This particular location is almost always quick. They do have slow days but compared to other locations near me they are pretty speedy. Rarely have any issues with drinks, though the other day they gave me a star drink instead of pink drink (probably didnt hear me well) and they let me keep it anyway.

Super convenient location! They tend to get the order correct each time. Will definitely return to this location.

Every single time I get a great cup of coffee. It doesn’t matter which barista is making it. I have not been able to say that about any other Starbucks location. Kudos to management and their training. Friendly, helpful staff. My mobile orders are consistently ready quickly. I come here even if another Starbucks is closer. A great big thank you to this whole team.

The staff here is always lovely and the food and drinks are always great.The 4 stars is because of the parking lot. When its not busy the layout is mildly annoying, but then you throw the Starbucks crowd in there and can be waiting almost half an hour just to get out.

Freaking horrible, Ive been here several times and each time there has been an issue - not with the food/beverage/service, just the situation. This time it was BEES. Yes, bees. I was sent to pick up a pre-order - not pay, just pick up. I walked to the front door and a sign said lobby closed, partially due to BEES mobile orders pick up in drive through. The door had 2 honeybees on the glass INSIDE. There were 2 on the outside, and more just flying around - not killer bees, just clumsy honeybees. I thought, ok strange and then quickly turned to horror as I saw the line wrapped around the building. I then realized I was trapped and couldnt leave for another place as my order had been paid for in full by someone else. I had to leave the parking lot go east on State Road 580 to enter the eastern entrance and get in line. And then it began - I counted 29 cars that came in, parked, people got out, read the sign, left and I estimated that each car on average has 1.5 people and each person was going to spent an average of $4 on coffee and $3 on something else so I computed that the STARBUCKS BEES cost them at least $300 while I aline was in the drive through. Did the manager/franchisee ever study Chik-fil-A? They will not let you leave because they want the money in your pocket to be put in their hand as quickly as possible before you can change your mind - as any good business model would do! It was just strange and since I lost 30 minutes of my life I figured whats 15 more to write this review? The coffee is amazing if someone else goes to get it, I admit - but why people choose to sit in that line I dont get.

Its too easy to drive past and miss this little coffee spot but once you have stopped once youll come back again. Sure Starbucks are all great places to get a good cup of coffee. That being said the little things makes a difference and this place adds just a tad more sweetness with the sweet staff that takes your order.The baristas are always really friendly and always make good drinks! Its a great relaxing and quiet environment (Sometime :P).

I have to say i am disappointed in this Starbucks Location . I walked in and there was one person ahead of me, no big deal . The lady at the register was kind but getting my order took an act of God . I only wanted a piece of pumpkin bread and a piece of Banana Bread which were in the case . I proceed to stand off to the side and wait.. and wait,,,, and wait like i said only 1 person was before me. I finally got the order and took it home to enjoy something that normally is very good . The pumpkin bread tasted like it was a week old which didnt get eaten . The Banana Bread was better but not to the Starbucks Standard Im used to . I wont go back to this location . The Staff seemed to struggle with customers not wearing medical face protection upon entering which i thought was still a County Mandate during the Covid-19 Pandemic.I almost called them to complain but whats the use . I just come to except that the consumer just simply DOES NOT Matter any longer especially during this National crisis.

Great service and my Grande Carmel crunch iced Frappuccino was amazing, and I DONT normally like coffee. Only thing I would add is some Baileys Irish cream liquor!

Usually when I go to any other Starbucks, I ask for the employees to give me my espresso shots on the side because most Starbucks forget to add them in or are too lazy to add them in for me. Ive gained some trust issues due to that lol. Anyways. The employees are incredibly polite and are fast workers. Theyve never gotten my order wrong. And they never forget my espresso. ;)

I go thru this drive-thru at least 4 times a week. I am ALWAYS satisfied with my purchases and the employees are SO cheerful and positive! Especially this one employee (don’t know his name) He is there ALL the time pretty much... he’s kinda tall and on the skinny side. Always so patient, and very professional. I don’t know his name, but he definitely deserves a raise and works hard 👍🏻 Trust me, customers pay attention and notice.... I work in the restaurant industry 🙂

Most of the staff is really sweet, but sadly, they rarely made my drink correctly. I lived right next door but instead had to drive 15 minutes to the next closest location. I mean, it could be worse, but definitely an inconvenience. Not sure why they couldn’t figure it out when I’ve been getting this drink for years. 😏

A pretty decent Starbucks! Drive through is quick and staff is friendly and helpful. Service inside can get kind of slow depending on the day though. I like coming here after a long day to do some work before heading home. It can get pretty loud inside though, sound bounces off the concrete flooring and the walls so consider bringing headphones.

