As a business owner, I quite literally cannot afford to be down. My computer that runs my entire business died most epically. Patrick came out immediately, and even when we couldnt resolve the issue during business hours, he continued to work on it remotely that night. We got the computer back the next day. I only had to turn a handful of customers away. THAT was important to me. Hes now working on a back up system for me so, not if...but when...hopefully MANY years from now, when my new computer decides to give up the ghost, the transition to a new computer will be painless. Patrick did an incredibly speedy job replacing my battery on my 2015 Macbook Pro. Quote was very reasonable and competitive. I dropped off the laptop on a Friday and it was ready to be picked up Monday morning. Everything on my computer is back to normal again (no more restarting loop, fresh battery holds a charge again, trackpad works better due to replacing the swollen batter, and the laptop will now close shut again due to a new, unswollen battery) . We were fortunate to meet Patrick Jensen when he was sent to our home for a repair that we needed on a product we had purchased. Subsequently we hired Patrick, ourselves, to straighten out a very complicated home entertainment system we had inherited when we purchased a home. Patrick did a terrific job. He is an excellent communicator and stays with the job until he gets it working the way it should. We have hired Patrick for an additional installation and were very pleased again. Was surprised at how fast their turnaround time was for a power jack replace on an Acer laptop. Acer told me that it will take them 10 day, where as Pc Good Guys did it in just couple of hours.Ofcorse the part was ordered ahead of time so that I could still use the laptop since it still functioned.
