I was on a 1300 mile road trip when my older iPhone crashed. I had gone into another AT&T store where I was treated terribly. Because my phone is my lifeline for work, it was imperative to secure a new phone. When I found William in the Eagan store, he quickly identified the problem and had a new phone in my hands in no time. Bravo!

We visited the Eagan location a couple of times to see what could be done to improve my call reception. As a small business owner, the difference between a good day and a not-so-good day is based on the phone calls I get.I wasn’t pushed into upgrading my phone or my plan. 5G was available, and Eagan towers hadn’t been converted yet. We decided to wait.More recently, my phone was rapidly discharging, and I know I was missing more calls. After calling and speaking to Josh and Jeremy, we came to the conclusion that is was time for a new phone. The cost of replacing the battery was almost as much as the cost of a new phone after my trade-in.The swap was easy and I’ve not been missing calls - thank you!

Super helpful and knowledgeable gentleman helped me set up my unlocked iPhone 12 PM within minutes of being helped.Google Fi, Verizon and T-Mobile all lost my business because their agents were not able to help me online or over the phone (Google and T-Mobile) or even in person (Verizon).Glad to reward good service and happy I don’t have to give my hard earned stacks of cash to Google, Verizon or T-Mobile.In-person customer service here at the AT&T Eagan store was a true pleasure. Do yourself a favor and visit.

My 85yr old gma needed a phone and went to this location. I told Alex the rep she worked with not to change our plan as she just wanted the iPhone Se. This is a $399 phone full retail and she has her old phone in perfectly good condition. I then get a email a day later saying thanks for adding the $15 protection plan to my account. I asked my gma did you add this she said no I have no idea what that is. My mom and her go back to get it removed from our account as nobody is authorized him to do so. He then tried telling my my I told him to add it. What! She has a back up phone and it’s a SE! He straight LIED to them, and tried to blame me for his fraudulently activity on my account. Being that I worked at Att I know they get commission off features they add as well as upgrades I knew this was fraudulently way for him to review commission for the sale. I told my mom to get his information as I would escalate this matter to the VP that should know about employees who do NOT use Integrity which is a code of conduct violation. He then told my mom he was going to call the police on her. This is absolutely absurd!! This rep should be FIREd for fraudlent activity, commission fraud as well as code of conduct for integrity. I should be calling the police for fraud but I will let the executives know about this and they can take it from here. This location lost all our business and will never go back. HORRIBLE Service.

Not happy with the attitude. I went there for an phone issue. They try to send me to somewhere else with an attitude. Poor customer service skill.The lady there was better though, at least she tried to help. But the another rep (gentleman), not so gentle. He does not belongs to service/sales industry. I will not go back to this store.

Worst customer service ever. There was only one person working. When I first came in he said ill help you as soon as I can. Never another word. Not what are you here for nothing just kept working with this one woman. I was there to buy 2 chargers. Would have taken 2 mins. Could have come back to the obviously more serious issue. I was warned to not go there.. Just terrible. Wish I could go 0 stars. Not the way you treat a 20 yr customer.

My girlfriend and I were in the market for new cell phones. We stopped in the this AT&T store on Thursday, Nov. 7th. We were immediately greeted by Josh and he began to assist us in finding what we were looking for.We had some questions about the best value for our money and Josh answered them all, even running multiple scenarios and explaining the cost of each one. After chatting for roughly an hour, we decided to break for lunch and decide the best course of action.We returned to the store a few hours later and were again immediately greeted by Josh. He and another sales associate (Ricky) began setting up our new phones and getting the process going.We also purchased some accessories at a great price as well. The cases that we initially wanted were out of stock at the store we were at, but Ricky went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and drove over to another location and brought them back for us. Also, he offered us some of his seasonal candy (Reeses trees) which were fabulous.Overall, it was an exemplary display of customer service. Josh and Ricky did absolutely everything they could to make sure Kate and I found what we were looking for. Their patience, knowledge, manners, and friendly service are all reasons why we will keep bringing our business there and encourage others to do so as well. Thanks, yall!

I’ve been working with Cory for a few transactions recently and he’s awesome! I love how he takes the time to go over our family’s options, and never makes us feel pressure to buy anything. I had a great experience at this AT&T store. I was immediately greeted by the manager (Cory I think his name was??) and he made me and my husband feel comfortable and like he knew he could help. He listened attentively and assured us we would be well taken care of. He immediately introduced us to a sales rep who helped us get on a better plan for us, upgrade our phones and even saved us $$ by switching us out of Comcast and bundling all together. It didn’t feel sales-y just felt like they had a better solution and that is what I appreciated most being a sales person myself. I will definitely 10 out of 10 keep recommending family and friends to this ATT store. 💗 and thank you Cory(I think) for your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile!

Processed a return phone wrong, being charged for a phone that should of been returned to a warehouse. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they give you a runaround. I have been told this will be taken care of by the manager and district manager, but all I get is crickets. Tried to see the status of this dispute and nobody know anything, all I get is call back tomorrow. Absolutely horrible experience.Update: Still have not resolved the issue at hand. Still being charged $139.00 for a phone that has been turned over to them. It was processed wrong in November and has been dealing with At&t since and have been delivered nothing but broken promises. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, all I get from the owner is we value you as a customer.. If AT&T values you as a customer they would resolve this issue. Own up to their mistakes and take the charge off my bill for their own mistake.

