I was in a very large bind with a lost phone and a job that requires one. The staff was very patient with me and I was a little agitated just by the situation. I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided and doubly impressed by the staffs knowledge and professionalism. I wish more stores were like this one!

He was too lazy to look in the box for the charger with the phone I was returning. How else do people charge their phone? Is he serious? I dont recommend this location.

Pack food and water if you are planning to visit this store. If you want build your tolerance for patience, this is the store to visit. Service is ridiculously slow. Been waiting almost an hour just to get a replacement SIM card for my home internet.....quick review on Tmobile internet- it is absolutely terrible. It is so spotty and it interferes with my 5g on my phone which is also Tmobile. My phone never had issues until I got tmobile internet. Im so frustrated Im about to switch carriers entirely.

T-Mobile threats their Sprint customers as second class citizens.At this time you can not get the same services such as internet, switching from Sprint to T-Mobile, and with the 5 Billion dollar promotion you can not even buy a Galaxy A32 in store on April 18,no demo model to look at, no phone in stock to buy .All employees just say I am sorry all the time. Most employees have no personality, dont even say Hello, goodbye or not even thank you.

This is the best Sprint location Ive been to. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful.I worked with Mathew specifically, and he was excellent; answered all of my questions, was able to solve everything I went there for, and he got me back up and running in record time. I needed to upgrade my iphone today. I received fast and courteous service from Mathew. I hadnt updated my phone for a long time due to storage issues but Mathew found a way to do this for me so I didnt need to go home and return to the store at a later date. All the staff was kind and I appreciated their undivided attention.

No one likes going into the phone store because it means something you use all of the time is broken. I unfortunately was in the same boat and was irritated my phone died and had to spend time at the store. David and Mathew though were really helpful and patient. David went above and beyond to help me understand my plan, find the best solution for me, and was very kind. Mathew helped me set up my phone and get things connected which was great. They made an unenjoyable trip to the store a bit more bearable. Thanks for the help, David and Mathew!

Jeff and his team are very respectful and always goes out of their way to help me. Jeff helped me resolve a long going issue that he could of easily told me he couldnt help. He reviewed my plan that I have multiple lines on to make sure I have the best plans. He and his team have always greeted me and they work together to help me out. Horrible experience at this location today. Went in shortly afternoon hoping to return to Sprint after a few years absence. Had six lines to transfer. Guy working was from the Rosemount store and was upfront that he did not know his way around. Should have scared my friend and I off but he went to work. We gave him some information and we had to leave to get some things done. He forgot to give me my ID back so had to go back and retrieve it Came back shortly after and he really was no where on the deal. But he went to work and called into Sprint. Asked for my ID again and then misplaced it. He told me he had not asked for it but after some searching found that he had it on the desk. I was told I was approved for 5 lines but I reminded him I needed six so he had to call again and run my credit a second time then he Needed all phones so had to run to St Paul to pick up a couple of them. When I returned I expected to finish the deal. He instead was caught up on the phone with Sprint and was arguing with them that he was being given the run around. Finally he handed the phone over to me and it was going on 5:30 PM. Got on the phone and was asked all the same questions by a Sprint representative that spoke poor English and was obviously speaking into a microphone and I couldnt understand a word and kept having to ask him to repeat. I received a warning from Credit Karma that Sprint had run my credit three times by now and I mentioned that. While I was speaking to him a guy walked in a Medieval cape and kilt and started waiting on customers. Completely bizarre scene! In the sake of time I asked him to to get a manager and after a long wait a lady named Mary came on with a thick accent. When I repeated that I wanted an English speaking representative she said I would have to deal with her. I hung up. Five hours and nothing but wasted time. My friend had not eaten or drank anything all day and was frustrated. He had stayed there and also witnessed many people walking out unhelped during the time we were there. As we were leaving no thank you for coming in or for apology for wasting our time. Mary called from Sprint again as we were in the lot. I unloaded on her and she hung up on me in the process. If I could give this store and Sprint 0 Stars I would!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Terrible experience with this store and would give it 0 stars if I could. Staff was not properly trained and twice I was provided incorrect information on the current promotion for a difference of more than $350 dollars and a wasted trip into their office. I was referred to the manager, who then said that he couldnt do anything to help me, and that he needed to take care of customers in the store. I guess as a 20+ year customer of Sprint, I wasnt considered a customer since I was on the phone. Terrible training, terrible customer service. Never go to this store.

Overall i had a good experience with this location. The young gentleman who helped me answered all my questions i had and got me a good phone. I think i asked every possible question i could think of and he had an answer. As long as you understand policies set in place for customers, this will be a great place to get a phone.

Shout out to Brooke! I shopped at every major competitor to try to find someone offering a better deal than my current cell phone provider. I first met with Brooke in the eagan sprint and then went to 3 other competitors. Every where else I went spent all of their time convincing me to join with them by bashing their competition. Brooke spent her time with me telling me what she could do for me, not what others could not. As a sales rep myself, I appreciate that approach so much more. I got a great deal and enjoyed the Sprint Carnival day. I hope all of the associates were able to scrub the face paint off! They all seemed to be having a lot of fun with it and were working as a team to complete all 4 of my new phones. Thanks Brooke!

And, one of the phones returned was not properly recorded or received in Sprint Warehouse so they want me to pay. Over the last 6 months weve transferred 5 lines over to Sprint from other carriers. Each time the staff at the Eagan store has gone out of there way to help us pick the right phone and find us the best deal. When we leave the store we know our phones are working and if there are issues they will take care of them. Most recently Joshua went out of his way to make sure everything was transferred to the new phone and it was completely functional when we left. He also made sure that we were able to take advantage of all the discounts, rebates and promos that were available to us. Ive never had a bad experience there - outstanding customer service !

