The service department went above and beyond for the repair of my Titan XD Diesel. My daughter has a severe chronic medical condition. We were scheduled to take her to Albuquerque to admit her to the hospital. We needed the Titan to pull our 5th wheel. The service team prioritized our repair and we had it back in two days. With everything we have been going through with our daughter, this really touched our hearts and allowed us to get her to the hospital and the rest of the family in the nearby RV park.

I was searching for a Toyota Tacoma and Curt, the internet salesman sent me information for a used one they had on the lot. He also recommended the 2021 Frontier. He put in a lot of work finding a truck to meet my expectations. I went to the dealership 90% sure that I was going to get the Tacoma, and after the test drives, I was sold on the Frontier.

I was able to walk off the lot with a low down payment and with pretty much what I wanted... however the truck I bought had a check engine light on, was told that they would fix it only to get the truck delivered to me and it not be fixed also I was promised a second set of keys four weeks later I still have yet to see or hear about any of those keys. None of them respond to my calls or text messages anymore like they did when they were trying to rope me into buying a vehicle from them and I found out that the check engine light is a problem that happens to every single one of these trucks that I bought so I know they knew what it was and just disregarded the entire situation... all-in-all I still think that maybe the two star review, maybe still just a little high... #sheisty (Update) So after a few months of back and forth calls and emails I was finally able to get them to make everything right with my purchase and what not. Im pretty happy overall and my review will change a bit. However I feel everyone should know how cheap of a deal I got on them replacing my fuel pump... Literally $400 cheaper than anywhere else ... I recommend everybody go and expect the cheap mechanic pricing they can provide...

Extremely long wait times and terrible communication. Ordered parts for my Nissan - they never called me back to let me know they arrived. When I did finally get hold of someone they didn’t order the correct parts. When I got to my appointment they said they only had one of the parts I needed, so I had to come back a few days later. When I asked for an estimated time they said about an hour and a half, but I ended up waiting 4 FULL HOURS. So tired of giving this dealership the benefit of the doubt. Don’t waste your time or energy.

Do not trust this dealership they will lie and use false contests to get you into an overpriced vehicle. Along with incredibly poor salesmanship which borders on plain rude. They will have you drive all the way to there remote Colorado town just for the run around. Also any talk of 25k prize is all false. Do not trust any Nissan dealership in southern Colorado especially Trinidad and Durango.

I brought my car in for a simple idle tune and warranty airbag replacement on a Friday and was told that it would be ready Tuesday. After I drove 45 minutes to get my car I showed up at your shop only to hear that no one there knew anything about my vehicle nor did I receive an email or a call letting me know it wouldnt be ready. This is no way to keep customers happy the key to customer service is communication with the customer. I will be taking my car to independent tuners from here on out very disappointed with service and lack of professionalism at your dealership. -10/10 rating you guys suck

Nissan of Durango is the best Nissan dealership I’ve ever been to! When I first moved to Durango I took my Rogue for an oil change, and I’ll never take my car anywhere else as long as I’m living in Durango. I’ve taken my car here a handful of times and they’re always timely, helpful, and HONEST! When I lived in New Mexico I always had the worst experiences with other dealerships being dishonest about things that needed to be done on my car but with Nissan of Durango, that’s never a concern. They have a nice waiting area and they always wash my car! They also have signed me up for a loyalty program so I’m always saving money on my services. Love it!

I broke my side view mirror. Bob said he could have it by the end of the next day. Florian helped me schedule an appointment to include a gasket change on the rear diff and an oil change. I was told 2-3 hours and all was completed in that time frame. Daniel gave me a shuttle home while I waited. Jamie, my Tech, always does a great job of taking care of my Titan. Thanks again for the complimentary car wash and cleaning my interior floor mats. Nissan of Durango ROCKS! Thanks Guys!

