Shattered my screen on my week old new Motorola OneAce5g phone they were the only place I was able to find to replace the whole screen cheaper than any other place! Instead of paying $200-$300 I paid $130! The only thing that sucked was it was going to take 2 hours to fix and I wasnt able to get there with enough time for it to be done and get it back before they closed so I had to wait till the next day to pick it up! It definitely wasnt fun not having a phone for just about 24 hours but it was worth it because they did an awesome job and it looked brand new again! I will definitely go back if I need anymore repairs done! The staff were very nice and knowledgeable! Definitely pleased with the overall experience!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. Brought my phone in to repair a cracked screen - 2 weeks later and I still do not have a working phone. During the repair, they did something that damaged my phone. After them trying to fix my phone with no luck, they ordered me a replacement iPhone 11. I picked up the replacement phone today and the person working forgot to install my SIM card so Im still left with a non-working phone. I was advised the phone would be a new, out of the box replacement. Upon checking, Apple advises the phone was purchased a while ago and is no longer under warranty. The manager Jamie and supervisor Angel were very nice but this whole situation has been beyond absurd. I see all the wonderful reviews, but unfortunately, I was not so lucky. Beware!

Had my phone fixed awhile back ago. I had to change my screen protector and then my phone is back to the way it was before it was fixed. I cant believe that I paid $600 dollars for it to be so called fixed.

I broke the camera on my Samsung Note 8 and randomly swung in this place to see if they could fix it. I was quoted over $120 at a different repair shop over the phone, and Angel (the employee I worked with) had the part in stock so it was a fraction of the price to fix. Glad I did this versus what I normally do which is purchase a new phone.

I came into store to work with Coby to get my phone battery changed and my charging port cleaned. Coby knew exactly what he was talking about when I asked him about viable solutions for fixing my phone. He helped me figure out which options were best for me and took only 20 minutes to work on my device. I couldnt be happier with the experience! My phone is now working great!

The good: They were friendly. I sent a repair inquiry on the website, and they replied quickly, with a fair price to replace a broken screen.The bad: They lost parts of my phone and the repair was poorly doneThey had to order the part, and told me theyd call when it came in. I called a week later, and they said, Oh, yeah. We have the part. Fine, they missed making a call. It happens. I brought in the phone and they swapped out the screen. There was a dark spot and the tech said that happens if it is clamped tightly, but it would get better. It did, but then the screen fell out. So I brought it back and they reset the screen.Three days later, the corner of the screen exploded on my wifes desk. I know youll say she dropped it, but no. Im pretty sure they over tightened the clamps to try to get it to stick, and it just took a few days for the stress to show as a catastrophic failure. When I finally ordered the part and replaced it MYSELF, there was a ton of extra adhesive. Im pretty sure they never cleaned the old adhesive and just put the new stuff over it. Also, they never replaced the data cable retainer clip because that was GONE.So if you want them to not clean the old glue tape off, over tighten the clamps to get the new screen to stick to the old glue, and lose parts of your phone, by all means, give em a try.

I had purchased a laptop from Helpertech recently, and although at first use it appeared to work properly, I soon encountered a couple problems with it. I spoke with a gal by the name of Cassie, who had told me that the manager/owner (cannot remember which) had left for the day, and that to receive a complete refund for the item (because it was still under warranty) I would have turn in the laptop and wait until at least the next day. I explained how I had used the laptop for work, and needed to submit materials the following morning. Cassie then called the individual at home, and issued me a full refund within minutes. I brought my Iphone to Hypertech to have the severely fractured back glass case replaced. The replacement aftermarket case was flawless and looked great and the price was beyond fair. Unfortunately that evening I experienced issues with my phone. I brought it back a couple of times because the problem was “intermittent”. Having owned my own repair shop for 25 years I had grown to hate the word intermittent. I also know that no matter your care and training mistakes happen. This is the time a business with integrity rises to the top and makes the customer better than whole. This is exactly what Bob Brennan the owner did.They purchased a used Iphone X in perfect condition. They then put a brand new battery in it(my old phone was at 80%) and delivered it to my house where Scott reprogrammed it. Would I do business with Hypertech again? Of course I would and did.They have my wife’s phone now.