I also know that when they cant fix it, I can get an honest explanation as to why, and they may try to help anyway. That is what really impresses me. I went to this store after having it recommended by a coworker and being treated extremely rudely at the Chaska location. Brooke was so nice and extremely helpful in getting me a new phone and getting me set up in short time span as I had run over to the store on my lunch break. After I explained my experience at the other store, they went so far as to apologize for the behavior of that store and assured me they would help me anytime I needed it. I will only be going to this location from now on.

If I could choose 0, I would. Taking the chance even after I discovered I was lied to, I tried the service. Much to my regret. I leave my phone on my desk at work (dont touch it) and the service drops. I tried to return a tablet within the 14 days and the advice they gave me almost made it my responsibility to pay for the tablet. I could not have had a worst customer service experience. Trying to pay off and unlock phone I have made 5 visits/calls (so far) and it still isnt unlocked. Every new rep has a different story, different rules. Go ANYWHERE else.

She has helped me solve numerous issues with my account and phones in regards to upgrades, billing problems, and promotions. I know absolutely nothing about this stuff, and the staff was amazing about it. Very courteous, and FAST service. This is definitely my store. I can go in and ask what might seem like the dumbest of questions, and am never given any grief for it. Everything was explained in a way that someone who isnt tech savvy could understand. Not a corporate location so everything you ask will be you have to call Sprint to get your questions answered. Just useless. Great customer service is tough to find sometimes but the Eagan Sprint store did not disappoint. Josh Franciscus initially helped me to pick out my new LG phone which I love. Unfortunately electronics are electronics and I ran into an issue which I believe to be an issue with a new released phone and software issues that happen all the time. When I returned to the store Josh and the other staff from Jon Curry and even the store manager Michael Clark were eager to help. Definitely will be coming back to this store for my Sprint needs.

Blake was like a breath of fresh air.My first call was on Thursday when I had questions about sims and phones because mine was broken, he was very knowledgeable about everything I asked about which made me be very cautious about buying unlocked phones.Saturday I purchased a replacement phone from a store in Saint Paul & I went to 2 sprint stores in and they didn’t have the sim I needed. I called every sprint store in Minneapolis & Saint Paul and some ppl you could tell they genuinely looked to see and others just gave me the run around and some just didn’t seem like they wanted to help. I called the Eagan store and got Blake again and he was just very helpful like the first call. I hope you get recognized because I called on different days and you still were very helpful and didn’t sound like you hated your life. Thanks again Blake.

Then the one employee who acknowledged me pawned me off to some other girl who was taking care of a customer who came in AFTER I did. We just stopped by this store to reactivate service on my fiancés phone and experienced some pretty sub-par customer service. With only one associate working we stood and waited for 10 minutes while he was on the phone helping someone get a bill paid. When he was finished he proceeded to slide over in his chair to help out his friend (girlfriend?) while she sat at the counter eating Jimmy Johns and they whispered back and forth. All he had to do was say hello and that hed be with us when he was done, but nothing. We waited an additional 10 minutes and decided that since we hadnt even been acknowledged we were leaving. Sprint customer for 13 years and this is the 1st negative experience Ive had in store.

I went here to add a friend to my plan. Our request was kind of complicated, involving 4 phones and a bunch of merging/copying/swapping content on them so that everyone had what they wanted in the end. Despite coming at rush hour, we were helped within 5 minutes of arriving, and the answer to all our requests was sure, no problem.Brooke, the girl who helped us, was very professional and efficient, despite juggling multiple requests, answering phone calls, and working her way through our process. In the end, she figured out a way to save me a bunch of money and both of us left with new phones. That girl deserves a raise!I normally expect mediocre to poor service at cell phone stores, and dread the experience. Im glad this place is close to my work, as I will be going here all the time now. Most of our experiences at the Sprint Store in Eagan, MN have always been positive. All of the staff is friendly and helpful when we have questions concerning our cell phones or phone plan. Manager Michael Clark and his staff appreciate and value their customers. When I wanted to upgrade my cell phone, Josh Franciscus helped me when I had questions about the LG G4. He showed me the functions of the phone that I would find useful and he helped transfer content from my old phone to the new one. The next day after purchasing the phone, Brooke Heckel followed up asking if the cell phone was working well and if I had questions to call them. You don’t get that type of personal service from the other cell phone stores. I will continue to do business with Mike and his great staff and will recommend them to others because of their outstanding customer service.

The service here was awful. I was told I had no choice but to come to this location to get a same day replacement for the broken replacement phone sent to me by Sprint through Assurion. When I arrived, the employee told me that I was lied to by the Assurion customer service rep and I would have to order a 2nd replacement phone which would also be refurbished. I was told it would be 2 day delivery and should arrive no later than Tuesday or Wednesday. (I placed my order on Saturday.) I was also told that I had to come back to the Eagan store to get it and it could not be delivered to my house. I called today, Wednesday, and was told there was no phone. He couldnt provide with a tracking number. He couldt transfer me to anyone and there was nothing he could do for me. He suggests I call back tomorrow and try again. My advice: avoid this place like the plague. At least Assurion sent my phone next day and was delivered by when that said it would be delivered by.

Was told we would receive a gift card to cover the cancellation of our current provider. 7 months later and over 10 visits to the store to clear check on the status still no gift card. Finally called Sprint and after an hour on the phone I found out that the store never sent in the paperwork for the gift card. We wish we would have never switched to Sprint.