The mechanics did a routine check on my battery and notified me it was slightly weak. Turned out one of the cells was just starting to go bad. I had them replace the battery the next day. Ive been stranded before in other vehicles when the battery failed from just such an event. GOOD CATCH--thanks for your diligence, Nissan!

Had headlights​ refinished there, for some reason there was buffing compound slung all over my motor compartment everywhere, brought the vehicle back and they quickly spray washed the motor compartment getting most of the buffing compound removed (whatever) water was everywhere it shouldnt​ have gotten and both of my headlights had tons of condensation in them (great) do I bring it back to them and give them another shot at doing something right the first time or do I reach In and twist out my headlight and blinker assembly to let them dry out over three days! You decide!

Steve was a lot of help when I needed to bring my car in for a recall on the airbags. I also needed my in cab air filter changed and my oil changed. He was very timely about the work that needed to be done and asked if I was thinking about trading in my car any time soon then mentioned a couple of cars on the lot he thought Id be interested in. He was very knowledgeable and Im sure Ill be back to see him again for anything else I need done with my car.**Update!**Id add a sixth star if I could. Cory gave me a call because Steve sent him my referral. I bought a car Im very very happy with from Nissan of Durango and I would highly recommend working with them. The process was positive, fun, and nearly seamless. I ended up spending 4 hours with them test driving and asking 100 questions, and though I took up that much time their customer service was the best.

I was interested in a truck they had but to see it required me to drive from over an hour away. I asked the salesman that I spoke with numerous times if there were any problem I needed to be aware of before driving out that far and missing time at work. He lied and told me the vehicle was in great condition. When I arrived at the dealership it took me about 5 minutes to realize the vehicle was a lemon. One of the tires was racing slick bold and was not safe to drive on. The vehicle shook like crazy when I tried to drive it and there was some electrical problem that had the lights flashing on and off. I left and the sales manager called me to apologize. He said they would look at the problems and call me the next day. That call never came. Long story short, these guys lied to me to get me in the store and to try and sell me a lemon. Not to mention, I received 5 different calls from the dealership after my inquiry. I had to tell them to stop calling. They were even trying to push a truck with 400,000+ miles on me and told me it was cherry picked and in fantastic condition. These guys are not to be trusted.

Registered to get e-price of a car they had for sale and they made up that I had to go to the special sales event lot to get the price and they didnt have access to the price. What kind of sales department doesnt have access to its own prices.

The dealer was super pushy and made it seem like I was getting into an amazing deal, but the car is the worst. It is under powered, the gas mileage is awful, and it is way to small for our family. Also never even got to see the car before all was said and done thats how pushy he was. Putting one star because zero isnt an option but do not I repeat do not go to Nissan of Durango ever!!!!

Sales staff are extremely pushy and condescending. Once it became apparent that this was not a place where I wanted to do business the staff made it difficult to leave. As I was trying to pull out of the parking lot one man tried to wave me down, when if became obvious that I wasnt going to stop another man stepped out in front of me and pretended to grab something off the ground and stood there until I convinced the man at my window to tell him to leave. As I was finally pulling out I heard the window man thank the blocker man saying that was awesome man, thank you!In summary this place is everything you hate about buying cars. If you want to be treated this way go to Denver or Albuquerque and at least get a better price.

The most unorganized dealership I have ever dealt with. Nobody knows what they are doing from the help desk to service advisers. You can’t get anybody on the phone to help you. Nissan better get on this dealership and help them understand customer service. My truck has been sitting in their shop for two days to get oil change and other fluid changes. They said I didn’t have an appointment but so what. It shouldn’t take two days to do oil change and fluid flushes!

