Love my car, but took forever to get. had to have windshield changed due to it being all pitted. on a rainy day, my car slipped, showing me i needed new tires ( $ 700.00 ) later. and now, it DID NOT PASS MASSUCHETTS INSPECTION !!!! tint was too dark. so i called you people and i was told, youwill have me drive back to CT, to have tint removed, BUT YOU WILL NOT HAVE MY CAR RE TINTED LEGALLY.....This is BS. i bought a beautiful car from you and now im going to have a fish bowl.I DO NOT FEEL I AM BEING TREATED PROPERLY.

I do not doubt that Enterprise as a company is great, however Kevin Hill is the individual that made our buying experience fantastic. Kevin listened to what we wanted and kept us in the budget i was looking to stay within! The car we wanted was a few hours a way at another location and he on his own time went and grabbed the car for us to evaluate. Kevin made the buying process super simple and easy to understand. He let us know all the pros and cons of extended warranties and overall was a great consultant to our questions and needs. Kevin let us know that we could test drive it for 7 days and if we do not like it we can come back and return it with no questions asked. We of course took that opportunity to take the car to our mechanic and they could not find anything wrong with the car. They said it would be with us for some time to come(pending no impromptu car accident;). That was about 9 days ago and we kept the car!! I applaud Enterprise as Kevin mentioned he had been with them for 16 years!!! That says a lot about the culture that Enterprise offers their employees! I wrote a great review about 3 weeks ago stating how happy I was with the purchase of my new car. Yes, the day I purchased my car went very smooth. However, the nightmare that followed is what I would like to warn you all about. Almost a month and I still do not have my Registration, THAT I PAID FOR! 3 weeks after I purchased, I received a call, 7:00 at night from an employee of Enterprise, East Hartford, asking for my social security number. I was told if I did not give it to him over the phone, I would have to pay almost $1,300.00 in taxes, that I had already paid. I told him that I was not comfortable with giving my SS number to a stranger over the phone. He said well youll have to register your car yourself then. I paid the fees and taxes for them to do it. I got in touch with the woman who sold me my car, Sydney Krewson, I told her that I was confused and weirded out by someone calling me that late at night asking for my SS number. She told me shed call me back the next day. Almost 2 weeks and no call from her! I finally received my paperwork in the mail and now have to go and register my car. Again, I paid for them to do all of this and I paid for my car in cash, over $17,000.00. I have contacted Enterprise Corp. office and they have informed me that calling a customer at 7pm and asking for their SS number is not normal practice. I will be contacting Attorney General as well as my own attorney for a refund of registration fees and the NYS taxes they have kept and not forwarded to NYS DMV. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE!

Affordable proces and great selection of vehicles and employees are very friendly and helpful. Work with any credit situation. Long wait times though, a little slow in some ways but overall very good.

At first they were going to sell me a tow package for a vehicle that the company did not recommend towing. Thought all scratches/chips were fixed. After a few months started noticing more scratches. I wonder if the detailing has worn off. As time goes on, not as much. Was not educated as much as I thought about the vehicle. Feb.2020. Enterprise provided proof my hood was painted/repaired as they promised. I cannot give 5 stars.

Hi everyone, meet Terri (Nissan Frontier)!!! After the horrible ordeal we went through with the last dealership, we actually considered taking a break from car shopping. However, thanks to Patrick and Terrance at Enterprise Car Sale in East Hartford CT our search is finally over. We were blown away by their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge on their vehicles. After seeing some of their inventory online, we were skeptical about the low mileage and reasonably priced vehicles. We thought for sure they were going to hit us with surprise fees and other concessions but they didnt. There were no additional surprise fees and the price advertised online was the actual price of the vehicles. Patrick and Terrance were friendly, personable and greeted us right away when we arrived. We informed them we were preapproved from our bank and they said that they are happy to go with any bank we chose to go with. They were even able to offer us an even better interest rate. They didnt push us to add any additional packages or warranties but did inform us of all optional add on packages. (We did opt to add one) Patrick listened to us when we told him our budget and did not push us to get a car outside our comfort zone. Thank you again Patrick and Terrance for an overall great experience and we would recommend you to our family and friends anyday. Kevin Hill. Was extremely helpful in my vehicle search. There was no typical car dealer BS like what can I do to get your business today. Not having that was refreshing. What a amazing wonderful experience!!! A friend referred me to Enterprise sales, because I wanted trade in my car and I wasnt having any luck anywhere else. I emailed the person who my friend referred, his name is Anthony. I received a return email asking me when could I come in? I then called Anthony and asked him if I could come in right away, without hesitation he said come right in, were in wallingford, heres the address. Ordered a 2019 Honda CR-V.The car came in with some issues. The remote start did not work properly, there were noises coming from the engine compartment and a rolling sound coming from the roof.Kevin Hill took stood by me and took care of all issues.Although I will never purchase a used car again, I will always recommend Kevin to someone that wants to purchase a used car.

They had what I was looking for. Everything went smoothy except when we went to sigh papers, and pick up the car. There were a few body scratches and a small dent that were support to be fixed they were not. We now have to make an appointment to return the car to have the dent repaired. The scratches were fixed on the spot.

This is the easiest car experience I have ever had. Enterprise Rental has a slick operation. I happened to have my car declared a total loss after an accident and went to extend my rental while I looked for a car mentioning the situation. Two hours after I went to rearrange my contract I got a call from Enterprise Car Sales. I suspect this is common practice for them. While I was a tad annoyed at their sales tactics I went in anyway because they had exactly the car I was looking for. It was sitting on the lot when I came in and three days later after working out some of the details I drove the car home.True to their word its a no haggle experience. The car price was exactly where I would have tried to get it down to. They have a sweet deal on a warranty and roadside protection plan and the sales managers are hard nosed about getting you the best financing. I was actually approved without a down payment. The sales people there are really nice and responsive will work with you even after the sale if their are issues.I havent given them five stars simply because if you live in MA and happen to come down for the car you are going to be waiting for the registration. They waited until the last possible minute to send someone up to get it registered so I was driving for a week without a registration and inspection.Even so I would still recommend them and I am keeping them in mind for future purchases.

The car sales, for the most part, was straight forward and efficient. That isnt the reason for my 5 star rating though . . . it was the after sales performance of the East Hartford team that earned that. They went some extra steps to make sure that I was happy and satisfied, including having some minor repairs done that was NOT noted at time of sale. I was very pleased with them.
