I brought my iPhone because the lightning port wouldn’t charge. The tech looked at the phone and cleaned out the port, completely free of charge! There is something to say about a repair service that will look at your phone and provide a simple service without expecting any payment. I will strongly consider sending my phone for more involved repairs in the future!

I have had really good service with these guys until today. Ryan is extremely unprofessional and went so as to tell me to take my business somewhere else and all do to them ordering the wrong screen protector that I asked them not to order again. Im a former Marine and wont tolerate disrespect.

Would not repair their work (whole screen became dislodged) because of key scratches on the front. I’ve spent close 1k at this place because of their reputation. Not anymore.Disappointed

I payed for the more durable phone screen, and not even a month later it slid in the ground and cracked. I was told the screen is more durable, and stronger. I believe I payed 118$. The colors are brighter. But that’s not why I payed for the screen. The corns are scrape pretty bad. And there’s some cracks. One all the way across my phone. And probably six minor ones in the corners.I would prefer you to pay for the cheaper option. But other than that the store is very clean. And felt very Welcomed.

My iPhone X took a spill and cracked the screen. These guys had two choices for my screen replacement (economy and premium) while nobody else had anything in stock. The repair with the premium glass was completed within an hour of dropping it off and checkout was easy.A few days after the repair, my phone display had an issue where the screen had a large green glowing strip on the left perimeter. This was most likely damaged during the initial tumble but finally gave out. I returned for them to fix the phone again and was expecting to pay $200 for a replacement component. To my surprise, they were able to give me a warranty repair and since they only had the economy screen in stock at this time TJ handed me a refund for the difference in price.Absolutely phenomenal service. If you have used other electronics repair places before then you’ll be blown away by this company. I’m telling everyone about Fast Bros!10 stars!

Very honest and trustworthy business! Went in to have what I thought was a cracked screen. The gentleman helping said I believe it is only your screen protector. He took my screen protector off and sure enough screen was not shattered. Had an issue with a battery they put in back in May/June. After some discussions they resolved the issue well beyond my expectations. They also spent time educating us on cell phone batteries and car chargers...... It would appear we caused the issue with the battery. We will not make the mistake again and will apply what they taught us to all the other cell phones etc. we use. Fast Bros is a reputable business. I will use them again and definitely recommend them.

I took a phone in last Saturday to have a cracked screen replaced. Looked great. A week later the screen stopped working. Hadn’t been dropped at all. Stopped working mid use. I thought, no worries they said there was a warranty.I took it in and was told the warranty doesn’t cover this. The only thing the warranty covers is if the screen has bright spots or shadows.The phone clearly has no damage to the screen.It’s probably because I went with the “lower quality” option that was still $70 for the repair rather than the $90.I’ve broken a lot phone screens in my life. None of them have ever looked like this. Ridiculous.

Do not do not do not, go here. When I got there they where out of the color I wanted. So he gave me the opposite. No big deal. He said if I came in when they where back in stock again he would replace it. So I did. When I got there he told me the scratches “where to deep” also “under the screen the paint had started to chip” which isn’t my fault. Anyways I was very disappointed, I had paid 108 for a black screen, and 800 or so, for a black iPhone, now I have a black iPhone with a white screen!😫

Done right on time and it looks great. They have the option of genuine apple screens or replacement after market. I went for the after market, not only a good price but Im sure my daughter will drop the phone again. And he was very friendly too.

Had them replace a screen on a 6+. They did the work extremely fast, however the next morning the phone has many dead spots and has a bright glow at the bottom right. I was traveling through so unable to simply take back in for a fix. :(I will up to three starts as the owner called me on a Sunday wanting to help. Best customer service!!! Will update once I call back.

I called on my husbands phone to get a price and then went up there to get my phone fixed. The sign said open, so I got my kids out of the car and walked up. The door was locked. A small computer print out paper was taped to the door that said not here. Be back in ten minutes. If not, reread the sign. 😑 It had a phone number but my phone was shattered so I couldnt make calls. I rarely give poor ratings but I mean Cmon. Turn the open sign off so people dont get all the kids out of their car seats. Value others time. I cant stand outside and wait for an undisclosed time during your regular posted business hours. I went to CPR. Fast and friendly.

Two months ago I brought a three year old phone in for repair and they told me it would be cheaper to buy a replacement then pay for the repair. I thought that was great customer service.We recently botched replacing a broken screen on my wifes phone. We brought it in 40 minutes before they closed. TJ was very friendly. He replaced the screen and proximity sensor. The repair work was much less than buying a new phone.I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to get their cell phone fixed.

Dropped off two of my iPads was broken screen fixed very quickly very nice staff great guys highly recommend this place.

The quality of work in this place is below average. They charge $65 for a battery replacement when Apple themselves only charges $30. They charge $65 to replace a cable when dash cellular charges $30. They are overpriced, makes lots of excuses on problems, and lack required parts. Would not recommend.

Had some water damage (unfortunate gardening accident) and thought my iphone was toast. The guy working quickly popped it open, showed me the water inside to confirm my fears. He didnt make any promises but offered to give it a try for the service fee. Aside from some inconspicuous screen damage, it freaking worked. I was out of there in an hour. Boom. Saved me the cost of a new phone, which I absolutely do not have.
