The elderly gentleman that helped me looked like a grumpy old man. Turns out he was very helpful. They had none of the part ×2 I need just a couple small brackets, he was able to locate 1 in Roseville and another Anoka so he had them shipped to Eagan and they will be there in the morning. Very pleased that he did that for $10-$15 worth of stuff.
Saved me 500 bucks from having to call for a HVAC service company to come out. Instead, I was able to walk in and buy a US made capacitor for my home AC for 30 bucks and do it myself.

This was my time calling into an appliance parts store. I Spoke with a lady by the name of Pam, informed her I needed help looking for a part, and she was very rude, and assumed I knew where the part number was. I didn’t, and asked for assistance in locating the part number on my machine and she acted like I was an inconvenience for her. That’s not customer service. I hope to have a better experience in the future.
Be prepared knowing make and model of the appliance youre trying to repair. The kind wizards here were able to find my part with little information, and Im very grateful. I fixed my furnace with Google and the kind folks at DEY
Always been a big fan of dey and try to do my part to buy locally. I went there today however, and while me and the 2 other customers came in with masks, when I walked in none of the 3 employees had a mask on. As I approached, the employee helping me put his mask on, as another customer came in, 2nd employee put on a mask. 3rd employee tho, older guy didnt put a mask in the entire time we were all in there. I know I dont shop places where the employees dont take covid seriously and I know many other people who do the same. Please get your employees to comply with the guidelines. we all want this to end and that can only happen by everyone doing their part. If changes are made, I will change my review. Thank you

Impressed! I needed a connection box for our Bosch dishwasher. Purchased one from Dey in Eagan and during that purchase was informed by a helpful and informed employee, that this part was involved in a large recall and had been deemed a fire hazard. I purchased the part, but that awareness prompted me to contact Bosch as Id not been contacted by Bosch or Best Buy about any recall. Long story short, Bosch eventually covered the part and labor so I had a purchased part I didnt need.I returned the part on a Saturday to find that I was outside of the 45-day return policy. I was perfectly accepting of that answer and Dey owed me nothing. But they held the part to ask the manager if he would approve the refund. On Monday I received a voice message saying I should stop by to pick up my cash refund. Amazing!!! They didnt have to do that. But I have such appreciation and respect for how they handled this matter. I was already a loyal Dey customer but this further strengthened my loyalty as a customer. Talk about above and beyond!
Im actually glad I was able to give this place a 0 star rating ... I worked with Clay when I was there. and he wasnt friendly at all .. in fact he said minimal words to me and threw my debit card, receipt and part to me at the end of the transaction..I will not be returning here for business..
Called this location twice. The first time I called, the man who answered said they have the part I need but they close in 7 minutes. I said I won’t be there within 7 minutes, but just a little after that and he just said “oh well”... so I said “I guess I’ll try tomorrow?” and he said “yep.”The second time I called I was routed to their corporate headquarters and the woman on the phone said “no, we don’t have this in stock” and also argued with me about the part number, which apparently had changed. When I said I called yesterday and the man said they had one in stock she said “well they must have sold it because I can see everyone’s inventory and nobody has it, ok!?” Wow... VERY RUDE!!I will never give these people my business after two encounters within 24 hours of such rude customer service.
Clay is the absolute BEST!!! So incredibly knowledgeable and witty. He not only sells parts, and quite the variety Dey has in stock, but he can diagnose and repair it too!! I feel guilty for all these years I wasted on the big name parts suppliers!!

I was looking for a capacitor for my air conditioner; every place that had them only sold to contractors, except Dey.The employee helped me find exactly the right capacitor, it was priced right, compared to what I had found online (but didn’t want to wait for shipping). I was on my way quickly, great experience!
Be aware really expansive, they tried to charge me 40$ for a cut of fusível that I paid 10$ on Amazon! I think this is not the way, to make advantage over people is not nice.
Needed an ignitor for my furnace. They had it in-stock at a fair price. Staff also offered helpful advice. I ordered a blower motor that I knew was going bad and it arrived within two days. Good service, good prices and helpful staff.
Five stars as far as parts and personnel
This store is excellent. Over the years I have been here multiple times for washer and dryer parts. The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable.
I was there last week to buy a part to my drye! They charged me 50$ for a small part the a discovered for 10 in somewhere else! Do t buy there scammer and overpriced
These guys almost always will have your residential or commercial appliance parts in stock. Prices ok for retail, way better for commercial clients. Only real downside is many things wont show on the website when searching so have to call or visit to confirm availability sometimes.
Waited for the guy who helped me to get off what sounded like a personal phone call. Then he made me feel as if I was bothering him asking for a part. After looking for a minute on the computer he told me they couldnt help. When I asked for suggestions on where to look he basically told me he had no clue. The whole time Im not sure he made eye contact with me once.Dont bother coming here for LG or Samsung appliance parts.

They did not have a lot of water softner parts but they were very helpful at finding a business that specializes in water softeners.
I was overcharged for my part here by double, I found my part online shortly after for $45 as opposed to the $89 I was charged here. They then refused to allow me to return the part because the bubble wrap was open despite the fact that the part never left my car as I found it somewhere else online. This is the second time I posted a review because my first review was deleted. Will never return here.
