items. Prices can be a little less than competitive; however, you can find good prices on many items in the weekly sales circular.

The new pharmacist manager is horrible. hes a russian bully who makes you feel like a complete junkie. Never again will I go there

The pharmacy employees are some of the friendliest people that Ive ever come across.

Never shopped Giant much before until Mars grocery store closed. This particular Giant I learned to luv! Plenty of products. Staff seems nice and helpful. Thank you Dundalk Giant for inspiring me : )

I truly enjoy shopping here they have plenty of vegetarian/vegan food options plus a wide selection of sambra hummus...and they even have sushi!!!

I was there couple times. Loved the donuts but they are too sweet.

Today February 9,2018 I was made to feel like a lying junkie over needing my medicine by a pharmacist that Ive never dealt with..he sounded foreign over the phone . I didnt get his name because I was in tears after how he treated me. He persisted to tell me I get my medication filled early each month so I should have plenty of pills laying around. I dont even like taking medications so to insinuate I take more than Im supposed to is insulting and my insurance company would not continue to pay for my medication early every month. Its a non narcotic medicine and I should not have been made to feel worthless over needing my medicine re-filled. I mean its not like this pharmacy has never messed up my medication by giving me the wrong one or that Ive never come up short in the past ..in-sert sarcasm. I dont recommend using this pharmacy!!!!!

I love the store its always clean and great selection

First off been going there for years until my recent visits where I only get followed if my son with me some y’all lady follow us thru the store happens on multiple occasions and the old lady @customer service is rude af and racist as well.

Ive put in 3 applications now and made multiple calls asking about my application and have yet to get the job or an interview im highly disappointed and i was and very still am praying on this job to be able to have a good start as a young adult.

One of the better locations, very clean and very polite.

Food spoils very quick and all the good brands have been replaced with Giant brand. Which is horrible.

Bakery attendant was putting bread in bags with no gloves wiping nose touching store items and steady bagging the artesian bread she needs gloves very unsanitary

Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because I was paying cash and not insurance. Filed complaint as this is not legal. Say goodby to him for me as he will be losing his license

They don’t take calls from people trying to apply at there store and when you call to apply they send you straight to voice mail.

RACIST!!!!!! Calling their Black Female Employees GIRL, Instead of by their name. Old white people getting in line before you with over 30 items in the 15 items or less lane and the employees wont say anything, but if its you a black person, the cashier yell down, this line is for 15 items! But you wont understand unless your Black! Actually, this giant gets 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!
