The staff is very professional and well skilled. The repairs done to my car we’re done exceptionally well. I hope I never have to have damage repaired on my car again, but should I have to I will definitely use Auto Pro to repair it.

Driver hit my husbands physical person with his tow truck in Piscataway Nj. We called the company to lodge a complaint against the driver . The company then gave my husbands information to the driver so he could call and threaten my husband over the phone. Saying he knows who he is repeating his name that was provided to the company! You better watch your back and more! We are working with the cops to pull footage and are pursing this in a legal sense do not use these people! They are the most unprofessional company!

The impact was on the front bumper, grill and the fender was pushed in on driver side. I expected them to paint till driver side door, they replaced bumper and just painted bumper and replaced few parts and the bill was high over 4k., when I was taking out the car after service, i informed them today i have to leave and return back as the brakes are making lot of noise, even basic issues like brakes they are not willing to correct, for every issue we raise, they say it is existing issue or we did not service that area. I dont recommend this place.

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!it took almost 5 full weeks to get my car back, mind you its chevy. They told me it was due to cvid the parts were out of stock and delivery was the hold up. BS the parts were local and in stock job should have took 2 weeks tops. There wasnt even much damage. They also did not call with updates I had to call weekly and each time were waiting on parts. I finally get my car back and of course it still had issues. I took the car back 3 days later they found no issues. A few days later again the same issue, I call the shop and the insurance they both said not their problem it was mine, no sweat I give up and I took it to a local shop. The shop found the issue, I and the shop talked to auto pro ok, they picked it up. 4 days later they find nothing. ok Im still having the issue so I take it to the dealer where I got it and again they found the same issue as the shop I brought it too. I gave up on this obviously it was too much for auto pro. I have an extended warranty (thank God) and was left with a deductible $106.00, I notify auto pro and the insurance company and they were both surprised, I gave auto pro an itemized work order and auto pro called the dealer. So now 5 weeks later auto pro has yet to reimburse me the money I spent to fix the issue they couldnt, but auto pro called me two weeks ago with a I forgot im gonna send you the reimbursement...... and still nothing. Gieco suggested auto pro to me and I am disappointed with geico, as for auto pro I tell anyone to stay away from them, I hope they dont treat everyone like this. I crashed my car and it was my fault but then this experience on top of that just made it all worse. never have I been treated like this and I pray to God it never happens again.I give auto pro collision of Edison -10000000000000 stars.The one and only good thing was the receptionist, super sweet and very helpful.In conclusion 6 weeks without a car and $106 out of my pocket.I WAS FORCED TO GIVE A STAR BUT AS I SAID ABOVE IT DOES NOT DESERVE IT.I wonder how long will it take before they take this down.PMA ⚡️ ☮️❤️

I have black Lexus and I got little bumper swiped on my door with white car. It was basically vandalized at the parking lot. I called few places around the area to see what it would cost me since It would be less than my insurance deductible. I went AnJ bodyshop on Saturday morning and Frank at the shop was very honest and helpful. He told me I would not want to paint and just buff it off. Which totally made sense than repainting the whole door (which they can make money).“Other shops told me to repaint it so they can make more money!!!”I really appreciated his honesty; he told me not 100% would come off but it would be much btter for the car value not to repaint in this case.When the job was done, I asked him how much it would cost me and Frank told me frankly “Not to worry about it”. I was very suprised!! All the bodyshop in Edison area was busy giving me estimate of $150 - $250 for this job.If I get into accident, I would totally come to AnJ rather than other places who I can actually trust their word. Thanks Frank!!!

Had given my Alfa Romeo as someone had brushed the side of it when it was parked at my place. The insurance company recommended it so went with them as they were closer. The work overall seem to be good so far (has only been 4 days but they promise lifetime warranty on it until we own the car) but they can do a lot better on customer service, cleanliness and keeping the customer informed. I had to call to get status updates on the car when you expect them to tell you, the car didnt seem to be washed which I specifically requested as the mats were dirty with rain / mud and they even handed down the keys to me when I went to collect my car without even verifying my DL which I was surprised. What if someone else was overhearing the conversation with them and took my car posing as me? Dont know if I will recommend them to any of my friends..

