Beware the service department bait and switch! Called the dealership and validated the VIN of the vehicle in order to get an accurate quote for parts and labor. Got the quote and booked the appointment. Got to the dealership at the designated appointment time and was informed that the price of the parts was over 6 times the cost quoted! What was supposed to have been less than $150 total was now being quoted at over $500. I guess they thought I would just agree and have it done. Never again.
I took my Jeep Liberty in for service here knowing that the repair was going to require the dash to be taken apart. I normally would not go to a dealership but chose to in this case expecting things to be done more efficiently due to more knowledge of a Jeep brand vehicle at a Jeep dealer. The repair ended up taking two days longer than expected and costing substantially more than expected. I have quotes from several other Jeep dealers that are 2-4 hours less labor at lower labor rates. I did sit down and speak with the service manager Tami and she was very kind. My concerns were not addressed and she has since stopped communicating with me after telling me that she would follow up with me on a few things we had discussed. I have been thoroughly disappointed with the quality of work and the communication.
I made an appt. to get new tires/balance and new cab filter. I was there over 2 hours waiting. Then I find out that they forgot to put the new filter in. They asked if I wanted to wait......yeah right! They have good customer service, but the amount of time you have to sit there is ridiculous.

I had a DEF issue on my 2020 3500 Ram while traveling with my 35 ft. Fifth wheel trailer. I was in a jam and googled nearest dealer. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly curtious employees and directed to see a gentleman at the service area named Shane. It was very busy. I explained my vehicle issue to Shane and he immediately explained what processes we would need to follow and assisted me in locating a place out back to drop my trailer so my truck could be serviced. I located a hotel & they shuttled me there. Shane and his techs kept me informed and had me back on the road by the following afternoon. Exceptional customer service and quality people. Traveling is tough enough but when issues arise on the road it is nice to find a place that even though they were busy they squeezed me in and got me rolling . Greatly appreciated thank you!

I leased my car from this dealership a year ago. I like bringing my car to the same place for service but getting my car in for a routine check up is a nightmare at this location. I always call ahead of time before driving 30+ minutes and they refuse to accommodate and take an appointment . I called today and told the receptionist that I would be driving 30 minutes to come in, she made it sound like they would be able to get me in before close. I called 10 minutes before I got there only for them to tell me they couldn’t get me in. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues getting my vehicle serviced either. Such a pitty because working with Aaron to get my car initially was such a pleasant experience. Their service department needs some major changes and for that I won’t be back

I told them the date I was leaving and they assured me on the phone it could be looked at. I took my car in today and was told I would not have my car even looked at until several days after my move date.

Went here looking for a new truck. Just couldnt find the right one. But after hearing the sales manager talk, that sealed the deal. She didnt come across very nicely. Needless to say I went elsewhere.Also didnt like the salesman I had last time, and having to go back to him didnt make me happy ether...Overall a disappointing sales experience and will not likely return.
My husband & I initially went to Eau Claire Auto to check out a car for my mom who lives a couple hours away. Our salesman, Steve Connell, showed us around to a few cars in my price range while we were there. I fell in love with this baby blue Jeep. It was having battery issues, as it was freezing. The crew at ECA went above and beyond trying to fix the issue so I could test drive it, but ultimately it was going to need a new battery. Steve got it all fixed up and ready for me later in the week, periodically checking up on me to see if I was still interested. I ended up buying the Jeep on a Saturday. The entire crew, especially Steve was exceptionally not pushy and helpful. I highly recommend them, I love my Jeep!
I arrived for my scheduled maintenance appointment after working an overnight shift and the service manger was polite. His politeness was the only saving grace for this experience. They performed a multi system check on my vehicle. This took them 2 hours. I have never had a system check take longer than 30 minutes. After the 2 hours, the service manger informed me I needed a new air filter. Throughout this experience we discussed known issues with my vehicle and I made it clear that I am capable of fixing minor things on my own vehicle. However, I agreed to allow them to replace the air filter. An hour later the service manager returned and informed me that it took them longer than expected to retrieve the ($5) air filter. I informed him that I would have replaced it myself if I had known it would take so long.Throughout this experience I witnessed at least 6 other customers come and go. I had to ask the service manager if I could go when he came to assist another customer who had been there for less than an hour. At that point I had noticed my car was sitting outside for at least 20 minutes.This experience made it very clear to me that this business is unable to prioritize their customer service. I will not be returning here and urge others to carefully consider utilizing this business for vehicle maintenance as well as to speak up if your wait time becomes excessive.
I broke down driving from Missouri on my way to get kids from camp in Minnesota. The tow truck brought me in to Eau Claire Chrysler 1/2 hour before closing on a Saturday. The service coordinator asked one of the mechanics to try to diagnose the problem even though it was nearly closing. He determined the alternator was bad. He also said they had the part and he was willing to stay and fix it so I could get to my kids. They had tried to arrange a rental car earlier but the car rental company nearby had already closed for the day. The service coordinator also stayed to make sure I was all taken care of. They went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful situation and I am so grateful. My mechanic even took the time to check out the rest of my car and discovered (replaced) a missing lug nut. I’m happy to also report my car is running great! If I lived nearby, their shop would be my new go to place. The mechanic who worked on my car and service coordinator Taylor were friendly, professional and showed me genuine concern and compassion. 5 stars in every way!