Addicted to Starbucks coffee or coffee in general. I feel like Starbucks created the coffee community. I’m usually an iced coffee fan but the pike or the cold brew are my alternative choices. The seasonal drinks like the pumpkin spiced latte have cult following..for good reason. If you haven’t popped into a Starbucks yet, I highly recommend

One of the hardest working and politest staffs Ive ever seen at a Starbucks! My order is always right and gotten to me in a timely manner. I am always greeted when I walk in and though it can get busy at times it is a good place to get work done. You can tell the team works together well behind the counter and knows what they are doing. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone!:)

Who else has problems with ordering a light and sweet coffee. Please Starbucks manager Tell your people what to do when someone ask for coffee light and sweet!!! I have had to go inside many time to add sugar or cream after requesting a light and sweet. There was no sugar at all and no cream at all! This is crazy to me this is a coffee house light and sweet is a very common thing right? Not hear they have no idea what your talking about. They sound totally stumped when you say light and sweet large coffee!!! Then they ask how many creams and sugars! I say again light and sweet! Lol

Always great pleasant and nice and clean. Everyone always is pleasantly and interested and happy to see you need anything and get to know you by name. Fantastic Starbucks partners and Marni their manager unbelievable. Keeps the store spotless. I go almost everyday.

A magnificent coffee shop! Wonderful place to relax with a snack and a coffee. Clean comfortable atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent selection of coffee and food. The staff is courteous, efficient and friendly. However, as always with Starbucks the prices are inflated! Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience!

One of my favorite Starbucks but was there during prime time so my wait was a tad slower than usual. However, the wait was worth it....excellent Carmel Frap with extra Carmel drizzle! Added a slow toasted ham sandwich to compliment my order and I was on my way. Starbucks fans know that it is the premier coffee shop and more. If you were thinking about giving one a visit make today the day and after just one visit you will be hooked! 👍

Lately, every time Im coming to this store I get my order wrong. It is not a complicated order. Cold venti green tea latte with 2 extra scoops of matcha. I also asked for either light ice or no ice. I hate when my drink is 90% of ice! Yet, my order is wrong and on top of it half of the cup is taken by the foam. Basically I pay for venti and I really get tall. I wish the old crew was still working there, it seems that the new crew either do not care or is poorly trained.

Very nice and kind customer service however at times, not even when it is busy, service can be very slow.

Location is nice and clean. It is easily accessible with tables and chairs available inside and out. There is even a nice tall table at which hey have some nice barstools but that I find great for some standing work.

Most Starbucks have a cheery upbeat personality. I remember when this one first opened 2015. I lived right behind it. The staff at that time was always cheerful and always had a smile. They always greeted you at the door. I hate to say this but the atmosphere here has gone down to somewhat bland. It appears that they are understaffed for the demand of this location. Or perhaps they have trainees. Either way walking in and seeing 11 people waiting on orders and a packed drive thru isn’t a great feeling. Especially when I have to wait 10 minutes for a blonde roast coffee, nor should I have to ask for half and half and enough room in my coffee to put the sugar and cream into.

No organization what so ever the employees ignore you when you try to get their attention. I Put in my order online at 730 and my coffee wasnt ready until 755. The point of online order is to make it easier. I love Starbucks ive been going for years everyday but for some reason this store can not get it right.

This Starbucks is home to the reigning undisputed SLOWEST baristas in the world.. I once visited the jungles of Costa Rica, and was served coffee by a family of sloth’s, and they were faster than the crew at this location.. if you’ve got nothing planned for the next few decades, stop by and grab a cup of coffee.. if you have anything relatively important you need to do in the next few HOURS.. keep on driving my friend... however, they are friendly.. only saving grace..

Is there any place better than Starbucks to start your day? Starbucks has pastries to go with your coffee or tea. They have hot coffee and hot tea as well as chilled coffee and tea. They have even these coffee drinks that are like a smoothie. They taste great! Dont forget a nice fresh biscotti to go with your hot coffee. Most of the Starbucks that Ive been to also offer free internet so bring your electronic device and sit for a minute.

Monotone cashier at drive through double checked to make sure I got the right replacement sandwich cuz you didnt have double bacon. So I said, the turkey one is fine. Note, he double checked and handed me my incorrect sandwich. Which was like a mcmuffin, but 5×more expensive and a sliver of I have no idea for meat. Slivers are thinly sliced. This was a singular sliver of I have no idea what meat, but I can assure you it was not the turkey holiday sandwich you guys have. Very bland. Happy thanksgiving.

Starbucks are usually pretty inconsistent, and this one is no exception. Far too much ice in my macchiato. I think I had MAYBE 3 ounces of coffee and the rest was ice. They need to get it together. If I wanted just ice, I couldve bought a 10 lb. bag for 1/2 the price of the coffee....