I had to get a repair from a tree branch falling on my car on Christmas day of 2020. Got my hood repaired at another shop, and then brought the needed repairs for my body and windshield replacement to Auto Pro. They replaced them and fixed the hood(because the previous shop messed up). Auto Pro expedited my parts and repaired it while a snowstorm hit and it was repaired way earlier than I expected. So Im very thankful. 🙏🏿

After someone hit my Lexus in a parking lot I brought my car there because they were affiliated with State Farm Insurance( the insurance company of the person who hit me) They were very upfront and honest and gave me a very frequent updates and when all was said and done they did such a beautiful job that my car looked better than ever. They do gorgeous work. I dealt with Ronald and he was great And the lady at the desk is super nice and helpful as well.... I was so happy with them That I asked them to write me an estimate on a small dent I have in my passenger door. I had 11k worth of work done to a vehicle involved in a frontal collision (including airbag deployment). The shop was courteous and took the time to answer every question I had with patience (Thanks Ronald!) even though theyre extremely busy. I called them probably five times throughout the repair process with questions. The car looks perfect, better than it was before the accident. Paint matching was great, all parts fit together perfectly, and the car was returned to me cleaner than when it arrived at their shop. No more of that dreaded airbag smell. The paperwork provided on the repair was thorough for my records. They painlessly handled everything on the insurance side as well. Its obvious they care about their customers. Id highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

I just have to say... I had a great experience with A N J Body&Fender Works! The customer service was very good and they actually cared about I wanted! Which is sadly not the case these days with most businesses! I have a Jeep and wanted my shackles painted to match the color of my Jeep. The gentleman, Sebastian, who did the work, did a fantastic job! The color was dead on perfect! He definitely wanted to make sure I was happy and he succeeded! I have been using ANJ for many years for both my personal cars and my company fleet. I am so impressed with their professionalism and service that I just had to share my thoughts. I own Edison Driving School, for over 32 years, and believe me we get our share of bumps and bruises. ANJ has always been honest about their services and their prices and I will continue to use them well into the future!

I came in with a claim for a parking lot door dent above the rear passenger side wheel well. Not major damage but the only real dents on the metal part of the car so decided to have it fixed. I did have prior damage to the bumper, from previous parking lot hit and runs, in the form of a white paint scuff (Princeton Junc train station) on the rear left bumper behind the wheel and a scrape on the lower bumper (Chicago, IL) all of which was made clear to the insurance estimator. Other minor damage were door dings on the right side of the car and scratches on the roof. Overall not bad but everything shows up on a black car.Picked up the car with the right side door dent fixed on Monday morning 2/18/19. Looked like they did a great job. Stopped at a gas station on my way home then drove to my apartment less than 1 mile away. I had President’s day off so my car was parked alone at the end of a very long driveway the entire day and the only car in the driveway overnight. Walked out of my apartment the morning of 2/19/19 to see an obvious scratch and slight dents on the back middle, left of center, bumper and a smear as if someone tried to wipe it off. I immediately contacted the insurance estimator for an explanation. These marks were clearly not present during the initial inspection and didnt happen at the gas station or my apartment. Unfortunately I did not notice this before leaving auto pro Mon 2/18/19, mainly because the car was parked nose out in the parking spot so I did not look at the rear bumper. It was really minor damage but I do not expect to leave a repair shop with new damage. I mentioned this to the estimator and was told to bring it in 2/19/19 to take a look.Upon arrival they took a look at it and pointed out other damage “there’s scratches all over the bumper” to minimize my inquiry. Yes, I’m well aware of that but the large white scratches and slight dents that I pointed out were new. This was dismissed and said that it looked like I backed into something. No, I’ve never hit anything with my car, people just seem to have a draw to my car and hit it in parking lots every now and then. That said, I really do not have anything to gain by this, it’s not that nice of a car (Toyota) and with my luck someone is probably going to hit it again, but for sake of principle I should not leave a repair shop with new damage that I did not cause. They did a quick buff job but the marks are still obvious and the slight dents are clear at multiple angles. Im thankful they at least did something and even begrudgingly offered to have me come back and fix it but they never owned up or even hinted at taking responsibility for the damage which, although minor, was highly likely to have happened while the car was in their care. Overall the dismissive attitude and their efforts to make it go away were incredibly frustrating and really off putting. I will never take my car to a place that does business with this lack of integrity. My advice to others who leave their car here: take a video of your car, every inch of it, with the estimator as a witness and when you leave, do the same. Otherwise you may be out of luck.