I was greeted by an amazing employee who directed me to where I need to go for an oil change as this isnt my normal dealer I go to. The shop only had one employee working at the time and he had multiple other customers but at least made sure to say, Ill be right with you. Which was super nice to at least be acknowledged. I understood the wait and wasnt upset about it at all.
My boyfriend marval bought a 2008 Chrysler 300 from Steve Connell. He was a awesome salesman very helpful and kind. I would recommend him to anyone. We will be buying more vechile from him.
Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. As I was waiting they came in with my oil filter that looked kinda dirty and mentioned that my brake pads and tires were both getting pretty worn. The great part about this was they were not saying this needed to be done right away, it was more of a warning of things to come. I like that and not the sales push to get things done asap that dont actually need to be done right away. Very satisfied!
I made an appointment for 10am today, which I made 2 weeks ago. I dropped my car off for them to fix important things that are wrong with it right at 10. I was told to come back at 2:30 to come pick it up. When I came back, they apologized and said my car WASNT EVEN LOOKED AT. I am not from eau Claire, and I wasted a whole day waiting around for my car to be fixed and it. Wasn’t. Even. Looked. At. They told me I could come back Monday. I work 9-5, I do not have time during the week to bring it in, which is WHY I made a weekend appointment. They didn’t even offer me anything for my trouble. I have spent hundreds of dollars that their shop over the past 6 years, they just officially lost my business. Just awful.
I bought a used truck from these people last year. No more than got it home and it was leaking oil. It was not noticed on the test ride. They didnt get it fixed the first time so had to take it back again. Fine and dandy. They covered the cost. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and bought a Grand Cherokee this year. Took it on a test drive and all seemed fine. Im not a vehicle expert but it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. The sales guy emphasized that the vehicle was completely gone over and there was nothing wrong. Awesome right? Wrong! I no more than got it home and my son-in-law informed me that the shocks were out in the back. So here we go again. I wanted to just give the vehicle back. The dealership gave me a line of bull stating that vehicles can break down just sitting on the lot. The vehicle I bought only sat on the lot for 2 months! Really? They could have taken it back if they wanted to but no. They decided to threaten me with garnishment if I chose to take that path. Oh but to make up for not taking it back the manager said they would fill it up with gas after they fixed the shocks. Big deal. Well, they lost my business. When I purchase a vehicle that is certified to be in excellent shape I expect the dealership to stand behind it! They didnt fill it up with gas either!
I hesitate to write this review, as my vehicle is still in service. But my nightmarish scenario has left me with no other option.I bought a brand new 2017 jeep renegade in what I thought was a pleasant buying experience. But its now been in the shop 6x in 2.5 months, 3500 miles Once for an update that almost stranded me at work, and 5 more times for problem that they cannot seem to fix. They even brought in an engineer from Chrysler to look at it, and still nothing (except a fog lamp that apparently already burned out, even tho Ive used them twice.)You would think they would be more sympathetic to a problem that ALREADY qualifies for the lemon law, but they absolutely avoid my inquiries into getting my money back or a new vehicle. Even my Chrysler case manager avoids the subject, to the point I have had to seek legal counsel on the matter.The service department has been A NIGHTMARE to deal with. The first 3x I went in, no one had ever head of my problem. The next time I went in, with video evidence, they AMAZINGLY found someone there who knew what it could be. Its now in, again, and they give me a loaner to replace my 4x4 SUV: a FWD sedan with an empty gas tank (55mi to E) and 4% oil life.And they LITERALLY, in the dictionary definition of the word, NEVER call back when they say they will. I dont mean Im too impatient to wait. I mean we will call you by 10am with an update, whether we know anything new or not and I end up calling them at 230pm because I have a job and a family and cant base my entire life around a phone call.If the jeep wasnt covered by warranty, I would never return to this place.
I brought my car in because my check engine light was coming on and was having issues starting. First of all, they charged way more than most shops in the area to hook it up to a diagnostics instrument (over $100 per hour). They took the full hour, plus had to call in a specialist (which they were nice enough not to charge for). They told me they should be calling by 2 o clock, but did not call until 4, which by then was too late for them to finish it and so I had to leave it there overnight. When I went to pick it up the next day, he said I should be good to go! And also said that my check engine light shouldnt be turning on anymore. Great! But a week later, the same thing happened and I wasnt able to start my car, stranding 4 other people and myself over 45 minutes from home. When I called back to ask questions and get it back in, no one would answer so they had me leave a voicemail, which they never returned my call. When they finally answered my call, I was told they cant guarantee they will know what is wrong with the car if it doesnt show the problem when they try it. I told him I was angry that they told me it was all fixed, when the problem clearly wasnt fixed, and that he had told me my check engine light wouldnt come on anymore. And he just said, well you were told it shouldnt and that was all he had to say about it. He then told me that he couldnt even get my car in for another 3 days. For something I paid for and didnt get fixed, I expected a little better customer service and at least some empathy. I will be bringing my car elsewhere from now on.
I brought my jeep renegade for a engine diagnostic check,it was stuttering for no apparent reason. Until i got the facts why it was stuttering! Thanks to the great service team at Eau Claire Automotive/Chrysler Dodge!

