Svetlana (Lana) welcomed me and made me feel comfortable right away. Ask for Lana. Very professional and courteous and I the loveliest time as she shared about the makeup, skin care. Showed me the most beautiful foundation and blush that fit with my skin tone and color. Has skills with color and with product knowledge. Absolutely the loveliest experience with makeup and with Lana. Thank you. That was really wonderful service. And I love my new makeup!

Very helpful, quality service and the best product.

I’ve been a customer of blue mercury for years and have enjoyed learning of new trends and new skincare it’s been my go to place.I’ve preferred them to other stores that tend to cater to younger women without the complications of mature skin.Last night I was the only customer at the galleria store no came out to ask if I needed help.When they did come out for another customer that came in a bit after me they were just plain rude to me!I wish I was able to pay attention to the associates name all I can say is she had incredible nails, I was asking for help on several items and I felt like I was such a bother to her . I ended up purchasing a lipstick and by the time I left the store I was upset I felt like I was trying so hard to get the professional advice I was accustomed to from them.The two associates there were very dismissive and they felt pompous.Rudeness isn’t what I want to spend any of my money on!I don’t need to feel less than when I go to a supposedly professional environment.Bye bye like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women “Are you on commission? Better than Nordstrom’s! Samples galore! And because of their samples, I’ve actually gone back and ordered items online. Everyone in Blue Mercury knows the ins and outs of all of the products. They spend ample time helping you find a mascara or an entire skin care regimen. They only carry the top products that are proven to work. Go see Gina. She’ll hook you up.

The staff was helpful but it seemed that they wanted one to buy something in lieu. Out right asked me if I was planning to buy the item. Id rather cross the street and go to Sephora next time!

The store itself is fine, but the staff was extremely rude and dismissive of me. This woman would glare at me every time I picked up a product and barely said a word when I asked her a question. Never shopping here again.

2 stars for good merchandise but the employees were absolutely rude. Felt so uncomfortable. I almost walked out in the middle of my transaction. I dont know the name of the woman but it was an older blonde woman with an accent. Tried to pay in cash and I was scoffed at.

I really love coming to Blue Mercury at the Galleria in Edina. They have a great staff that has knowledge in multiple product lines which is hard to find in our area. One of my favorite things that I like about the store is that they have professional makeup artists that come in regularly. There is a really great guy that specializes in Trish McEvoy and I have also have worked with a fantastic lady that comes in Hourglass. I highly recommend this store for cosmetics. You can buy multiple lines with no pressure!

They are amazing fully knowledgeable and they have everything that you could need for your skin care or beauty needs! The best brands!

Today i walked in to your shop ..hoping to find a firming serum..i was not even acknowledge..another woman walked in a few minutes after me..she was greeted by the store clerk..i still was not..two other women walked in they were greeted and asked if they needed help..each one individually..i was standing rignt next to them..i was only acknowledged when i said i need help...And the help i got ...well lets just say your store has a lot of firming skin care..i could pick any of them depending on the price i want to pay...Poor service..not one sugestion .not one question on price point or question about what kind of skin care i was looking for..So Bravo your company did well on loosing a Sale ..and i would never step foot in your door again..This was my first experience with your store ..and now lastDeborah Menke ..Burnsville Mn