A+ !!! My car was recently involved in a “hit and run” accident. Through my insurance they recommended this auto center for fender damage. Took 7 days (not including the weekend) + my deductible and when I saw my car it was as if nothing ever happened in the first place. I was AMAZED. One of the most honest and genuine places I have been to. Ronald specifically is one of the best people there. And the secratery is just phenomenal.I totaled my car and they told me the fix costs are too high. Due to family and work issues, I couldnt take the car from their lot for 2 months (yeah...). Not only didnt they charge me for having my car at the lot, they also sold the car for me when the salvage company were 4 hours late and I had to go. They held on to my money and gave it back to me, again not charging anything.I would come here everytime if they had more time and were closer to where I live (NY).I hope people read this and go there to give those guys more business because they definitely deserve it.I am just speechless. Progressive sent my 2017 Mazda CX-9 there back in May..they did a ok job so I figured I’d see how much they charge to pull 2 small door dings out simple right well they made schedule an appointment to come back next week and get a price to have 2 small door dings removed..the lady in the front acted like she had an attitude like I was interrupting her from doing something or like I didn’t belong there or wasn’t welcome there when all I wanted was a price to get 2 dings taken out..MIND YOU THEY WANT 50 DOLLARS FOR AN ESTIMATE yet THEY HAVE ALL OVER THEIR WEBSITE COME DOWN FOR A FREE ESTIMATE yeah right..guess who won’t be coming back I sell cars new and used and customers come to me for recommendations now I would of recommended them if they lady acted like she had sense and talked a little nicer to a prospective client but After the way I was treated I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

This is a highly professional shop. The shop closest to my accident couldnt take me for three weeks, so State Farm called ANJ, which was some distance away but took charge of everything. Estimators Tammy and Sebastian conscientiously saw to every detail, handling insurance documents and signatures by email, getting genuine Honda parts, and keeping me informed at all stages. Work was completed days ahead of the projected date. Upon pickup, Frank, the shop manager, walked me through everything that was done, while Laurie the receptionist chatted with my little granddaughter. They even washed the car. Sebastian promptly answered follow-up questions days after by email. Even minor accidents can cause serious inconvenience, but ANJ minimized difficulties and offered valuable reassurance. They are a classy and polished operation.

