I bought a truck from Durango Value Autos, great buying experience with my salesman John Evers. Not too long after i bought the truck, I’d say a month, and it started having some engine problems. I had it looked at by a local shop and seemed like an oil change fixed it. However a few weeks later the truck had no power. So I took it in to my trusted mechanic who then said the truck’s engine was really shot and needed a new one possibly. So then I called Durango motor company because I was pretty frustrated. We drove down there and met with Mike Aus, and it went so well I couldn’t believe it. He promised to either put a new engine in my truck or take my truck back for the full price i paid into a different truck. What an awesome dealership who will take back a truck you’ve had for 3 months with major issues and give you’re full money back toward a new truck! Very impressed!

DEFINITELY buy a used car from Durango Value Auto and ask for sales man Micheal Behr. Micheal took such great care and time with me on my purchase. I purchased from over 300 miles away from the dealer. Micheal took care of the sale and shipment with such expertise. The truck did arrive to me with a misfire problem. After contacting Micheal Behr he assured me that Durango Value Auto would take care of the problem even without a used car warranty. The manager Houston Frizzell and everyone at Durango Value Auto stood behind the vehicle they sold me and made sure it was functioning like it should. I am happy that even after the purchase they worked to take of the problems I had with the truck. I would recommend Houston Frizzell and Durango Value Autos to my friends and family.

They made an offer which was higher than the online places, there was no haggling, and it was all done the day I stopped in. My wife wasn’t sold on the Jeep as she had her heart set on a 4runner. He said he could probably find us one, I gave him a price range and desired mileage and he found exactly what we wanted in about twenty minutes.The entire sales process was easy, no haggling, no rigamarole, if I didn’t want something they said okay and we moved on.
