I used to love shopping here because the people are so friendly and the products were so fun. But when I went back recently, all of the great bar soaps had been replaced by what seem like cheap imitations. I tried a few, but they melted quickly in the shower, smelled artificial, and just didnt bring me joy to use. 😔 They say they made changes to reduce palm oil usage, which is a good goal, but Sexy Peel never included palm oil.

I did an online order and curbside pickup. Apparently the store had a power outage the day I placed my order and they called me and let me know that they would be closing early which was much appreciated. When I picked up my order they brought it out to my car and everything was correct. I love lush products and their customer service at this location is great.

The employees were so helpful and made my shopping experience so enjoyable. I learned a lot from them and will definitely be returning. LUSH has great products!

I liked this lush. The girl was not pushy and in your face like other lush locations.

This is my favorite Lush location in Minnesota. They are always super friendly and knowledgeable! The store itself is pretty small but they are always fully stocked with fresh face masks which is a hot commodity during the winter. Since COVID-19 the store has changed a bit and they now offer in store pickup. I ordered a rose face mask and two bath bombs. My order was ready within two hours and they even threw in a couple of samples!

Ive never instantly disliked/hated people so fast in my life. The way you delivered your guideline expectations was extremely rude, and watching over us like children really sealed the deal. I usually like lush, but the two people working tonight ruined this brand for me.

I know it’s covid, Christmas and retail is really challenging even before the dumpster fire that is 2020 but lush, this was the first time I left a retail store almost in tears. Instead of being greeted I was pointed at while standing nicely on the entry area and told “stand there!” Like a kid in trouble in gym class. Very curt like I was told to wash my hands or get sprayed then a list of rules were hurled at me. Glad the shops being covid conscious but must the message be delivered so abrasively? I was then constantly verbally pressured in the six total minutes I was in the shop (no line by the way and only one other shopper) to checkout. Then things got crazy, the same less than fuzzy store clerk asked if the car parked outside on the public street was mine. I responded yes. She told me she was going to start checking me out, pointed at a table to put my items down on and if I was paying with a credit card as that public street city spot was actually the stores personal curbside. I say really? I apologize, I see no sign? Oh we forgot to put it out I was told by the other retail worker... I only spent about 100 dollars and left immediately. Was planning on buying 10 gift boxes for coworkers. While leaving another car was parking in the same spot and one in front of me to utilize other shops than lush. Because this is again public street parking. I love your products lush, but I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a business.

You gotta love this place - fun, fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, creative staff - products made by artists, not at some factory in China - products not tested on animals.

Love the staff at this location. I recently hosted a birthday party with a friend and took advantage of their private parties. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a unique party and great service you book a party at this location. The staff is attentive and took the time to really get to know our needs and make recommendations based on that. The products are amazing. I’ve been able to reduce my plastic use with the avocado co-wash shampoo. Lush in general supports great causes, but this is my favorite location in the Twin Cities.

I visit the local Lush most places I travel. This one was actually very sweet. Not in a mall, but in a nice neighborhood. The employee was very helpful and patient with my travel-addled brain. And the products were perfect, as always.

Lush is my favorite! There is always someone available to help and answer ALL of your questions. They will let you sample anything and are very kind and not pushy at all! I go in all the time to get my favorite face wash (plus lots of other lovely items!

This is the only Lush I come to because in my opinion, its the nicest one. The staff are always friendly and helpful! The products are great (although I wouldnt recommend the henna hair dye based on personal experience) and none of them are tested on animals! When you walk in, youll be greeted by a wonderful fresh smell and friendly faces. The best time to come is when its not crowded otherwise its pretty hard to move around and smell everything!

I love this brand! But this specific location isn’t my favorite, very overlay staffed, the store is ferry tiny and I feel like I’m always being hovers and watch. A lot of the workers are always finding a way to engage with customers but it would be nice to give people their space. Amazing merchandise though.

I love lush, they are extra careful to be environment friendly and avoid dangerous or questionable chemicals...have many zero packaging products and reusable wraps made from recycled bottles that are soft and have beautiful designs. They dont use animal testing ever and best the products smell and work amazingly well. A real ethical treat shop, great gifts. Oh and you can have a party in their ship, its so fun! I did a night spa with my girlfriends for my birthday with facials and then foot baths and I used the store credit to let everyone take home gift box of lush goodies

They helped me pick out some nice presents for children of a friend. The presents were perfect and enthusiastically received. The people working there were sweet and gave my daughter a small gift. Nice place.

