DCH Ford of Eatontown has an amazing staff that has helped me diagnose and repair any issues I’ve had with my Fiesta for the past 5 years. Specifically Kyle, Joe, and Chris of the service staff have personally made it their priority (on numerous occasions) to help me figure out pricing, loaner cars, or general options whenever I needed repairs. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy service shop for their vehicle, and not just for those who drive a Ford. 5 stars.

Purchased 2017 Ford Focus for $11000. 56300 miles. Was told it was in perfect condition. 4 months later with only 62000 miles, engine just stopped. They want $5000 to replace it. DCH and Ford will not stand behind their products or offer any assistance. Was basically told, too bad. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DCH FORD OF EATONTOWN

Initially I would have loved to give a 5 star review but since the day my husband has driven his car off the lot we have had nothing but issues. Less than 12 hours after driving off the lot the first set of issues occurred. The car has been in our possession only slightly over 3 weeks in the almost 3 months since we purchased it. We purchased a $17,000 car that has done nothing but fall apart on us. We waited 4 weeks for answers as to why his car will not run and the dealership could not figure it out themselves and had to send it out to be diagnosed . It seems like the dealership had not once looked over this car before selling it on their lot. The car does not have an extensive amount of miles on it to be having the issue it does. This is the 3rd time in 3 months weve had to reach out over problems with the vehicle...and not small issues.. issues that have left the car undriveable. It seems at this point we are now stuck with a $17,000 car that does not run... it needs a new engine and nothing is being done to help us with that. I would highly avoid going here for fear youd be in the same boat as us and being told not much else could be done. We are truly devastated and heartbroken over how things have turned out.

Service team was great. They socially distanced, wore masks/gloves and were cheaper than the mom and pop shop near my house. Highly recommend.

Barry Pollack was the only reason I dealt with DCH Ford . Since he is no longer with them I will do all my business with Barry directly.
