Worst Cub Foods I have EVER been too!!! For at least two fricken months theyve been remodeling! Every single time I come to this stupid store the exact section which has the ONE SINGLE item I came here at all for is completely cleaned off and empty, being remodeled, different section every time, always the exact section where the one item I want should be! This is at least the fourth or fifth time and this does it! I am never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever going to waste my time coming to this stupid location again, NEVER!!!!!!!!!

Always have everything. Their new remodel will be nice however a lot of thing have moved around making it difficult to find certain items. Staff are difficult to track down but the prices make it well worth it!

Cub foods, I bought some non alchohol Odouhls, they needed to see my id, Im like really, I turned 63 yesterday. I showed the lady my license and she said why does it have holes in it, I say, because the new license is coming in the mail, she said, you need to show your yellow paper copy, I said are you checking my age or validity of my license? The manager came over, Yep, we need to see the yellow paper (out in my car), Im like this is freaking ridiculous, I took the Odouhls out of the bag and said let me get out of here, purchasing the other items... Common sence totally out the window.... Irritating to say the least!!!! I will go elsewhere from now on

I feel I have to write a review after my experience tonight... Ive never seen a line this long at a grocery store, especially considering there are literally 6 self-checkout registers, all closed, with only one cashier working. I asked the manager about it because its disconcerting since we are still actively dealing with the coronavirus. Her response was that she cant keep her eyes on the self-checkout line as well as the line shes running... Makes sense.This is not a management issue, but rather, a corporate one. If they get this much traffic at night, then they should have another cashier working who watches over the self-checkout registers so that people dont pile up in line during a pandemic. Its just dumb... Why have six self-checkout registers if you arent going to use them? Just my two cents...

We love this Cub! Great selection and always has what Im looking for. Its organized perfectly and the store is very clean and well maintained. The only negative is the unfriendly and rude checkout people.

Ive been coming here for 3 years for groceries and Ive always found everything on my list. There has never been a time I needed to go somewhere else. Also. Great staff. Ive never had a bad interaction with anyone working here.

I liked to go there when I was off work because they were open 24 hours. Now they close and I guess I never have to go back 🤷‍♂️

Love this cub, everything is great, but I have now seen the exact same employee, an older white man (shocking), who every time I go there since the pandemic began he isn’t wearing a mask, sometimes he has a splatter shield on... but, that’s NOT MASK and it does NOT meet the requirements and laws required by the MN department of health. Wear a friggin mask, do your part to be a decent member of society. This isn’t political and the people who made it political will have a warm seat in Hell for politicizing a public health crisis. Wear a mask. Don’t be a douche

Good prices and great selection.

I came to register 5 and the cashiers name was Harley, she was very fast and fun to talk to. Very nice to me. She asked how my day was and she was very enthusiastic. She made my day better, I appreciate her very much and her work. She deserves a raise. The costumer after me was also happy with her and they were talking and laughing. Harley thank you so much. Ive been going to the Eden Prairie Cub location several times a week for years now... it never lets me down! Always clean, fully stocked, very friendly employees, I love my Cub!!!

Gary, the produce manager, is so accommodating. I’ve called him many times to request certain products and he always does his best to order what I’m requesting. I never feel like I’m imposing on him. He has such a great attitude all the time. Honestly, it’s one of the reasons that I choose to do most of my shopping at this store. Thanks, Gary!

Although well stocked, friendly staff and allows me to donate food bags to PROP, I will no longer go out of my way to shop at Cub in EP. They continually over charge me or up charge to a different produce item. Word of wisdom: CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! This protocol is getting worse and the last three shopping trips I’ve been overcharged! Always have what I need! Friendly And helpful. Im gluten free And they have everything from cookies to soup! Its great shopping in one place. There deli is great! And If youre looking for fresh baked gluten Free items? Head over to the bakery! Theres a case with yummy cookies, brownies and more!

Terrible customer service! I have been a customer for 10+ years. They lost me. They advertise pickup but if you try to return it they refuse to do it!

Pretty normal cub, layout is confusing. Got some really out of date foods a couple of times. Just make sure to check dates.