I am a recently discharged veteran of the Marines, and I walked in to pay off the rest of my Galaxy S7, and when I walked in there, I was met with nothing but smiles and great attitudes. I had a guy helping do not remember name. In store thought was great until 1st bill. Feel LIED to! I told him I wanted to stay as close to 50 dollars a month what I had pervious carrier. I did get new phone about 20 a month he said. Ok... he told me few plans and 80 a month came up. I asked several times does that include phone? Yes... i said multiple times want close to 50 a month plus phone about 20 a month ok....I would NOT switch if bill too high. Why would I? Assured on the 80 dollars a month, i agreed.... first bill says 120 a month!! Why would I go from 50 a month to 120 a month!?!? What can be done !?!? Phone is 25 a month, plus 80 a month, plus 15 a month in various fees!!! Nope, not working for me!!!!!!!! My guy was with me, he heard what i did! Was lied to!

Super bad customer service. Long waiting times. Oh, and did I mention they tried to keep my phone locked? Yeah, I called to get my phone unlocked because I had finished with my contract back in November of 2015. They stated that I had renewed it in August of 2014 on the 21st, bull crap. The only time I ever renew is when I buy a new phone, which I havent done in almost three years. Then they told me my mother, who is the account holder, went into a store and did it, I think not. My mother has never set foot into a store in her life. Ever. Weve only done upgrades and renewals online. Up yours AT&T Ive moved on after being a loyal customer since 2007, find some other sucker were over. Whoever may be reading this, buyer beware, skip this place they aint worth crap.

The staff is friendly, but the billing practices surrounding BOGO phone promotions are intentionally vague and wildly inconsistent. Most months I don’t get the BOGO credit without being overcharged and having to argue with them first. It also takes HOURS to setup service. Start to finish the customer experience is a nightmare.

Echoing others statements on here this was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. I was told to contact AT&T customer support on my own and no attempt to help the situation was made. I mistakenly believed this was a normal AT&T store but it is not. This is an authorized retailer and not a company store. They are not interested in helping you unless you either plan to purchase a phone from them or bought your phone from them. Go to a company store. You will get much better service.

I thought I was paying too much for my contract and decided to stop by the Eagan location and figure it out. The actually employee that was assisting me was nice, polite and eager to try and help me. But there was an older employee across the room on a tablet that was so rude. Ill never walk foot in a AT&T again. Instead of walking over and helping his fellow employee, this guy ease dropped on my situation and chimed his opinions on the matter across the store full of customers and would laugh and go back to his tablet. Unbelievable customer service. Not only did this employee not even try to assist me with my concerns, he mocked and ridiculed them. Its unreal that AT&T would pay this person to play on tablets all day and bully customers.

Long wait times, absolutely understaffed every time I have done business in this location. One visit when the wait was 5 parties deep I could hear employees in the back who could have come out on the sales floor to help.My last visit I was replacing a damaged phone through their third party insurer. After a two hour wait I went through the process and was told to expect my replacement phone in the next 24-48 hours. Phone never showed. Turns out the employee who assisted me never actually completed the transaction on their computer. All that waiting and still without a phone.Ill drive a good distance to avoid this terrible customer service in the future.

*Forgive any typos and/or sentence fragments.*Went into store in late in late November in order to buy a cell phone for my sister. At the end of the day, we walked out with an Iphone and Ipad for my sister and related accessories; my wife also walked out with a new Iphone, all courtesy of a smooth-taking, eager-to-sell sales rep.Began to pay with a bank card and due to a glitch in the stores system, the transaction went through on my banks end, but not on the stores end. Store needed to be paid for their merchandise, soI used a credit card to pay for merchandise. As a result, I am now in a battle for reimbursement, as we were billed twice for the same merchandise; once by our bank, once by my credit card company.Eagan store passed the buck and referred me to my local store (I live 600 miles from the store) and local store didnt have a clue as to how to proceed and I was even told by local store manager that he was waiting for the Eagan store to call so that he could receive instructions about how to continue.I called Eagan store the next day and the rep. who attended to us on that day was not working, but a colleague called him and when I talked to reps. colleague on a call-back, colleague said that our rep. who attended to us on 11/22/2015 had already talked to my local store manager and that he (local store manager) knew what to do.As a result of aforementioned buck-passing, I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company, so the company can actually talk to rep. who dealt with us on on that day in order to verify that we were inadvertently charged twice for one transaction.Would not advise going to this store.P.S. Received a call from my sister, one day after the purchase, and it seems that during the porting of her number to an AT&T phone, her pics were loaded from her old phone to her work, Google drive file. Fortunately, she did not have anything inappropriate within her pics.Granted, she probably should have known that such a thing could happen, but the rep. did not warn against such a possibility.

My experience with this At&T AKA Spring Mobile is worst retail experience in my life, I start having a problem with my LG2 that was using for a while and went to At&T store in Eagan @ 3324 Promenade Place on Friday Feb 20th 7 PM, as soon as I walked in the store a faster talker by the name of Eddys Ordonez greet me and we start talking about phone option I can pick.Picked up the phone I need and he over sale me Samsung tablet that I don’t need, and told me I have two week if I don’t want to return it.I did not like the option on the phone on the 13th I went to return to at&T at the mall of America, and I am told I have to go back to the same store since its purchased from “authorize dealer not A&T”, the next day (Friday March 6) I went to the store at 3324 Promenade Place, told him I will like to return the phone and table, first I was told I need to pay $70 ($35 each), I said Eddy did not mention that when I picked up the phone, the answer was I suppose to look at it from the receipt. I said that is OK I will pay for it. After 5 min of looking at my account I am told that today is the 15 day and I can return it. I ask to talk to a manger, Nicholas Congdon said he is the manger and (even though it does not say it on his name tag), So I called At&T customer support told her the situation and she said ” yes today is the 14 day, but since this is Authorize dealer not at&t I cannot do anything about it”,I fill like I got cheated, with a very poor customer service and at&t sign at the door when AT&t does not have any power over them, do not west your time in this store, go to the Mall of America and deal direct with AT&T not with Spring Mobile.