I had an interesting experience at this place, I am a mechanic by trade so I like to think I know a thing or two more than the average Joe around cars naturally. So first off I am a rare case of stupid I admit because I actually crashed my truck into my car in my own driveway. That being said I had front end damage on my 2017 DodgeRam and rear end damage on my 2017 HondaCivic. Thank god for insurance because I would not be able to afford ANJs prices the very slight front damage on my truck which included mostly plastic was the grill and bumper cover and possible the hood (I know a hood is expensive) but $7500+ seems over priced(price guaging?). Now my HondaCivic i admit took a nice hit obviously since it got Rammed(pun intended) from behind by a full-size pickup. Tail gate, bumper, spoiler, rear windshield etc .. sure i understand, but $9000+ ?(cars only worth probably 14k as is with its mileage) seems like a lot without insurance especially since they told me they are using all aftermarket “oe equivalent body parts and sensors”In other simplier words not ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER PARTS. I wasn’t going to argue, it is what it is. My truck was ready first since it had minor damage and my insurance gave me a rental so i was fine for the week and they assured me it was going to be ready on a certain day and it was.(so we thought). I show up to the shop to pick up my truck and ofcourse they expect payment without hesitation but without offering to show me the truck first ? Ok I guess. I walk into the truck and start it first thing I see is a huge warning light “parking sensor malfunction” in bright red and yellow practically covering my 10 inch display. Let’s reset back to the day I brought it over, I was skeptical with this place as anywhere I would go because my truck had parking bumper sensors and those were obviously damaged when I had my accident so when we outside at my truck I asked if they are fit to handle these parking sensors and warning light resets. He practically cut me off and laughed and said word for word “we do hundred of these don’t worry about a thing” so I said ok great. So as you can imagine I’m shocked that this light is on I go back inside and let them know. So I leave the truck there yet again. Now I missed work to come pick up my truck and this happened so now my time is wasted and I’m very disappointed. So obviously someone drove my truck to take it to the car wash or something cause it looked very clean so I wonder as they “test drove it” did they have a blind fold on? How do you not notice that warning light ? Lol. Sure they fixed it turned out to be a faulty “aftermarket” sensor. Smh. Next day I got the car back but this time I had to leave work during the day to pick it up. That nightmare was over truck seems fine for now. — I told them at the shop that the Honda Civic is going to have to wait for me to come back from vacation since it’s not ready and I’m leaving out of the state. They said no problem at all. They must’ve have called me 4 times from two different phone numbers and left a couple voicemails. I spoke to them and said I am not available and i reminded them I was on vacation. Next day they call again and they were pressuring me to pay over the phone and they would deliver the car to any location. So few things, it’s obvious they want to get paid and where are you going to deliver it if im not in the state ? You want to park in front of my house with the keys inside ? I don’t think so. They said it’s because they have limited parking, which must be true because when I did finally pick it up it looked like it had sat outside during both snow storms we had that week. So I didn’t get a free wash/detail with that one I guess. Anyway I’m satisfied with my insurance GEICO but maybe not so much with ANJ. I hope I don’t have to come back for any further issues with their quality of work and post inspections.

I have had my vehicle work on by ANJ Body and Fender twice now. They have never steer me wrong and all prices are comparable to any other body shop. In fact I find them cheaper than most for prices of service. as for insurance claims I have found ANJ get the claims filed and completed faster than other shops. I will be returning for further services.

Ok long story and I really don’t have enough space to write all that needed but On April 17, 2018 I was involved in a collision due to an pothole and was towed to this company by my car insurance State Farm a few days after the shop having my car I was told by the mechanic Jeff Gaydos due to the collision my transfer case was damaged and the transfer needed to be repaired. On May 16 my car was returned to me and on May 31 while driving my car just came to an complete stop on 1&9 in Linden NJ and had to be towed of course I asked StateFarm to tow it back to this company since my car has never had any issues and my car has not been running properly Since. Where I am paying for a car that I can not even use because of this company and I would like to speak to someone regarding this issue or you guys will be hearing from my lawyer because this is out of control and I have never had any issues with my car at all until Jeff places his hands on my car . I had three black long scratches on my rear bumper of white corolla 2013. I have taken my car to different body shops and they estimated around $700 to fix it because they said they need to remove the bumper. I went to A N J for estimate and Guy name Sabastian looked at it very carefully. He took some special liquid and brushed all the scratches and removed them in 10 minutes. He was able to remove 95% of the damage from the bumper. He didnt charge me anything for that. Overall they gave me honest service and saved my money. Well this is not first time I had good experience with this place, They had fixed my car previously with major accident just within one week. I would defiantly recommend this place for all kind of body works.