Had breaks put on vehicle and have had nothing but problems since. I have brought it back in twice to hope they fix the problem. The service is overpriced and customer service is horrible. I would have expected more from a company. I personally heard another customer tell a service manager that they would never buy a vehical from there again. The service manager replied, thats fine, you owe us ..... Not the best way to deal with customers. You now obviously have lost 2 people who previously have bought vehicles from you.

Made a call to see if there were any openings on a specific date to get a recall serviced. For some reason I couldnt be helped at the time of my call and I would get called right back to answer my inquiry on if that day had openings..... 3 hrs later, I get a call back & voicemail informing me that an appointment was made on behalf of the receptionist or whoever. For a totally different day/time that I never even asked about. And if that doesnt work to call back and cancel it. Well of course it doesnt work, I was only asking about 1 specific day in the first place. If they cannot even handle the simplest of questions, why would I trust taking my car there? Bad communication. No thanks.
After purchasing 5 vehicles from this dealership, we are aware that you are given four of the first oil changes, free. I went online and made an appointment for 11 a.m. on a Saturday, I was there about 5 minutes early and waited two hours for my oil change to be done! That is ridiculous! I do appreciate the free oil change but time is also valuable, especially on the weekend. I hope this improves when Im there for the second oil change.
Our van stopped and was towed to your shop for diagnistics and repair. The response from service to get a tow to me quickly was great. The completed work on the problem is satisfactory and the review has little to do with this problem.Our reason for a less than good review is that on2-5-19 the van was in for service and the look over that you do at the time of service. We were told at that time the van checked out perfect except for a very small transmission leak that didnt warrant repair at this time--just watch it. We were told brakes were great and several more services could occur before needing to address any brake issues.When I was notified to go over what was needed for the issue of stalled vehicle I was surprised and alarmed when the manager told me our rear brakes were metal and metal and had to be replaced. I asked if she was sure and she said she saw the brakes so I have no issue with this as infirmation. My son-in-law, a mechanic, has replaced as soon as we picked up van. Our issue is being told the brakes were fine for several thousand more miles---we were leaving state 2 days after picking up van traveling the interstate at high speed and actually could have caused/suffered a significant accident. No one got back with me to discuss how this error happened. Doesnt actually make me anxious to return for service as we depend on your expertise to advise us.

I didnt even get the chance to go there. I called and set up an appointment with the receptionist on the phone to get my brakes done because I have no brakes. I drove over an hour to get there for them to call me a half mile from them to tell me they could not do them because they did not have a technician available. I told them, so I drive all this way with no brakes and they said yes you did. I will never ever attempt to go there again!

I wish I could say we had a present experience in the service department but thats not the case. I was quoted $119 dollars for a diagnosis and they called and wanted $500 for a tech to even look at my car. I was promised it would be in that day just to receive a phone call later that day saying it would be in possibly in a few days and requested an additional $500. I will never bring anything I own back there nor reference anyone to there business. Very poor customer service

My Jeep was out of warranty by one month and the engine started misfiring. The dealership honored my warranty and replaced pretty much the top half of the engine at no cost. I will certainly be back.
It was a great expierence getting my oil chaged there on yesterday. Tami got me in and out. I called on the way to make sure they could service my 2500 promaster after being turned down by surrounding dodges services because I have a high top roof. They called me back and I was glad Tami and the other team went above and beyond to make a customer happy!

Went in to get my key fobs programmed for the vehicle I purchased at the used car lot and spent almost 2hrs waiting for them to finish. After all was said and done, I received my 2 key fobs back not programmed and a 3rd fob which is the only one we can use for keyless entry.
We were in Eau Claire from out of town to move our daughter when we had trouble with the liftgate on our Jeep. We went to the Jeep dealer without an appointment today in the middle of the snowstorm to see if they could help us. We were stressed because we were supposed to be moving and it just wasnt going to happen with the bad weather. We were greeted as soon as we drove up and instructed to go to the service bay. We were again very nicely greeted by a young blonde woman (Im sorry we didnt get your name) who looked at our car and then got a mechanic to look at it. We waited for about 30 min to have a temporary repair done. While we waited she checked in on us and explained what was happening. Another employee stopped by and offered assistance eith the weather/travel app if we needed it. Turns out we are still under warranty so there was no charge for the work we had done.I just want to let you know how much we appreciated the help when everything seemed to be going wrong at once!!

Service appt was a mess to begin with due to poor customer service. I wouldnt recommend taking your vehicle here if you dont have to.They stated they use valvoline oil for all their oil changes, which is not true. They use a commercial mopar oil.
