Staff Fantastic notably the Pharmacists - Never met more helpful and kind staff also clear demonstration of incredible knowledge. I cannot believe the negative reviews - I am not a fan overall of Walmart but they almost made me change my mind.

Pharmacists and pharmacy staff are very helpful, respectful to all, and are very caring . They work very hard to ensure that people get their medication promptly, and help people to understand the proper use and possible side affects. I have really appreciated this, and also know that they are very helpful with insurance questions and working with patients health clinics. They work hard and make time to help people get the help that they need. Excellent professionalism.

The lady who works there made me cry on Christmas Eve. She is so very mean, don’t go there

If I could give this a 0 I would. Staff is so stale, every customer seems to be an inconvenience. A smile never hurt anyone!!! Called in a prescription with an eta of 15 minutes and I waited 45. No apology no thank you for your patience, no anything... just checked me out as if I just walked up. Will be bringing my prescription elsewhere. I know it’s Walmart but come on.

I was just there and i wished i knew the pharmacists name, she she has longer blonde hair, but i just want to say shes amazing and so kind. Iv been coming to this location for a while now in eagan, but she is always very kind and great at her job from my view. Thank you for showing me kindness and respect, always.

Called to just ask a quick question to see if they had something available for my sick child, some lady didnt even introduced herself picked up the phone then put me on hold right away for 6 to 10 mins. I hung up called back she picked up again i explained to her i was on hold for 6 to 10 mins of course she apologized and was able to help me right away.. of course they didnt have the stuff i was looking for which is fine but i didnt need to be put on hold for that long to forgotten about just call back and be told they didnt carry the stuff! Staff needs to be retrained obviously. Just waisted my time while i could have been tending to my childs needs.

I came to this pharmacy to save money, but the staff is so consistently unfriendly and rude sometimes I just cant stand to go there. They dont smile...EVER, this must be a terrible place to work because everyone there seems so unhappy and they share that feeling opening. And when I had Hyvee call to transfer a Rx, they claimed it was not there. They lied. Im done.