I love this location! The employees here are always super helpful and responsive. I really appreciate that theyre always willing to provide samples of products Im interested in - sometimes stuff just doesnt work for me, and I like being able to find that out without buying a larger amount. Also, Im extremely grateful to the lovely employee who ran down the sidewalk to catch me before I walked away without my wallet.

I love Lush products and always enjoy visiting their shops but this location is the BEST of the best. After a long working weekend I stopped in to spoil myself with some goodies. From the manager to the nice man who introduced me to some great beard cream for my husband, everyone on their staff was wonderful. They sent me home with all kinds of great product and some extra samples and special things, too. Amazing products, people and service!!!

Walk around 50th and France and someone says, Whats that smell? Oh Lush has their doors open again.This place offer a variety of soaps, conditioners, pastes, waxes and anything else you probably use near your bathroom. I stopped in here to buy my wife bottle-less shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. (It was a new thing she was trying. You know, reduce our plastic consumption.)Her opinion: She liked the products. They made a mess in the shower, dripping and drying, buy overall she was happy with it.The store it clean, the employees are approachable and not in your face.

Your average Lush store. They are friendly and helpful. Parking isnt always easy and theyve been out of fresh masks twice when I went, but it is a busy shopping area so things like that are to be expected. They seem well-stocked on other items in the store.

Love this place. All natural, vegan, vegetarian as well as organic options. Lush is very against animal testing. They work with amazing charities actress the world. Truly a unique shopping experience.

I like treating myself (read: a bit pricy) every now and again to their face masks— they make my skin feel so good! I especially like this store because the location is convenient for those who do not like going to busy malls like myself. So great!! The staff is super helpful and nice, its big and has a lot of products. Pink and the present bath bombs are my favorite and the yuzu and cocoa body wash is my go to shower was, makes my skin soft as a baby.

Theyre always so nice and informative here, the only downside is theyre a really busy store so they do tend to run out of products often, especially the facial moisturizers and face masks. I usually call ahead to make sure they have whatever product I need and to place it on hold. Everyone who works at this location that Ive met so far is so friendly, great experience each time. Also Lushs products in general are absolutely amazing, the Angels on Bare Skin is a game changer as is there Big shampoo bars ❤️

I LOOOOOVE Lush, but at this location I had a bad customer service experience. I went in with a group to celebrate my and my moms birthday, and the employees made us feel really out of place. My sister wasnt as familiar with their store and wanted to try out some products, but the employee kind of talked down to her. My mom wanted some assistance and the same thing happened. I would say if you know what you want for a quick stop, its fine. Otherwise go to a different location.

I love this place: the smell as you walk in the door, greeted by friendly people who also respect your privacy if youre not feeling chatty...I was overwhelmed by all the different products when I first started shopping at any Lush, but the staff here at this shop are always willing to demonstrate products, and they really know what their products are about!

Amazing products & service!! Every time I go to Lush I am blown away by the staffs level of product knowledge! We went to the Edina store for our annual Christmas shopping and walked out with perfect gift boxes for our teenage daughters at a great price point ($25.00 each). We left the store and I could still smell the lovely shop on my clothes so I went back in and asked if they carry a product with the Lush aroma. The same awesome salesperson (I didnt catch her name but she had gorgeous purple brows) helped me again and suggested Karma because its found in many products around the store. I tried a sample of cream on my hands and I loved it right away and came to learn that it has notes of citrus and patchouli, two of my favorites! I walked out with cream and perfume and she gave me a nice little sample pot of a holiday shower gel that has a deeper level of patchouli in it. Seriously happy customer again and my daughters continue to rave about the products! 😍😍😍

This is my favorite Lush store and the one I always go too! The staff is always amazing, wonderful, nice and so knowledgeable everytime I come to the store! I seriously cant say enough nice things about the staff or this place! Some the staff members have even become more like friends over the past year and a half of visiting this store. VG and Lindsey are turly amazing people and are definitely one of the biggest reasons I continue to come back to this particular store! I cant say enough good things about this place and cant wait until my next visit!

It seems pricey but the products last longer than you would expect. Caitlyn helped us and she was amazing at showing us the different products and even gave us a sample of a deodorant we wanted to try but was a bit skeptical.
