Very good service. ordered older model performance tires for a Z06 corvette. they took the time to call multiple places and find a warehouse that had all 4 of the same tire. I was updated with deliveries, when the tires would arrive/arrived and given a prompt appointment. Shirley working the front desk/phone/ordering is nice, smart and knows her stuff! Very good place, courteous and got me tires that I couldn’t get anywhere online! Thank you!

Fixed the issue at a very reasonable rate and while he could have sold me a ton of additional “fluff” he did not pursue this approach that you classically see at car dealerships. I needed some new tires and did my online homework. I knew exactly the tires I wanted and what I should pay for them. I called Eatontown Goodyear and spoke to Shirley. Shirley didn’t have the tires in stock, but was able to have them for the next day along with an appointment to install them. It couldn’t have been any easier. The Tech did a great job even used a torque wrench to make sure I could get the lug nuts off at a later date. Great Service!!!! I will be a return customer. 👍👍

Great customer service. Left dealership with list of things that they claimed had to be done. Goodyear Eatontown performed the required service, plus recommended service not mentioned by the dealership. The work was performed in a fraction of the time the dealership was quoting and less than 1/2 the price. Good honest people still exist.

Thank god for people like Shirley! My grandmother blew out a tire and was frantic (being on a fixed income and all) and Shirley took amazing care of her and kept her calm and got her back on the road safe. Wonderful service! Emergency flat in between my two jobs. They were courteous kind and efficient. I was able to get home a relax a little before work! I felt like I was well taken care of and that I was given an honest overview of my options in regards to the damage.

Went in for a repair of a tire .. with hardly looking, slow motion manager lady comes out and says you need a new tire . Fine $200 bucksThen they went for the killing saying my sensor was broken yet I had just put air in 10 minutes before so I can drive to the place ( very fishy I would say ) . Not honest, not happy . What’s extremely upsetting is that I wanted to shop American tires instead of Chinese tires and I got ripped off! Don’t shop here ! Go to Costco instead . You’ll save money and be treated like a human .

Faster than expected service.

This is a great, honest shop. Staff is very polite and was immediately greeted by James. I asked about how long for my tire repair (slow leak) and he said should be about an hour, give or take. The entire process from greeting to leaving was about 55 minutes! Repair is properly done, balanced and patched tire followed up by a road test. I highly recommend Goodyear Eatontown for any of your tire or automotive needs. Great friendly shop. Leaves you feeling completely satisfied. I love my car and trust the people at Goodyear Eatontown to take care if it. You too will be completely satisfied!

Goodyear charged me full price for work that was never completed. I brought my older car in for a problem common to my car model since Goodyear gave me the lowest quote in the area to fix it. Once they had my car in the shop, they called me to say it would be a much higher price due to additional labor fees. I agreed to it because it was urgent since I am a commuter. After I got it back, it still was not functioning properly. I took it to my old hometown mechanic when visiting family over the holidays. He told me that the work I was charged for by Goodyear was never completed. When I called Goodyear, they told me that they were unable to finish it because they could not loosen a specific bolt due to rust. Yet, they charged me full price + additional labor for a job that was never done. Unfortunately, this is a dishonest mechanic shop, and I will not be returning.

Good year is good but the employees here suck I went to get an estimate for my Jeep tires and when I said I will think about it he said “ fine go get your Chinese tires” now I was going to finish telling him I will think about if I should get my 4 tires done or 2 but he didn’t let me finish so now I will travel to another good year where they can get my money!!

Called and spoke to some gentleman about setting up an appointment and prices on oil change along with 4 tires for my Nissan Altima, they quote me $2,500 and would need to leave my car there for the majority of the day. They trying to rip me off and it’s very outrageous for making customers leave their car there for a day just for 4 tires and oil change and over charging for the oil change and tires. It’s not like I drive a very expensive car, it’s just a basic Nissan Altima with no bell and whistles. I will never go back there and advise not to go there for anything, they are CROOKS!!

I have a road hazard protection plan since Nov 2012. When I came to replace my tire they said they cannot find the contract as they dont keep the customers contract for that long. So after sitting for more than an hour they said they cannot replace it with the road hazard protection plan number. Thats ridiculous. Now would someone trash customer contracts and also they cannot look up in the in their POS system thats absurd. Please do not go to this location. Take my advice they will give you all kinds of run around.

I had a great experience here - they had my tire size in stock and were able to install them immediately. The price was on par with the big box stores and service was friendly.

AND IT WASNT EVEN DONE RIGHT. TOOK THE CAR BACK TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID THE CAMBER AND CASTER WERENT EVEN DONE.WHILE THEY WERE WORKING ON MY CAR I LOOKED IN THE SHOP AND IT WAS VERY DIRTY AND APPEARED TO BE OUT DATED. THE MECHANICS WERE SMOKING WHILE WORKING ON MY CAR. I THOUGHT THAT WAS ILLEGAL!WHILE THERE I OVERHEARD A CUSTOMER SAY HOW HE HAS BROUGHT HIS CAR BACK 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. I WISH I JUST BOUGHT MY TIRES ONLINE AND WENT TO A LOCAL INSTALLER. SORRY GOODYEAR YOU MAKE A GREAT PRODUCT BUT YOUR AUTO CENTERS SUCK. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO NEXT DOOR TO AAA. THEY WILL TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOU THAN GOODYEAR.
