Brenda was knowledgeable, helpful, had a great disposition, kind, and went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed for my dorm room in college! I would gladly come back!

The customer service was very good, they were eager to help me find what I was looking for and very friendly!

I placed a order online, it listed two in stock at the store, and said the item would be ready for pickup in 1 hour. Fifty-five minutes later I get a cancelation email with no additional information. I called into customer service and the first operator hung up on me. The second one said that the store had indicated a cancelation because the item was no longer in stock. I told her that the website indicated two were in stock when I placed the order and asked what the options were. The only option was to wait for the item to be back in stock at that store and then they would notify me so I could buy it at the same price. Based on the previous level of communication from the store I question if I will ever get a call.

Terrible Experience. I was buying a display coffee pot. I asked if I could return it if it didn’t work, and they told me no. The cashier tried calling the manager multiple times and never came up. How can you not return a coffee pot, not knowing if it works?? The workers were very rude about it too. Hopefully the next person buying a coffee pot can return it!

Clean store and very helpful staff. I couldnt find 3 things that I needed person at front looked for items on register and sent someone to grab for me. I appreciate the help and effort so much

A lot cleaner and organized than most BB&B Ive been into. Looked like never had been in it because of how lined up the items were on the shelf.

One of our favorite stores. The staff, at all the locations weve frequented, are always extremely helpful. Its the customer service level that keeps us as return customers.

Asked for help finding something. You would think I asked them to cut off an arm. Could not find what I needed. Let them know as I left the store I was going to a different store that would help. Not a good business plan on there part. You would think they want to sell stuff after losing business during covid 19. Good luck if you go!

Not much for nice pots and pans in store

From the outside the glass is tinted. It may help them inside but from the outside it looked like they were closed. No sign glowing to say they were open. No one greeted me in the store until I was already walking around for 8 minutes.I mentioned I was looking for a bread maker and a pillow and the only thing the attendant spoke about was the pillow.

Ali is the absolute best associate Ive EVER had the pleasure of working with. She is kowledgeable about the store and the products and helped me find everything I needed!! Incredibly sweet girl, too. I hope to see her again next time Im in the store!

The store has a good selection of cooking and home decor items, and often has large coupons they send in the mail. Though many of the items are a bit pricey.

The store is in disarray and appears a decade behind in their decor. I found it extremely cramped to navigate through the store and difficult to find items that I intended to come for. There were shipping boxes/stock items blocking the aisles. Furthermore, once I found the items, it was apparent that many items in their boxes had already been tampered with, giving me the impression that they were used, specifically referring to their cleaning supplies. Moreover, due to the confusing layout of the store, I noticed several shoppers budging in line or not knowing where to line up and the staff clueless on where to guide them. The chaotic layout/appearance of the store is a disappointment to BBB.

Fantastic customer service! I was having a not great day, stopped in the Bloomington store, the 2 ladies in the Bath department were so helpful with helping me locate a shower curtain. Thanks to their wonderful customer service, my day got a bit better!

.These folks have everything you could ever need. Anything from cooking to bedsheets, to wall art. They seriously have a huge selection of merchandise. The only reason for four stars is they rarely have enough people on to actually help you.

Way too much stuff packed into one place! Prices are not really competitive anymore. Coupons are few and far between. Not the same as it used to be years back. Sheets and bedding are expensive. This is no longer a place for frugal shoppers. The staff, however is very friendly, efficient and helpful!

Great help from staff and enjoyed 20% entire purchase when I signed up to be a member. I saved a additional $158 off items that were already on sale.

I haven’t posted a negative customer review before, but I want people to know about the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. It took them 20 minutes to figure out if an item was on their wedding registry list, even after I offered to give them the SKU (“No, let me print out 20 pages of stuff you don’t need”). It wasn’t there. Then they printed out other items they thought were in-store by printing off another list instead of showing me where to find it. Guess what? The first three things on their list weren’t there either. Another 15 minutes wasted. Their cashiers had zero sense of urgency. This isn’t the first time their lazy employees wasted my time and I promise it will be the last.

Mom and I went in today between 3pm and 4pm today to get the coffee in there ad they were out but of the very nice and polite ladies that works there was more then willing to order it on the computer for her thank you

I really like BBB they have a large selection of home goods, wall art, kitchen and bathroom items and also a nice candle offering.

Great products but aisles are a little over crowded. I could easily spend a fortune here because they have so many neat items.

Great service and a great place to go do a wedding registry

Stopped here to look for a couple of items and found 1 of them. I also asked for help regarding something else I wanted that may not even exist and the staff tried their best to help in any way they could including ideas on what might work for me.

People here are so nice. Store is always clean.

Very disappointed with this store. My wife and I went to this location after just recently getting married and were very excited to spend some of our gift cards. My wife also worked for bed bath and beyond for 2 years and knows what is expected of the employees. There was very few people working, ladders were left in aisles, product was spilled throughout the store and the employees were rude. They were also very unprofessional talking to each other over the intercom. We needed another product down that was in topstock and it took 10 mins to get someone to help us and she was very rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her when they didnt have enough product down. There was a line when we checked out which is a big no no in the BBB world. The lady that checked us out was nice but we had bought hampers and trash cans and could have easily stolen tons of products because they didnt check inside them. There was also two employees just talking to each other when there was still a line of people. We probably wont return to this location.

My fiancé and I originally did our registry here. We felt very pressured into buying things we didnt want or need by the person helping us. We also sensed a very annoyed attitude when we declined to buy some of the things she suggested. She asked us if we were considering registering anywhere else; When we told her we were thinking about also registering with Amazon, she replied with a snarky well, what does Amazon have that we dont?. On the way home from the store we decided that we didnt want to give our business to this store because of our experience. We deleted our registry with BB&B and started a new one at Target the next day.

They obviously wish to sway you to online shopping. Many cookware sets arent stocked. Non-existent staff. I literally couldnt find anyone to unlock the knife case. They lost out on about $180. I walked out. Have been back several times (why??) and its the same old story.