Hey I’ve been there. This stores great. Hey I want to tell you we bought a bunch of Mrs. Renfros salsa. Hey you got to try all the best flavors of Mrs Renfros salsa. It’s got Ghost Pepper it’s got Carolina Pepper hey maybe Mrs Renfros salsa is one of the best companies in the whole world!

Fairly extensive store with plenty of variety and selection.Process are fair, Im sure they get better with membership but I dont visit often enough to bother with that.Found everything I needed for meals during my trip.

The place is quite near to the place I have stayed which is Towne Place Suites and only walking distance. The store is big and I liked because variety of stuff and most liked is the 24 hours whereby you can purchase anytime. Myself went to store almost 11 pm to purchase some stuff back home and staff was very friendly.

Pretty great food variety. Stock is mostly fresh and easy to find and they have great sales. Only complaint is that certain items are a bit overpriced and the bananas are bruised at least half the time.

Not from the area and unfortunately I came on a night when Amy was the manager and she was VERY rude to me. I had a question for her and she continued to walk pretty fast away while answering with sarcastic answers instead of stopping and actually assisting me. And when buying alcohol she asked who was paying and AFTER she was given an ID she asked if they were 21. How ignorant can you be. Was told she got multiple calls in little time but that should never affect how you treat your customers. Learn some manners lady. If ever visiting again, Cub Foods will not be a stop I make.

This location has gone from good to bad since Jerrys Foods took over. Prices increased substantially and often times shelves are bare, most notably in the frozen foods area. They apparently no longer stock at night as the aisles are constantly filled with pallets preventing more than one cart to pass and leaving cardboard boxes strewn around. They upgraded the produce area which was a cover for cutting down the variety of product offered. This store is now Aldi in selection and Lunds in price.

We have been shopping at this Cub location for 20 years. For the most part there is a lot to like about Cub however the quality of the employees has been digressing. A sign that the economy is good and the talented workers have moved on.A good example is the Deli. We used to love going to the cub deli due to the quality of meats and the folks working the counter. Now, however it has changed. The meat quality is still good however the prices have increased to the point of being on par with stand alone meat markets like Von Hansens, that offer a much higher level of customer service.Case in point, today, I asked for some sliced meat. I asked if they would slice it a size 2 and the deli person, only one person working, on a busy Saturday, said that the presliced meat was at a #2. She proceeded to roughly grab and then ball up the 1 1/2 pounds of meat from the tray and stuff it into a bag. She also did not put on a fresh set of plastic gloves and who knows how long they had been worn or what type of cross-contamination has occurred.when I got home and opened it up it was essentially a compressed softball size of meat. Trying to make sandwiches discovered that it was mostly made up of very thinly sliced scraps of meat. Not the size 2 that was indicated and basically had to peel small chunks of it off of the ball the deli worker created.Also, the self-check is a joke. The scales are so sensitive that if you place a paper bag on the scale to bag your items the system freaks out that you have added a new item and locks up requiring assistance. You have to somehow get the attention of the one attendant who is supposed to be monitoring the seven to eight self check stations but they seem preoccupied with their own thoughts or simply day dreaming. Even without the paper bag issue the self check station just continues to have issues that require assistance. This is a re-occurring theme at this location.The prices have slowly increased so that Cub is no longer the low price leader. Its time to go somewhere else that has better customer service for the same price.By the way, at the end of the day they dont care about the customer. No one responds to reviews and they dont have a method for surveying their customers experiences or for providing feedback. When you speak with the on-duty Manager at this store you get the distinct impression that they just really dont care and nothing will change.

I like Cub. They do a pretty good job for having everything I need and all the brands I like. Most people know, some things you dont buy here of you want the absolute lowest price but theyre pretty competitive and they offer a wide variety. They have a really good selection of foreign foods here too. Only thing I wish theyd do better on is produce. Its not that its bad, its ok. Its just not great.

Nice local store at Eden Prairie, mostly fresh produce and bakes . Plenty of options to choose from for groceries. Enough parking space with space for disabled, tcf bank on premise . They now have few household items like knife, utensils etc on sales . Garden items are also available during summer . They also serve cooked food that you can pack and go . Check out counters have bags of food available that can be purchased for donation .

