They treat their customers fairly and with respect. I also have all of our Honda service done at Ken Vance Honda. Again their service team does an excellent job for a fair price.

When he noticed the problem right away he took care of it immediately by getting my car in and fixing the problem. Excellent customer service. Detailed auto problem analysis and corrective outcomes. I live about 300 miles from this dealer but needing engine check light analysis. Very obliging and quick response to my just driving in. Another engine check light and return to dealer later that day. Further analysis.and consultation with VW tech fixed all problems.Facility is clean and a nice place to wait.

Best car dealer experience I ever had. Logan was nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. stayed with us in the end and gave a tour of our car. made sure we knew everything there is to know. I will defiantly buy there again.Ross was both helpful and honest. got us in and out, and didnt force us into extras that we didnt want. Even had a question 5 days after purchased and he called me and talked me though all of my questions and answered them all. Wish more financing guys were like him.Will always recommend Ken Vance to everyone.

The staff were clear about what the recall issue was and repaired their. Within a week, the car had developed a hesitation when starting. The staff again addressed it. They also sprayed both passenger doors to alleviate a squeak. Left the liquid drip after the car was washed.Might need to be more aware of the details.Always pretty fast

John Vang was an amazing car salesman! He listened to what my needs were and had the car that I was interested in that for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. He went over the prepurchase details thoroughly and once my decision was made, facilitated the rest of the steps involved in purchasing a vehicle very quickly!Everyone from the crew who prepared my vehicle for me to take home to the manager provided excellent service! Based on my deciding to do business with Ken Vances family, I called their Honda store on Thursday and spoke with William. I described my trade in and explained how I wanted the transaction to come out financially (paperwork-wise). He said no problem. We set up a time the next day and when I arrived, the car was ready to go (inside) and the paperwork took about 15 minutes....I spent about 45 minutes in total at the dealership (a good deal of the time chatting about the great family feel of the store and how refreshing it was to do business with them).Suzanne (the owner) has a great team of people whose true desire is to have your experience be not just painless, but enjoyable. I work close to Ken Vance and while driving in to work, my tire pressure light came on. I called and asked if I could make an appt over my lunch and the gentleman said sure, just stop in. No appointment needed. I stopped in, the service dept filled my tires in no time and didnt charge me a thing. In a world where customer service is often underrated, kudos to Ken Vance for providing top notch service.

Ive purchased few vehicles from Ken Vance and appreciate the service and dedication I get from them. I have purchased new and used cars, have had lots of service done in their mech shop and had two body jobs there too. I knew i was buying a used car and things that things can brake on a used car. But i also knew that they would make sure the car I left with was well inspected and that I was supported if something was wrong on their end.Our sales guy Bob was awesome and extremely funny-nice.I love the Camry and will return to Ken Vance for sure.

It’s too bad that I had to even give them 1 star in order for me to post my review but, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Not even 24 hours after purchasing our $36,000.00 vehicle from them, the check engine light came on and they wanted nothing to do with us when we contacted them about the issue. Anyone can sell a car but it takes a real dealership to take of their customers after the sale as well. We will never be back and will never recommend this dealership to anyone...and we buy a lot of vehicles!

I was speaking to Kevin Lorenze (who is titled as the internet manager) regarding a used car. I sent him an offer and received an email back saying he would get with his manager and get back with me shortly. I never heard back from him. I hate the games these guys play so I bought a car the next day from another dealership. All he had to do was call me and send me an email that he could not meet my price. Brought 2009 2500 HD Chevy pickup to them with a intermittent starting problem, and it would lock the doors by itself sometimes. They diagnosed a bad battery even though I had the battery checked at two local parts stores and passed each time tested.? Charged me $67.17 for labor diagnoses of bad battery,and too install a new battery $268.21! Instead, I ran to local store and installed a battery. Two weeks later truck was dead! I had it towed too Ricks auto care center and they found a faulty negative battery cable running form the engine block to the battery. $176.33 later for labor, parts, and a wrecker tow bill and I was on my way! That was 2.5 months ago with no problems, and it would leave me stranded at least every week at least once. Oh if your wondering the alternator was replaced last fall, and always tested good.
