Had a flat on the Garden State Parkway - I was able to safely exit and made my way to BC Tire. They were extremely accommodating and had me back in business within a couple hours.

Drove into this shop with a flat tire due to a nail and drove off with a good quality tire... I usually have my own tire shop I go to but it was an emergency so I had to use this shop but I don’t regret it. Flat tyre and visited this place to get it fixed. They were quick, reception was good and I think they did a good job. Very friendly environment with waiting area, I think I will visit again without any doubt..

I went a few weeks past to install brand new Rotiform wheels. First broke my lug nut. Had to purchase a new one from the dealer. Second, scratched my brand new rims while installing. They remastered the wheels saying it will be brand new so I took a look and did not like the finish. It was spray painted. They purchased 2 new rims and left semi satisfied despite the anger and time wasted. Upon leaving my tpm malfunction sensors were giving me a malfunction and decided I do not even want to deal with them anymore. Went to a different shop turns out they gave me an incorrect cheap part on the new sensors I had purchased from them. They all snapped. Horrible place, do not take anything expensive there.

My car broke down on Rt. 27 luckily right outside of BC auto shop on Labor Day Weekend. The team there treated us so well -fixed my car in the same day and charged a very fair price. They were quick and friendly! This was my first experience here and I will definitely come back!

Steve is just wonderful. I had flat tire a few weeks ago and was told by a local mechanic that I’d probably need to get a very expensive new rim, as he said the tire was fine. Took the car to BC close to closing time and they immediately looked at it, found a hole in the tire and gave me a brand new tire at an extremely reasonable price. My car was ready to go in 15 minutes. Steve was polite, honest and professional. This is my only place to go for tires. Great service!

BC saved the day on a flat tire that was surely meant to dampen plans. Originally from Houston TX, I woke up to a flat with three days to go for my trip back home. During difficult times such as these Steven was extremely helpful with my situation! As a nurse working 12 hour shifts and their hours differing due to COVID I didn’t feel I would get my tire fixed in time.Great staff, accommodating and extremely professional!

My car’s engine light and brake light were on yesterday. I drove to BC tire and let them check. They called me back in the afternoon and told me great news. There is no problem for my car, just the computer sensor was wrong. They are so honest and super nice! They explained things clearly and charge me nothing! These guys are awesome! Came in ( last minute), with my tire pressure warning light on. Had a tire changed in Staten Island, the day before ( at Mavis Tires - bad experience), but was also concerned about another tire. Stephen greeted me with a smile, took me in right away, and was very friendly, polite, and professional. He had AJ ( did an amazing job ) check all 4 tires. I was missing 2 tire sensors, needed a tire replaced, they showed me how the alignment was off ( from hitting too many potholes ), my brakes were almost gone ( which I already suspected ) and noticed that I was due for an engine oil change ( from my front shield sticker ). They handled all of it that same day. Clean office, polite and professional staff, and reasonable prices. Excellent customer service! Great job guys! Thank you Stephen and AJ!

Great service. The staff takes their time explaining all of your options to you and theres no haggling. I went in needing tires for two vehicles. After giving me options and choosing the one that worked best for me, I left happy. After driving both vehicles and experiencing no problems, I was even happier. Btw... the wait wasnt long either.

Was told 2 weeks ago by a Honda dealer that my car tires were fine and didn’t need replacement. My uncle punctures my tire by mistake while driving it I get anxious when the tire sensor goes off and bring it to these guys. All they needed to do was fix the puncture. They tell me my tire was worn ( Only God knows why I didn’t argue this) and probably out of concern for my safety and worried about driving a tire around with low pressure I figured I would let them work on my car. They even changed the tire sensors for me which were probably ok. Should have recalled the time they worked on my brake lights and a few months later they stopped working almost got a ticket. Not happy.Update on my car situation!!! Went to Honda had them check my lug nuts ( BC Tire told me there was some issue with the lug nuts when fixing my tires that I needed to pay extra for). So Honda checked out my lug nuts and changed my other 2 tires $250 ( not too shabby) I just hope BC tire did a good job on my wheel alignment because after my experiences with them I don’t trust them.

Steve and Francisco were great took care of mounting my tires and rims i purchased online and brought to them,,took care of alignment and truck drove perfect..These guys our my go to guys from now on for any suspension or tire work.

Impeccable! My steering wheel was crooked and the car couldnt drive straight. My trust in mechanics is slim, every time I go to one I dread it, as anyone that owns a BMW they understand they need a bit more love than your typical commuter car. And the dealership charges outrageous labor rates and some mechanic shops and BMW specialists may take your wallet for a ride. But these guys, AJ, Steve and Francisco are amazing! Steering wheel is centered again and I can enjoy my baby once more! These N.J. potholes are not friendly at all, I shall be returning at 120k miles for the oil and filter change. Looking forward to it, thank you guys!

I purchased Michelin tires from the TireRack for my BMW 335i M-Sport. Originally i had them sent to my local Firestone Auto center to mount and balance them. When Firestone refused to install non run-flat tires on my car I took my tires to Deepra in Iselin on 1/15. Nice people but the shop was very dirty and technology was hard to fine. It took them a long time to mount and balance my tires and charge $177. I took my car out on the GSP and there was a vibration in the steering like the tires were out of balance. Today 1/16 I took my car to BC tire in Edison. They have a clean shop and newer technology. They balanced my tires fo $81 and the car feels perfect now. Steven was knowledgeable and friendly. I will use BC for all of my future tire and alignment needs.

Last week I was in the area for work and drove over a large piece of unset tar which stuck to my tire. I started driving and heard a loud thumping sound coming from my tire. I stopped by BC to see if they could do anything to help me get it off before it set and ruined my very expensive tire. The guys from the shop came outside and helped me scape off the tar from my tire, the tar did not have time to set and my tire was not ruined due to their immediate attention. Thank you so much for your help!

I went to the showroom last week and person at the reception advised me to change the two tires although my car has only 22k miles still i trusted that guy and changed the tires... but when i looked at the tire it seems that in tire is new and red color stamp is also there but another tire seems old one and when i asked he said both are brand new. I still feel that i have been cheated by the company.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Sadly, B-C employs a front desk and set of mechanics who dont know what theyre doing. Went in for a simple brake job, and they stated the car needed new lug nuts. They swore they were OEM, but, surprise, they werent. That didnt stop the mechanic from destroying every post on the tire. 2 days and over $1300 later, the incompetence was finally corrected.

Good service, though I think they were understaffed when I was there. Prices were okay, theres always going to be markup, but it didnt seem unreasonable.

They dont inspect or test drive to make sure everything is good before they deliver..they missed wheel nut and locks after fixing flat tire