Theres an employee that is always working in the tuna aisle every time I go here. Hes always stocking an impossibly high pile of cans, and I respect his working spirit. Hes a true American hero, always doing the work that needs to be done without complaining. I get groceries here every week, and Im always as excited to see him as I would be to see an old friend.

My first time ordering online and I will never order online again. Ariel the shopper text me to ask what building I was in told her shortly after received an email saying order was delivered. Long story short I nerver received my groceries now I have to wait another 2 hours thanks for inconvenience.

Its one of the few grocery stores that I like going to and dont feel like I am getting ripped off. Joel and the rest of the crew always make sure that our experience is a great one and if we have any issues (which isnt often) theyre ​quick to respond and fix it for us. For as big as the Cub Foods chain is, it means a lot to be able to walk in and be recognized by your name and ask how people in your family are doing!!! At least it does to me!!!

Cub foods is nice & has sensible, helpful staff, working restrooms, etc. came here to get a soda & some shampoo. Went skiing with group of friends at Hyland. Nice to have weekends off from the factory

Compare to others like ALDI, Walmart or target grocery store Whether it is value or quality is not very good. I mean the Value for money is lower rate. But they have a lot of different goods and promotions.

I always go very late at night because of my work schedule and sometimes certain isles are closed off because of cleaning. Never had any other complaints.

One of the best locations in the state. Unfortunately, I have to dock a star because they make you bag your own groceries.

Well laid out and plenty of staff including folks walking around stocking. Great Deli and Fresh Bakery. Also they have free fruit for kids and, of course, free cookies.

Tend to visit this store when staying in the area. Reasonable prices. Good selection of food for the hotel microwave in addition to fresh produce.

Staff was helpful. The items I wanted were in stock. Checkout was not so good but the issue was resolved. I had to call for help 4 times at self-check register because the cashier just kept standing at the podium, ignoring the call. It appeared as if she was clearing the call on her end without even checking to see why I was calling for her. When she finally came over, she did not even speak, she just pushed buttons on the screen. I found her to be rude and detached. Also, the prices are a little high.

They have been extra friendly, going the extra mile. I live in Plymouth and drive here because they carry products the other Cubs dont carry. They used to but now, they dont. Used to be easy to sub a request, but now it isnt.

Same employees have been working here for years. Feels like a big family. When I asked for a specialty product to be carried, they promptly ordered it and I found it on the shelf soon after.

You can find all what you need, they make good deals on some stuff specially Pepsi productsI didn’t like their deli section, i’ve tried chicken wings and it wasn’t good

Not to happy with Cub, I have noticed their prices going up and up. Very obvious when youre on a budget and buy the same things. Very Sad!

Went to this location twice in one day, around 9:30 before work to grab lunch so I wouldnt need to drive and leave work later. Salad bar hadnt been set up yet. Went back around 2ish on lunch the toppings were out but no salad spinach greens anything one one side! I have been to other cub foods they have salad bar out all day! Set up of store layout also different than usual.

Nothing to complain about here. If you have visited one Cub, you pretty much know what to expect.

The BEST gluten free selection I have found anywhere. Large selection and even have desserts in the bakery freezer that are GF (carrot cake)!

Store is excellent, sushi is awful.If you must eat sushi, stick to the American-style rolls. The fish is poor quality and from the wrong cut of the animal, and you wont be able to tell if you eat those.I had the tuna and salmon nigiri. The fish was flavorless and the fat was stringy and tough. The person in charge of ordering the fish for the sushi company is clearly trying to cut corners. The nigiri was almost inedible.They also make the pieces too big for one bite.

Epicly average. The app is confusing and i swear i am not getting my coupons and so on consistently. But who knows. Prices are okay, better than Byerlys, not as good as Aldi. Solid selection of most staples. Fruits and veg is hit or miss.

The self checkouts make for quick morning stops. Terminals are Android Pay enabled, but the scanners dont always like to scan the on screen barcode for the Cub loyalty card.

I went this store few times, and never liked it . Cashiers give you attitude, especially if you are not white. I always surprised Cashiers who make probably minimum wages ruining someones business by treating certain customers badly. I will never shop there any more. There are Wal-Mart near by, that one is much better.
