My wife drags me in anytime were near one. She is obsessed with the candles. Not going to lie, they smell great and there is a ton to choose from. Seems like they always have great deals going on, but my wife still ends up spending too much money every time we go haha

I believe her name is Mamie if I read the nametag right. She is always so helpful and fast we come in with a list and she knows off the top of her head most times which scents are sold out and the remaining she promptly goes and grabs them for us. Shes knowledgeable of the products and sales and is a good worker with good customer service. Also a big plus with covid right now as she is helping customers to be in and out so they can be safer.

This store reminded me why I’d rather do online shopping than stopping by in person. I went to this store looking to purchase some soaps and exchange a couple of rewards that I have in B&B. First, they didn’t want to exchange my rewards as oddly that store was not in the program, and literally they said if i wanted to exchange anything I should go online, anyway they told me they could add my purchase to rewards, I said ok and just bought what I needed to. Lady at the cashier didn’t ask for my rewards phone number just charged me and when I asked her about my points of course she didn’t want to answer. I mean is a store program.. it’s not like I’m taking something from them.

The item I bought were fine. But the main problem I ran into was customer service specifically with the Store Manager Mammie. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. I get it we all have our days but as a store manager you should be able preserve through it to get the job done. I had a friend who used to work here and had the same problem with the manager but I looked past it and went anyway. I would’ve went to the B&BW in the Mall of America but this one was closer won’t be making that mistake again.

Always a pleasure to shop at Bath and Body Works. Plenty of selections almost guarantees that something will please (I find that I usually have to decide among many pleasing choices). For investors this may be a rare Amazon-proof business since you cant smell over the internet.

Not really friendly women, I would appreciate a smile. The store is not organized at all. Confusing which ones are 50% off and which ones are 6 for $26. The lady just said they have discrepancy going on when I asked why the sign says all hand soap is 6 for $26 but some items are only 50% off. I asked few questions and they are not familiar with store policies.

Store aisles are a little narrow for those with accessible needs. Love the products.

Bath and Body Works is not really a place I frequent, but when I need to pick up a gift, the staff is always super nice and helpful. Pro tip: if you are visiting friends in Europe, stop in and pick up scented hand sanitizer, Its always a really well received gift.
