Worst experience EVER! I bought the car on 09/08/2018. On 10/14/2018 I contacted the man who sold me the car to let him know I did not receive the title OR plates. He called me on 10/15/2018 and said he registered the car on 10/12/2018. Well over 30 days from purchase and my temporary plates have expired. He told me he failed to obtain plates so I would have to go to the DMV to get, he would refund the plate fee (I dont have faith the check will be good given the information provided in the only other review). I have been to the DMV twice and the car has not been registered in my name so I cannot obtain plates. I am now paying for a car I do not legally own (with expired temporary plates), paying insurance and unable to drive! I continue to get the run around! Law enforcement and my attorney have been contacted!

Worst experience of my life. Failed to file the title transfer and wrote a bad check when asked to refund money.
