***UPDATE*** Customer service that commented on my review that said they’d reach out to the store to resolve this. It’s been about a month and placed another order and they order was still not fulfilled/picked until I was in the store. This extends the amount of time people are in your store (which is uncomfortable with COVID-19). Not to mention the person who picked my order didn’t get the correct oil and I had to point out that it was incorrect. You also don’t have any bike racks at this store so my bicycle is left unattended/not locked even longer since there is no bike rack. It would be one thing if the store was busy for the reason my order wasn’t picked within 30 minutes. But when I went into the store there were two employees and NOBODY else in the store. This store is less than a mile from my house and I’m considering going to Autozone for now on. Please correct this issue.———————————————————————————They advertise online orders will be ready in 30 minutes. I’ve placed several orders for curbside pickup. You call when you get there, often they are busy and put me on hold before I can state the reason for my call. Once I get through to someone who has the time, they still have to go pick my order between other customers.I’ve tried allowing them hours, and even a day or two before picking up my orders and it’s the same every time. No idea why orders aren’t picked when they come in. Chatted with Advanced Auto Customer care online and they didn’t seem to care either.Waiting for a curbside order for over 30 minutes while seeing other customers come and go is insane.I don’t blame this stores employees, it’s clearly a lack of direction at the corporate level with the way customer care reacted to me inquiry.I sure hope Corporate sees this and sees the opportunity here.

Didnt have the engine die as other AutoZones had they tried to sell me a large bottle claiming it was a small bottle which it was not so I choose to go to another Advance where they know their stuff

Awesome selection, even had tools I needed to change my own wheel hub/bearing assembly, and for removal of stripped bolts. Only thing they lacked was a little computer to scan my dash warning lights, so if you need that youll have to go elsewhere.

They have most of the store blocked, so they do the looking, they didnt have anything I needed,but have had some success with hard to find parts,if youre a GM person theyll have your part, very few mopar parts in stock

Excellent customer service. They charged my battery for free and gave me a detailed explanation as what was possibly wrong with my car. Was very patient with me when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my car but didnt quite know how to explain it and he understood what I was saying through my sound effects. I recognize this AutoZone.

The person running the register I guess you would call him the cashier was nice helping the person in front of me but did not consider that I was standing there for quite some time while I could hear people in the back laughing and talking about. I asked if there was somebody else that could help me and he said no. The store was very well organized however the prices that are on the wall are not what they are. Some are on sale it just does not say that they are.
My experience at this store could only be described as awful. I called in advance to check that my online order was ready and said I would be in within 25 minutes, the man on the phone was extremely helpful and said he had the item in his hand and would be ready for me. I showed up exactly when I said I would and was greeted at the door by an extremely rude woman who was yelling at me to go home and that they were closing early. I tried to explain I drove in the snow about a half an hour to pick up one small item and she just contucont to yell at me to go home.
Love the fact that you can buy something and if they can help you put it on the do. Always get my wiper blades from here.
The guys at Advance Auto Parts were awesome, helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I learned more about cars in the 10 to 15 minute conversation I had with Jason, than I had from many conversations over the years with other mechanics. He took the time to actually explain to me and show me what the problem could be, that I was having with my car... Most guys just dismiss me because Im a woman. Thanks Jason, for taking the time!!

Lazy workers would rather talk about sound systems than help a customer. Called them as them if that had a part number in Stock they said yes. When I got there (5 mind later) they said they didnt have the part. I told them I just called. The guy than said well there only 3 of us here. So I when over to the help section and found the part I needed. The 3 works didnt even say hello when I walked in the door there were no customer in the store when I walked in.
Employees are rude and not helpful. I only go here when I absolutely need to. I gladly travel to the 14 and Schoenherr store any time I can even though it is significantly farther from my house.

Advance sold me the wrong wiper blades. Installed them.I went on vacation and got caught in a rain storm. What a nightmare. Then when I returned this is when I was told they were the wrong size. The passenger blade was missing half of the wind shield and they were rude when I asked for a refund.

Ordered online. Went to pickup when informed order was ready. Associates did not have order ready. Associates were reluctant to help and could not answer simple questions about products ordered. They seemed preoccupied.

I was looking for a particular kind of oil and couldnt find it. I then went to the counter and asked. I was pointed in the direction where the oil was. I told the gentlemen I was already there and couldnt find the brand. He said, without looking up, I cant help you then.

ZERO STARSIf you want rude service...This is the place. Cashier was walking back and forth yelling on his personal cell phone rather than helping customers. When I checked out he answered a call and acted like I was preventing him from using his phone.

Its 2019. I went to get an engine air filter for my 2016 model year car. Their air filter catalog was from 2015. And no, Im not interested in the counter guy typing in the wrong engine size and me getting the wrong part.
