Im completely satisfied with the work done on my Dodge Stratus. While my car was in their shop, I had an issue with my Chevy Suburban and I was in New York. I called Jessica and explained what work was suggested I needed on my vehicle. She agreed with the $350 job to fix the cylinder 1 misfire issue. However, when I explained the second issue and the cost of $800, she explained that the problem would correct itself when the cylinder issue gets repaired. She advised me to save my money and to hold off on replacing the ABS module. Thankfully, I took her advice and saved $800. Im referring my family and friends to Monmouth Auto Diagnostics. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy.

Always the best, the most knowledgeable, and dependable in my opinion. Have used others, but Monmouth Auto Diagnostics are the overall superior. In summary, I feel safer with them. Prices too quite good. Jessica extremely helpful.

After dealing with a mechanic that could not help me, I took my car to Monmouth Auto Diagnostics. Jessica was extremely friendly, and my car was taken care of in a timely manner! I would recommend this place over any other!

We have been clients of Monmouth Diagnostics for over five years. Everytime we walk in there, we feel like we are part of the family. They treat us with the utmost respect. I trust them wholeheartedly. They are knowledgable, dedicated, reliable, and most of all trustworthy. Just recently, we were going to purchase a used car for my son who just got his license. As we have done in the past, we had Monmouth Diagnositcs check out the used car to make sure it was safe for our son to drive. They inspected the car thoroughly and found some repairs that needed to be taken care of. I declined the offer on the car. Please disregard the one star rating which was posted almost two days ago. Monmouth Auto Diagnostics should not be penalized for being honest with me.
