Wasnt planning on buying anything that day, told the person working that at the time; I just had a few questions about switching back to cricket.The lady working was very cordial & professional she gave me all the information I needed.

They had the phone that I wanted in stock and the young lady who helped provided excellent customer service. I was in and out pretty quickly. Mission accomplished.

In this store and had two bad experiences the first time I was paying for the insurance of a phone and when it broke down they said they could not do anything. This time I decided to buy a wireless speaker that they had for sale. it had a problem that themicrophone that was included didnt work so I got back so they could change my speaker or microphone, but they say that I have to talk to the company where the merchandise is originating. thats why I recommend that they dont buy any accessory in theseAnd they say you cant return the merchandise because they dont accept returns

They were able to get done what I needed but the workers are the least friendly of any Cricket store Ive gone to. I asked questions and they had no answers. They dont greet you when you come in. I would not have gone to this location but my others are closed.

Be careful commission-based store. The manager is a shark who tries to take his coworkers Commission. And I think he tries to oversell you on too much

Love Cricket just not this authorized dealer. Made a mistake to my account and then told me to call customer service because they could not fix. I paid and activation fee and they got it wrong.Save your money and just order online. You get better deals and customer service. Plus there is usually no activation fee.I want to support the community by shopping locally, but I would suggest to find a different store or shop online.

This store is fantastic. Very helpful and really nice. They really go above and beyond to help customers. Unfortunately, none of the other stores, online, or by phone customer service people are ANYWHERE close to being descent. I might not have left their company if everyone was as good as these guys.

The store manager is very friendly & knowledgeable. The rest of the staff seemed like they were just there for a paycheck.