They bought back a vehicle that was sold offsite by a contracted outside salesman who lied n rushed me at every turn. The vehicle had 30,000 miles and none of its bed equipment or locking wheel lug key. For 5k they sold me a new truck with all its bed equip, including optional bed extender, factory trailer hitch n harness equipment, maintenance equip, valet key etc. They also found a bank with 2% better interest on the loan. All in about half a day n allowed me to bring in the 5k down payment upon closing of my house refi up to 2 weeks later upon signing promissory letter. They fixed my problem and i am very happy with their prompt handling of my ethics complaint and I love the truck..a 4 door Pro 4 X model frontier w locking rear diff. It feels great to drive. Plenty of torque n power with the 4 liter V6. All told I would recommend this dealership to anyone at this point. Note: be sure to visit the actual dealership. The offsite event and salesman were sketchy. Also dealer threw in full bumper to bumper warranty and regular factory maintenance for 6 years or 60,000 miles. :) They also allowed me to grab the custom pro4x floormats from the older truck which were not included in the new truck. A quick steam cleaning and they look brand new n sharp. This last minute action by the dealers owner really made me happy n felt the situation was completely fixed plus :) !!

We were thrilled to take our 2015 Nissan Xterra to the service department. We purchased it at Auto Nation Denver and have nothing but problems with them. We had a slow leak in our tire and when we took it to a tire company found that the wheels were locked and we had never received a key! Since we live closer to Durango than Denver we needed to take it to Durango Nissan. After many phone calls to Auto Nation and being told they could only unlock the wheels and not give us a key, we took it to Durango. We were so tired of being given a run around, we were ready for a fight! Low and behold we were treated very well and not only did they fix the tire, they gave us a new key so we will not have the problem again. They even gave it a great wash!We were very happy and will purchase our next Nissan in Durango. We love the car!

BUYER BEWARE! NISSAN OF DURANGO sold me a lemon. They also didn’t tell me it had been in a SERIOUS accident. (they said someone hit the bumper) When I purchased it Jay Jensen, the sales agent told me to bring it back and they would detail it, fix the rear headliner, which was missing the plastic screws that hold it up, and also fix the XM GPS antenna that was disconnected. They said they had to order the plastic screws. When I brought it back the repair technician tore the plug to the XM antenna fin off and took it. (BECAUSE HE BROKE IT). They said they would order that part. It was $180.00. Two weeks later, they rudely tell me NO, they will not replace the part, or do anything.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & HIGH PRESSER SALES. THEY WILL DO AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE.

First of all, the pricing listed on their website is NOT the pricing you will pay. After an exhaustive on-line search, I found that Nissan of Durango had almost EXACTLY the vehicle I wanted (everything except heated seats, darn it). However, their pricing was about $3,500 higher than comparable deals within a 200-300 mile radius. One quick email, and the internet manager emailed me back an internet price that I felt was fair. I set an appointment, and upon arriving at the dealership, was somewhat perturbed to learn that the person I was to meet had left for the day. However, maybe that was a blessing in disguise, as I was referred to Jay, the General Sales Manager, who, as it turns out, had assisted my now deceased brother on numerous auto purchases in the past. Anyway, Jay was very polite, and when we made the connection between he, my brother, and I, it was a very welcoming environment. Not only did they lower the price of the vehicle even further than the internet price, they gave me what I felt was a fair trade on my vehicle. I told Jay up front I was not interested in an extended warranty or gap insurance, as the vehicle was still under manufacturers warranty and with my trade not having a balance, I was not upside down. No pressure from the finance manager at all. He mentioned the available coverages, but did not push them, which I appreciated and respected. Due to some things that had to be taken care of prior to me taking possession of my new vehicle, Nissan of Durango was kind enough to keep it secured in their shop, and I finally took delivery of my new Jeep today! I LOVE it, and when I went back to the dealership with a couple of concerns, they were immediately resolved. I know each person has different experiences, but as far as mine goes, Nissan of Durango handled my transaction efficiently, professionally, fairly, and ethically. I would not hesitate to refer Nissan of Durango to family and friends, and will look to them in the future for my own vehicle needs. Thanks, Nissan of Durango, for making the purchase of my 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk a pleasant experience.
