In Feb 2019 I drove from Kansas to this store to purchase a note 9. I had such an amazing experience at that time that I decided to go back to this store, again, from a whole different state, to get my husband a phone. On Friday October 9th, 2020, my daughter and I arrived at the store. Yaresi Paz (Her name on their FB page) was helping us. I was going back and forth between the note 8 and the S9. I was worried the S9 would start glitching since it was used. She assured my daughter and I numerous times that we could return it in the 3 days following purchase and get the Note 8 if we were not happy with the S9. She also told us that since we were out of state if we called the store in that 3 day window of time and said we wanted to bring it back and get the note 8, but were unable to get back to Oklahoma until a specific date, they would honor the 3 day return policy. So Sunday morning Oct 11th, the S9 started glitching out, randomly shutting off, the fingerprint scanner stopped working amongst other things, so my husband took the receipt in On Sunday Oct 11th and the same girl that helped me with the initial purchase immediately got an attitude with my husband and told him that she never told me or my daughter those things about the 3 day return policy, and he told her that was false because he was on speaker phone with me and he heard her say it as well. I am very disappointed in this employee, as she basically called the 3 of us liars. I have all the documentation ect. I will never use this store again because of her. I was a repeat out of state customer until this. Lesson learned.

I purchased a Samsung note 9 from this company. I got home to realize the phones camera would work but rarely. More times than not it crashes. I cant take pictures at all.When I took the phone back it was less than 24 hours. They couldnt do anything but apologize for selling me a defective device.Would not recommend!Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I wouldnt suggest buying from here. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 Active. When you buy a phone they give you 3 days of warranty. Thats good but my phone started crashing and just randomly shutting off like 4 days after I purchased it. I took it back to see if there was anything they could do but they told me that since it was out of the warranty It was my problem.
